I ordered a few items from Sammydress (clothing and accessories) and I'm happy to say that everything arrived on time, in great condition and is soooo cute. Now I finally have that rich colored dress I always wanted and the perfect accessories to match it. I had a few questions to the customer support center about the order details and they were happy to respond to all of my questions in no time.
My experience with Sammydress is great, hassle-free and I recommend it.
I have received 2 of my 3 items in which I paid 70 dollars for were I'd my stuff thus is Ludacris in just down right wrong they need to conduct there business better because there just stealing money! BUY ER BEWARE SCAM ARTIST!
First off, cloths are cheap on here. But after shipping, you are better off going to your local clothing store. My shipping cost more then cloths. I even paid extra for fast shipment. Said would ship within 3 days. Well I received a email 10 days later stating that my stuff has been shipped. 10 days later? Really? Not only did it take that long, but it was only half of what I ordered. I contacted wanting the extra I spent to get my package sooner, and they send me a prewriting message that didn't have anything to do with what I wrote. After another email the finally let me know I can get a refund on what didn't ship already. But all and all I received half my product 25 days after ordering, and still have not received refund for other stuff. Don't know how they even stay in business.

Shopping on Sammy dress is addictive I always have to remind myself how much money i'm going to spend because it's very easy to get carried away. Things are so cheap, in my last order I bought a light up shoe for my daughter she dances hip hop she lit up the stage in so many ways, she loves it so much so much she refused to take off the lights after she preformed travelled straight home with it, caught the attention of everyone. Any where else I could not afford that shoe.

I ordered an item 2 weeks ago and paid nearly 30 dollar's for 3 day shipping. I received an email 3 days later saying my item has shipped. Pull the tracking info and dhl says they never even got my package. Contact sammy dress customer service's and they assure my item has been shipped. 4 days later I receive another email with a new tracking number that says my item is still in Hong kong (on the day it's supposed to arrive mind you). Ruined my Christmas for my wife and I still don't know where my package is that now has 2 tracking numbers sitting in China somewhere. Can't get a hold of customer service now and Christmas is in 2 days. Do not order from these scam artists. I am filling fraud charges and complaints with the BBB. And I will be reporting to the fbi for overseas fraud and my local police for theft. My advice run as far away from this company as possible and do not submit funds to these crooks.

If you are normal size you would wear the normal med or large or whatever sizes they are offering.
It took 46 days to receive the blouse I ordered; came from China or Japan or some oriental country. I ordered a size large since it said it was a sweatshirt; came as a very thin knit shirt and their size large was actually an X-Small in US sizing. I emailed them; never heard back. HOWEVER, after I left a bad review, they were very attentative and communicated quite well. They refunded my money. They have cute products, just know that their sizing is different from USA sizing.

I ordered a blouse in October 2015 and never received it. I put in a ticket; they told me to wait and gave me a date. I waited. In the meantime, they write me asking me to participate in some sort of promotion for them - LOL! I write back that that would not be happening, as I am currently in a state of unhappiness with their company. They write back that they will check on the problem. I now have TWO tickets for the same issue. They keep posting tickets, but each one is a question, not a solution, so when I answer the question, it takes 2 weeks for them to even respond and then theyre asking another question. At the end of November, they give me ANOTHER date to wait for. At this point, I'm livid! I tell them I want my item and I never want to deal with their company again. They write back TWO MORE WEEKS later to tell me the item is out and instead of offering me my money back, they're going to give me POINTS!
POINTS? To order more of your craptastic clothes that I won't ever receive? I don't think so!
Please save your money. The prices are tempting, I know, but the quality is cheap so the stuff falls apart quickly, and thats even if you get it - if you don't get the item, you're out of luck!
I answered my own question... How are they still in business? Because they have schmucks like ME sending them money for nothing!

I ordered a Christmas themed top, and, once it got here a month later, it was falling apart at the seams! I contacted them several times and finally got a reply when I contacted them on Facebook. This is what they said:

I read all the reviews and started to worry, will I get my order? Well I did, and I love my shirt I ordered! For those of you complaining about shipping and how long it takes, if you order from over seas you will be waiting at least a month, this is not the first time or my last time ordering from over seas, obviously some of you are really impatient and have no clue that it takes longer to process and ship there then the states. I ordered on the 5th of December and received my package on the 22nd of December so not too bad, I thought sometime in January, FYI this is not a fake review I live in Minnesota so yeah have a great day!

I got two sweaters. They looked like those cute oversized off the shoulder 80s style sweaters. I paid for a tracking number, but never got one, but I did get the sweaters. These were not an xl at all. I wear a size 13/14, xl usually works, well these were so tight my friend who is the same size and I had trouble breathing in them. They were not stretchy at all like a sweatshirt should be. In fact we ordered the exact same shirt just different color and the styles we received were both completely different. It was pure trash. I would never order from here again. If you do decide to order, the xl would maybe fit s person in size 8.

I was first skeptical about ordering the dress offline, since I was afraid of it being too small. However, once I ordered it and it arrived, I was in love with the color, the material and the way it fits perfectly. I'm completely satisfied with my order and will be placing more orders very soon!
I ordered a sweatshirt that arrived (a month later) with a rip and missing a leather part off of the hood string. After contacting customer service, I received a reply (weeks later) that said it was a "minor issue" and they would give me $4 to take it to a tailor. HA! No... I want to return this piece of junk. After at least 10 more emails back and forth they told me they would refund me the cost of the item but not the $12 shipping I paid. Um... no... sorry, that's not the way it works. I'm still going back and forth with customer service demanding a full refund. This company needs to be reported to the Federal Trade Commission. It's fraud. Pure fraud... trying to offload defective items while making a profit.

I ordered a dress 12/7/15 for my niece's senior snow daze dance. It was the dress of her dreams she said. We have written many emails wondering of the status of the order with written responses back being very vague. I get the dress is cheaper but when a business has no problem taking your money immediately and doesn't have the respect or dignity to answer their phone or respond with with more than a blanket statement email... I've had enough.
My poor niece now has to go shopping and buy a new dress. The dance is this Saturday! So upset with this "business"!
