I am a professionally trained make-up artist that has worked in the retail industry for the past seven years though my work has been in retail management. I have also had the privilege of working in high end women's fashion and boutique children's fashion as well as the banking industry, insurance, and the post education system. I have lived in a multitude of big cities around the United States and happen to be a blessed mother of seven and the wife of one special man.

I am leaving a review after a few purchases from Rugs.com. They have everything you could possibly hope for and more. Even the most inexpensive rugs (and I know, because I bargain shopped for my teens in their bedrooms/learned that lesson in our last home) are excellent quality. If you find a pattern you like that is way out of your budget, keep looking, there is usually a few variations of the more traditional designs. Shipping is 100% free and they will make sure there is no way for water damage in case of rain. Happy shopping!

CE North America happens to make various home goods. My husband surprised me for my birthday with a Continental Electric Platinum Series "dry" iron made by this company. Let me explain. I am a quilter. Clothing irons usually offer a steaming option. When you are using an iron for quilting purposes you do not want fabric to accidentally get wet while you are ironing it as items tend to do with an iron that offers a steam setting. Six months into using my "amazing" non-steam iron it stopped working. Upon investigation I found that the cord was frayed due to the hardness of the cord protector and also the temperature control was malfunctioning. I went to the website to contact their customer service. After taking fifteen minutes to fill out the necessary information and upon hitting "enter" the customer service site was down and not available to process my. I took a more direct approach and sent an email to customer service on November 27th 2017. They responded on December 29th 2017 requesting my address and phone number so that they could send me a prepaid address label and receive the defective iron back and send me a replacement. Woo-HOO, I was very excited, and on board with getting a replacement. It is now March 9th and I have not received anything. I have sent a touch base on February 3rd but I did not receive a response. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT, send your clothing to this company reimbursement. They prey upon people who are looking for an honest and easy way to trade used clothing for credit or money. The first two times I sent clothing in I received a reasonable exchange but the third time I was surprised by the outcome. I took advantage of their "donation service" which they charge a fee for if they don't use your clothing and if you want your unused clothing back they also charge you a fee. It wasn't until the 4th time I sent a bag in that I truly realized what an absolute flat out scam artist this company is running. I sent in bag full of Gymboree clothing that was brand new without tags. My child was not able to wear them as we had most of our house packed up in storage. When we got out of temporary housing I sent an ENTIRE WARDROBE in. After 6 weeks I was sent an email that concluded that my bag was worth. $4.99. YES, $4.99. As a bag processing fee is also $4.99 I officially earned $0.00. Just let that sink in. As a bargain shopper I pride myself on getting good deals but even a good deal at Gymboree is costly. At this point in the process there was nothing I could do to change the outcome. I had already "paid" to donate the unused clothing. NEVER AGAIN. BEWARE of business. If you would normally donate your items and do not care about receiving compensation for them, go for it but do not expect any fair dealings with ThredUp.

I was excited to find such great deals as I had to go to a wedding for my niece and my budget was very thin. I should have known by the prices for the clothing the kind of quality I was going to receive. What threw me off was that the clothing came of so highly rated. Unfortunately one dres was stained with an unknown yuck. The material was so thin that you could see through it. The seems were uneven and the thread to the seems was hanging out all over the dresses. In short, there is no way that I cpuld wear either of the dresses for a wedding. Save yourself some frustration.
