Very disappointed
December 25, 2015

It's been over a month since i placed and paid for a large order with sammydress and still haven't recieved the items I've paid for. This site is very unprofessional and extremely disappointing!

EXTREMELY dissatisfied.

I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping... all well and good, until of course I received an email saying only part of my order was shipped which all contained Christmas gifts. SO not only am I missing gifts for family members, but the phone number given on the website doesn't allow you to reach anyone... ever... I tried for an entire day. Up until around 2 am to compensate for time difference... I then put in a ticket for my grievance as I had paid for expedited shipping on an entire order which was rather expensive and did not get them in the time frame originally quoted. Therefore should most certainly not have to pay for the shipping when I did not get the things I wanted when it was quoted. "customer service" there is an epic joke! There is no real person to speak to to resolve an issue, and they just continually go back and forth with you on the issue with no resolution. This company is horrid. I will never... ever... place an order with them again.

I ordered a jacket & hat for my daughter for Christmas on November 11th 2015. I paid for the expidited shipping which is 3-7 days at an additional charge of $19. I've been trying to get in contact with this "company" by phone, which is impossible seeing as the line is always busy and if you do get a dial tone, it goes to the busy tone. I wrote a ticket as their site says to do saying that i want my shipping fee refunded since it has been well over a month and I got a very generic response. I asked for someone to contact me by phone so that i could actually talk to someone, I gave my number. No phone call just a generic response. So I replied again asking for a phone call. We will see what happens, although i will not be holding my breath.
I have never dealt with such a horrible "company"! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Fantastic
December 25, 2015

I am very new to the online shopping and technology so I was very nervous about shopping online with everything you hear.
Sammydress changed my mind on that they are amazing.
They help when help is needed, or if you have questions.
If there IS a problem they are straight on it and give you all the information all upfront not just answer your question and then have to wait for a response.
Sammydress cloths look and feel amazing, its easy to shop and are pretty quick at getting it shipped out.
I've been shopping with them all this year and I look forward to shopping with them again next year.

I ordered a jacket weeks ago during Black Friday deals for a Christmas gift. I called the number tonight only to find out that they are out of stock. No one emailed or contacted me to let me know this or refunded me. When I called upset and requested multiple times to speak with a supervisor about my expierence, the women began whispering and laughing then hung up on me. I will never waste my money on a place that hides the truth and hangs up on its potential customers. I was completely appalled by their actions it is disgraceful!

If you notice, all the form letter responses read something like this. So sorry for your bad experience, we will do everything to make it right. BS! Before you order from this company read ALL the nasty reviews. I did not read them at first and Sammy Dress took my $$. I paid for expedited shipping, they took my money and it still took several weeks. Their clothes come in ONE size... SMALL! It may say XXL but trust me it's gonna be the same size as the labels that read "S", "L" "XL", "XXL"," XXXL"... it's going to be SMALL and the material is going to have the consistency of toilet paper. These Chinese people at Sammy Dress are thieves, organized thieves. Please contact your Senator and Congressperson to keep their scam away from Americans.

I ordered all my Christmas gifts for my family using this site. I have used it before to buy my buddy and I a watch, and everything went well, so I figured I'd use it again for Christmas.

I received 3 out of the 8 items I purchased. In my account, it claims that everything was shipped at the same time, 5 days ago. However, not everything was received. I sent in a complaint about the issue about 24 hrs ago, and haven't heard anything yet. I believe the shipping cost was near $120, and the shipping is the issue... jeeze.

This seems like its hit or miss.

This company is a scam. I didn't even get what I ordered with the dresses. And I still haven't received one of the items. 2 of the items were o. K. These dresses weren't even put together all the way seams were hanging. I have contacted them several times with no response! Do not buy from them unless you like giving your money away!

Never Again!

Buyer Beware!

When and if you receive the items you order - may take 3 weeks or longer, they smell so bad like they have been sitting in a damp basement for 20 years. The material is garbage and if you order anything with buttons - you better get your sewing kit out to fix them - however, I am just going to throw my entire order away because it is garbage. This company is bad joke - If you don't know this already - they are located in China - not that it matters but that is one of the reasons that it takes so long to get your crappy clothes.

The company posts low price on their merchandise to attract many people, but hides the fact that they have many hidden costs such as additional S&H, border taxes, duties, ect... I (mistakenly) ordered a few items from them, there were always long delays with "out of stock" in most of the orders, the company cleverly offers refund but only in their merchandise credit, minus the high cost of shipping that I had already paid, how convenience! Many of the clothes don't look anything like the pictures, it's a hit and miss, I won't take any more chances with this company.

I ordered two items a few weeks ago so i could receive the package in time for Christmas and new years and I am still waiting. Sammydress stated the item has been shipped out and provided me with a tracking number. When I try to find it on USPS it says the item is still in china preparing for shipment, weeks now! And sammydress stated it was shipped out. They're lying! Horrible service! I will have anyone I know use this site. A waste of time and money! Absolute BS!

Some may thing is it great but when it takes 6 weeks to get product or even longer it is just not acceptable. And good luck if anything is wrong with it. I have been waiting a month to find out how to return product and exchange or refund! When they have your money then you are screwed! Never use again no matter how good the product or other reviews are!
