Don't buy here

I bought some dresses via Paypal, I then got an email asking for a copy of my credit card. This is unacceptable of any company to ask for credit card details via email.

If i dont get what i paid for a lawyer and police will be involved i have a transaction ID i have read the reveiws and they dont look good if i dont get my stuff it will be ugly for this "online shopping" trust me you have till next week to get me my stuff or its on hell of a law suit

HORRIBLE SERVICE

I order an Assassin Creed coat for my boyfriend almost a month ago for CHRISTMAS... WHERE THE HELL IS IT. Once and if I get it I will NOT be ordering from the site again. They need to be put out of business. If I do not get it before Christmas I WILL be getting a refund AND the COAT if NOT im going to report the site.

This was my first time ordering from SammyDress. I only ordered a pair of shoes and they were $17, but with shipping added I ended up paying $27. I want to say that if you're ordering from a website you've never ordered from before ALWAYS check reviews on other websites, such as this one, and check the reviews on the item(s) you're looking to purchase. Also, see if there are customer reviews with pictures so that you can see what the items look like. I also think it's wise to buy only one or two things if it's your first time buying from somewhere new.
After purchasing my item and was given my tracking number, I found that when I clicked on the link to track the package it would show "NOT FOUND" that scared me because I seriously thought I was getting ripped off, especially reading a lot of bad reviews from here after I already paid. BUT I found that if I put my tracking number through USPS's website, I saw exactly where my order was, where it had been, and I GOT MY PACKAGE! I'm not sure how it would work if you don't live in the US, but this worked for me. It took about a week or so for my package to arrive so it wasn't bad at all.
Now to my review of the shoes I bought: They are creepers and they look just like the picture that was shown on the website. They are the right size even though they looked huge when I pulled them out of the box. They're not too comfortable, but I'm not really worried about that since they're not shoes I would wear all day/ every day. They also have a strong chemically smell, hopefully that fades soon.
My only real complaint/ warning about this website is that their tracking information is messed up! From what I heard they also have really crappy customer service, but luckily I didn't have to deal with that.
I had a decent experience ordering from SammyDress. I'm not sure about future purchases but I am pleased with my item.

Sammy Dress is a horrible company to buy from. I ordered my merchandise in the 28th of November and they told me it was shipped out on the 10th. Where is it? Not here! Then they send me another email telling me they sent me my package today. Worst experience I've ever had with online shopping. They eat your money like the dishonest site they are. If I could rate this as a zero instead if a one I would do just that!

Waste of money

I kept coming across the advertisement on Facebook and decided to try it out simce they had a really nice clothing. Shipping took close to three weeks and when I receive the item I purchased it was a low-quality sweater cover and white powder and an open bag. Waste of money do not order from this website.

Cheap material

Clothes came faster than expected but all three of the things that I bought were made with cheap material. They don't look like they do on the website. One of the dresses I got, felt like it was made out of the throw away tablecloths you can buy at the dollar store. Tried to write a review on their site and it never was posted. I would send everything back but with the shipping it wasn't worth it.

First Impression of Sammy Dress

I order something from this company is early September! SEPTEMBER, on 9/16! REALLY! It is not shipped, they lie! Told me to wait until NOVEMBER the first time! I haven't even received my order and I couldn't be more disappointed. I feel their website is deceiving by what they OMIT to tell a customer; like this item is being shipped from China and may take a month to receive. Try contacting them... good luck! I could show you the directory on my phone on the number of times I attempted to call only to receive a busy signal EVERY TIME! The online chat is only to ask a question before a purchase. To inquire about an order one must submit an electronic form.

I will give them credit that I did receive a response within the 24 hour time frame promised, but I ordered 2 weeks ago and just now received my confirmation of shipping and will take another 10 days to receive it from China. Had I know it was from China to begin with... I would never have ordered it in the first place. As I was working on a time frame, this order will be returned (if it is even possible coming from China).

Horrible

My first and last order. I went two sizes up in order to be able to fit. This was not a problem.
The issue is half my order never showed up and incorrect sizes and items were sent. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!
No response to dispute.
I contacted my bank to get my money back.
Please be weary of this site.

Will not be ordering from this company ever again. The customer service is horrible, they didn't ship my stuff out until I complained so many times, I think they did it just to shut me up. Plus I still have one item they didn't ship. Didn't tell me if it was backordered, or if they were cancelling & reimbursing me. I have sent them an email telling them they have 2 weeks to ship my backordered top or I was calling my credit card company & letting them know about this. I expect better service & communication from this!

There is nothing good to say about this company. Poor quality clothing, horrible customer service and deceptive business practices. What company doesn't send an invoice or packing slip with your order? They over charged me by $35 and refused to allow a return authorization. Thank goodness I used PayPal. Stay away and deal with ethical companies.

I ordered 4 Christmas sweaters and I made sure to note the processing and shipping time as well as the measurements on the items. The first 3 sweaters arrived slightly late, and the other one way late (not in time for the party I ordered them for) and I paid for expidited shipping. The measurements were completely off. They were supposed to be length of 27", however they were only 20" long (basically a belly shirt) and the sleeves were 30" (extremely long!) I reviewed their return policy and because it was their fault they would either exchange them or issue a full refund. I requested a refund because the party would have passed by the time I received them (and I did this, the day they arrived) However, they ignored by request, so I have filed a claim through paypal. They still have declined the refund, but I have faith that PayPal will side with me once they review the issue. Lesson learned, DO NOT order from Sammy Dress. The only way I will be getting a refund is through Pay Pal!

Never Again!

I order the majority of my clothes online and overall I've had good success. SammyDress and DressLily were the worst experiences I've had yet. What was received was not what was pictured (material, cut, details, color), the size small was small doll size, the quality was horrible, a coat was (and still is) wrinkled beyond help, and the return policy is pretty much non-existant even after having to prove your claim with required photos. Never again!
