I placed a order on Dec 3 totaling like 140$ And I paid for expedited shipping as well so my order can come in 3-5 business days it is now dec 20 and my order says still processing these mf are frauds they steal your dam money and never send your order I will never ever do business with any company over the internet now unless they are known world wide now I have to figure out how to get my money back
First they charged my credit card 20 euro's too much. When i complained about it, they did not reply.
I only received 2 of the 7 items that i ordered. I did not get an email about why they had only sent 2 items. I checked the website, and the rest was not out of stock or anything.
The 2 items that i did get, did not look as good as they did in the pictures.
Then i emailed them to cancel the rest of my order ( most of the remaining 5 items were now sold out, and they also did not email me to ask me if i wanted a refund, or other items), and again they did not reply!
You can not send anything back, because ( almost) everything is always 'on sale', and sale items can not be returned.

I ordered a shirt in September. After the order was placed it said it was shipped! However it was now coming from China? This is not what I expected but I figured as long as it came before I left for my vacation everything is fine. Being that it came from China I understood it can be up to a month. Well my vacation came and went two months later and no sign of the shirt.
I contacted sammydress about the issue and they told me to wait until November 22 ( 2 months after the order) until they can open any ticket. This is just ridiculous. I had no choice but to wait. The day comes and still no sign of the product. For the issue they offered me store credit or points... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!
This company is SHADY after almost a month and a half of horrible communication I finally was able to get them to refund the money to my paypal and it is back in my account. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I ordered an adorable pink & gray southwestern print cardigan sweater. Six weeks later, I received the UGLIEST and tackiest garment I've ever laid eyes on! It was NOTHING like what was shown in the picture at all. It was a southwestern print, but not the same pattern or colors. Also, the material feels like it was made out of paper towels. Talk about bait and switch! I got scammed... plain and simple. This company is a JOKE! Do NOT order from them!

Ordered on Nov 18th and chose the expedited shipping. On Dec 4th, after STILL not receiving my order, I put in a ticket to complain. I was told that my products were shipped that day (Dec 4th) BUT THEY STILL ARE NOT HERE! I chose the expedited shipping. Now reading about the quality of the clothes of the FEW people that DID actually receive their order, I am even more disappointed and will probably just contact PayPal to have them deal with this SCAM because I didn't wait this long to receive GARBAGE!

Yes, the items are smaller as many have stated. Yes, it takes a long time to get what you order. But I'm not sure what people expected for such a cheap price. After ordering and THEN reading the reviews, I never expected to receive my two items (pea coat and hoodie). They came today, and will make excellent gifts for someone much smaller than me. They kept me advised all along the way (shipped 12/5/15 and received today, 12/18/15 - I did not pay for expedited shipping. I always take the "slow boat" as I'm never in a hurry). I think they do the best they can and buyers appear to expect too much. I would place an order again and probably will at some point - just at much larger sizes. And knowing they'll come eventually...
I made few purchases from SammyDress, Size chart mentioned on website is misleading, there XL size is really Large, they don't accept it. Their customer service phone# is engage all the time, Live chat is fake, no one comes online. Returns is not possible, customer service keep sending link to warranty and will ask to send photos with too many restrictions. Spent 2 hrs on pictures. This company should be banned in USA, Shipment comes from outside of USA and very cheap quality fabric.
