Not True to Size!

When I ordered from this company, I knew it was coming from China, I knew I was getting what I paid for, and I knew the shipping time would be extra long. What I didn't know was even though the reviews said it was "true to size" that it would be two-three sizes too small. I too have a daughter that found "the dress of her dreams", ordered it after taking her measurements, and after she put it on this morning, found that it was ridiculously too small. It is not worth mailing back and I refuse to throw it away. I will see if my mother (a seamstress) would be willing to remake the dress to accurately fit my daughter. What an absolute disappointment. We will NOT be ordering from Sammydress again!

FAKE FRAUD

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I can sew better than the piece of crap shirts I ordered for christmas for my boys. Not to mention, didnt get them in on time and still a shirt short... my ball dress didnt come on time either. Had to go out and buy another. NOT WORTH THE MONEY... EVEN IF IT IS CHEAP, dont waste your time purchasing from this company... better quality and a good price can be found elsewhere.

Sammy dress offers a very wide variety of trendy clothes as well as many items for the household that you may not find that easily. There are lots of good buys, and a very good selection of items with modern styling and fabrics. Just shop around and see what you like.
Since the merchandise is sent from Asia, it does take time to reach you. If an item is not immediately available, it is sent to you later on in another shipment at no extra cost (you have to be patient, it does eventually come).

Awesome Experience!

I have to say I am very happy with my experience at SammyDress. I placed my first order with them around 11/21/15. Since then I have placed about 5 more orders. I notice some other people have complained about the time it takes to get the orders. To be honest that is not SammyDress's fault. My brother (who has been all around the world) explained to me that sometimes items shipped from one country to another takes a really long time. This is not the fault of the store but oftentimes one country or another having a problem with sending or receiving shipments. I live in the USA so of course the orders took some time getting here.

SammyDress sells items at such low prices that I don't mind waiting a little longer to get them. The important thing to me is I got exactly what I thought I was paying for and that the quality of the item was better than expected. All the items were exactly as pictured. The quality of the items, the customer service and the website was excellent.

I keep placing orders with SammyDress because I have come to trust they will get me the best quality items for the lowest prices.

I would and have recommended this site to friends and to family.

I was just about to order a pretty white dress until I read all these bad reviews it would seem like a company as horrible as this would be shut down! Is there anything thing we can do to put them out of business? Too many rip offs

I ordered 5 items from Sammydress.com and received 4 of the items in less than 2 weeks. The 5th item was on backorder. I love all the items I got, they fit great, except the jacket I got for my son. I ordered the wrong size. That was my fault for reading the size chart wrong. It fit his friend though, so it was a great gift for him. The other jacket I didn't get, I had them refund it and within 2 days I had my refund back on my debit card. I plan to order 2 jackets to replace the one in the wring size and to replace the one I didn't get ASAP! The boys can't wait. There are several items I still plan to get for me too. All communications went smoothly and they always got back to me within 12-24 hours when I had questions about the missing item and refund options. I love SammyDress and plan to buy more in the future.

Horrible company

Ordered items for christmas in the beginning of November from this company and it is now December 24th and still have not received my order! I started a ticket and they said the supposedly sent it last week sometime. Ya right! I dnt have my items and am now out of 200.00 and noone from the company will reply. I better get my money back! Horrible horrible company!

My mother ordered me one the Christmas sweaters that they were advertising on facebook in the first week of November. After not receiving the sweater 2 and half weeks later, she emailed the company and asked what was going on with the order. That same day Sammy dress wrote my mom back and claimed that it's not there fault that she didn't pay extra for tracking, and then sent her a shipping confirmation with the date the package was shipped... which was the same day they received her email. So they lost the order and couldn't admit they messed up, just blamed a customer. That was November 24, it's now the day before Christmas and still no sweater. My mom contacted PayPal and submitted a claim to get her money back from Sammy dress for still not receiving the sweater after almost 2 months after ordering. They now are claiming it's not there fault the package hasn't gotten there yet and it shipped so there is nothing they can do about it. This company is a big sham, and I hope no one else makes the mistake in ordering anything from them. And they better hope they refund my mom because it will be really sad going to court with them over 20.00 dollars

I'm laughing at you people who aren't getting your products. You need to understand that you are NOT buying from America. Transit from China is VERY VERY slow. AND Depending on what time of year - rainy season, snowy season etc, your product might take a little longer than expected. Yes, some companies do better with better transit, but generally it takes 3-8 weeks for delivery. Trust me, Police can't do a thing out of our jurisdiction. You can threaten all you want, but you're barking up the wrong tree. While not all Chinese Merchants are honest or fair, you need to give them a chance first. I see all the complaints are on delivery not necessarily the products. Read this note and realize that they are in the USA! SHIPPING WILL BE S L O O O O O O W!

I ordered myself a winter coat on October 7th 2015 it is now December 30th and I still have not received it. I sent 3 customer service support emails and finally got an answer after the third one and they apologized and mentioned nothing of the refund that I requested and said that my item was sent back to them by customs so they would be shipping it out again and upgrading the shipping to be faster and that was the end of November and I still have not received my coat or a refund.

Hate this company

I order at the end of last month and I still haven't got my products. It says it has been shipped tried tracking it and it has been stuck at some airport for 10 days. I have tried to call always busy or phone don't work finally got someone on the chat and they give you the run around. I will be suing if I don't get my stuff I needed if for Christmas there is no use of it after christmas

I want my money back

I want my money back. What a total RIP OFF. The items are misrepresented and extremely misleading, you only have 3 choices if your are unhappy, 1) return to China for an exchange 2) Return the item to China for a refund on your Wallet (Store credit) 3) Keep the item and accept 30% of the product value back on your payment. The dress looked like it was sewn by a two year old with no labels or tags wrapped up in plastic, to make it worse you tell me I can not return it if its been worn, you can not wear something that is sewn back to front that looks like it would fit a 5 year old. The jewellery is of worse quality than what you would buy from a $2 shop, it was broken with missing bits. The shoes never arrived. I waited a month to receive these items, what a disappointment. I would never buy badly sewn clothes at a store so why I would I accept it online. The pictures and sizes are misleading and you are making money off hard working consumers. I do not want your store credit or pay for returning fake, broken items that probably cost you 5c to make. I want my money back you are nothing but thieves! If there was a negative score you would get that score there is nothing positive about my experience with sammydress con artists. The only thing that I would like is my money back so I can use it to buy real clothes from a real store. This is daylight robbery! I want my money back on my credit card.

My "large" hoodie just showed up. I wear a large in everything. I can literally not get it on (though it says "L" on it). It is the equivalent of a U.S. small, and it took 2 months to get here! Now, am I going to go thru the trouble to try and return it and wait the MONTHS for that process to play out? Nope. I guess I'll find some kid to give it to. Thanks a lot for my "large" hoodie fit for a China-man, Sammy(mini)dress.
