So I ordered 3 items from this website and I ordered the size I would normally wear here in the US. When I checked out reviews after the fact (I KNOW) I realized I should cancel the order... only problem, there is no "cancel" button or tab. So I started a ticket hoping to catch it ASAP so there wouldn't be an issue... hoping they reply within the 24 hours... otherwise I'm putting a stop payment on the order through my bank (which costs to do so) but apparently getting refunds is pretty difficult through this website. Anyone have any experience on this issue?
At first I was worried the material was cheap but when it came in it was better then my expectations! The material was perfect and better then what it looked like in the photos provided. Sizing was a perfect fit as well. Their clothes are perfectly made and the price makes it even better.
I bought a lot of shoes and their heels are by far my favourite! Perfect fit and excellent comfort.
This has been the best online shopping experience I have had and now I only shop at SammyDress!
Why does it take so long for something to process? Last time i ordered from this site i received a jacket for my wife but the jacket was 2 sizes too small, even though the tag said it was correct. Not to mention it took almost a month and a half to show up at my front door. I gave it a second shot and its been almost one month for one item to process with no change.

Those who gave this site 5 stars must have low expectations. Should have known once I received the first package from China. As many have noted sizing is completely off. Way to small for the average size 8 which in standard US sizes a butt to bug for me. Better get a size XLG if you were an 8. Also if you have low expectations then perfect site for you.

I wrote them and they are holding all of my items bc now some are not in stock smh they did not tell me until I asked. Expedit shipping is 3-5 days shipping, it's about to be a month soon and I still have not recieved my items. They have one more week and I'll be filing a claim with my bank to get the funds back

We made two orders from this site (about $300 worth total) a month ago and the items have not arrived. Furthermore, we received an email from them saying the two orders were "refunded", but the money has not in fact been refunded. The company is impossible to contact. It would be one thing if the items merely took forever to arrive, but "refunding" the orders for no valid reason (we did not cancel the orders or anything like that) and not actually refunding the money- and then being impossible to get a hold of- is practically blatant fraud. We're doing everything we can right now to try to find out what happened to the items or to get an actual refund and it has been extremely frustrating. Be very careful.

The only reason I rated sammy dress a 1, is because 0 wasn't an option. According to their shipping time frame, I should've had my items within 3 weeks of purchase. I placed the order November 9 and paid for faster shipping but the company sent it out using flat rate shipping (slow shipping). They ignored my request to refund the shipping difference, even though the error was on their end. I finally received my items right before Christmas and the shirts are not what I was expecting; not true to size and poor quality. Thank god for paypal, they gave me a refund in the full amount. Sometimes being cheap and saving money isn't worth the hassle of dealing with these people, lesson learned.

I ordered 2 wigs and it came in a timely fashion, but the wigs are not of good quality. One was not the color as shown. It's supposed to be black brown, to me its a lot brown with no black in it. Its a #4. It's no way a dark brown and it looks nothing like the pic. It longer, to me. No hint of black in it. The other one is mixed with all the highlights of like a gold on one side in the back and looks like and old wig that has been worn for sometime and returned.

I wish I would have read the reviews here BEFORE I placed an order... Ordered 2 items at the beginning of September. Received one response from them on October 22,2015 stating my items were "held by Customs" but they would quickly take care of it. Received a 2nd email on December 7,2015 stating my items had been shipped out again... Today is December 26,2015 and still NO ITEMS! This company seems to be a deceitful and fraudulent company. I am extremely pleased with my first order on this site. At first I was a bit worried since their low prices just seemed way too good to be true, but everything I ordered arrived in perfect shape. I spent $30 on headband, necklace, hairclips, and a super cute evening purse. All of them were exactly as pictured and seem well made and sturdy so far. Standard shipping was free for the jewelry and headband, and only $3 for the purse, which I think is a pretty great deal considering it came all the way to CA from China. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and will shop there again.
I ordered a sweatshirt in mid October and didn't get it until late late November. That I didn't care much about. Obviously ordering online you always take a risk of things not fitting properly. In this case, mine didn't fit. I figured I'd just be able to return it but while researching how to do so, I found it wouldn't even be worth my time. They say that "customer satisfaction is always our top priority." but when you have to jump through so many hoops just to return something, you can't say that. If something doesn't fit you have to show photographic evidence of it and then they have to review it. Or if you ordered the wrong size they will only give you partical refund. WHO DOES THAT!?

I ordered a few handbags with Sammy dress and I was totally impressed with the quality of the items.
On the advice of support, I selected items marked "ships in 3 days" and I was amazed at how quickly the items arrived.
In placing my order I also got the option of paying via Western Union, which I like because I'm very skeptical of using my CC online.
But I must say thus far my experience with Sammydress was positive and I have a coworker that always orders from them and she advised me as well. I'm a Trini and we don't mix matters with our money because we work very hard for it so thanks to Sammydress for giving me bang for my buck.
I must add though the shipping is a bit expensive but its coming from China. The expedited shipping is cheaper and your items arrive very fast.
Customer service very fast in replying with answers to my questions on shipping. Now just gotta wait on my item purchased.

After reading the reviews on here regarding Sammy Dress, I am almost afraid to post mine! Because it is not negative, nor do I have any horror story about the items I received. All in all I was pretty happy with my purchase at SD. I think what people need to understand is that shipping is coming from China and unless you pay to expedite ( I did not), it'[s going to take 3-6 weeks or thereabouts. Also, the prices at Sammy Dress are UNREAL! You are getting items that are on trend for literally a fraction of the cost on most other sites! Bargain prices sometimes mean you will get bargain materials. I for one am willing to let thread-count slide in exchange for a super cute outfit that will at least last the season, if not longer! The dress I ordered from SD was made of good quality fabric and my only recommendation is to be sure you size up or down according to site data and the reviews posted on that particular item. That way you will be 100% satisfied when you get your items.
