My experience was good. I had purchased tracking number also that was very helpful because parcel reached in my country after one month but through tracking number you can track your parcel on daily basis.If you have any query regarding shipment or pre-stock availability, you can ask from customer support service they will assist you. Mostly they will reply you with in 24 hours.
I ordered a jacket over a month ago and i am still waiting for it - the order still says "processing"! Whenever I email them they take weeks to reply - the money has cleared from my account but still no jacket. Really would not bother buying anything from them, especially if you want it quickly! Absolute shambles of a business.
It really concerns me that this site has not been shut down. They make customers think that it is a god things. You never get your product in the allotted time and that is if you even get it. Like I said o. My other review. I have a lawyer looking into and hopefully they can get the point across to this disgusting place called Sammy's Dress

Never received item. Still disputing claim through PayPal a month later, just to try to get a refund.
Sammydress gave me an ultimatum "cancel claim, or we can not ship items" if I cancel the claim, I can not re submit a claim nor get a refund, so I told them no, I wanted my item shipped first, once I said that, all communication stopped. The number on the website never worked always busy, then one time I got an answering machine that sounded like someone's private #. At the moment I'm still waiting for PayPal to help in resolving this, hopefully I'll get a refund!

I placed an order almost 5 months ago and have yet to receive my order. However, they have taken my money. This store is absolutely ridiculous. I have emailed them several times and gotten responses that are not the least bit helpful. And i have recently tried to email them again but the website is not letting me because they are requiring me to sign in and then they are saying they have no record of my account. This is bull $#*!. The only reason this rating has a 1 is because it will not let me choose an option lower than that.

I ordered 9 items from Sammy Dress and received 4. Of the 4 items, 2 were not what I purchased. The third item was extremely poor quality and the 4th was not what was displayed on the website. I have yet to receive confirmation that the other 5 items I purchased are being shipped, and I paid for expedited shipping. I would NEVER make the mistake of purchasing from this site again.

So I ordered a dress from Sammydress and I know how stuff from China is normally a little small so I ordered an 2XL thinking I would be safe but when it finally came in it was so tiny it looked like it was an extra small and it had a big hole in the front!
Very disappointed! :(

Sammydress is a excellent website / webstore with fantastic products.
I only very recently discovered it and it has quickly become one of my favourite stores.
I have made a few recent orders and have had absolutely no problems at all.
Really good quality, affordable items with good postage rates.

I purchased 2 oversize t-shirts for my adult son. I order 4X thinking that the shirt may shrink after washing. The 2 tee shirts arrived marked 4X but they would barely fit my nephew who is a boys size 12 at the most. And of course, there is no return address that I could return them.

My experience with this company has been very poor and displeasing to say the least! I contacted this company after I have not received my package within the 25 day period. The customer service rep stated: well it's actually going to 45 business day due to it being peak season. I responded back stating that there was not any mention about it being peak season when I place the order. I need that gift by a certain date as a gift for my niece. Since it will not be here in time I would like a refund. Ever since then, I have not received a response from them at all! I sent numerous messages afterwards and still no response!
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experience from a company. And I know for a fact I will never order from them again! And I'll be sure to not recommend them to my peers as well!
AND IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY NEGATIVE STARS!

Clothes are nice, but not as they appear online, site is not immediate to tell you the body size differences between US and China. Customer service # is disconnected. Shipping takes way too long ( an 8 day shipping turns to 3 weeks) Return process is very complex. Customer service takes days to contact you back, gives you vague answers anyway. The return policy of 30 days is stretched out by their stupidity to avoid giving you a refund=the only way this company makes money and stays in business.

$20 bucks for an awesome hoodie, a perfect Christmas gift. After a MONTH of waiting, without being able to track it, this tiny bag shows up. Inside is a horribly made, loose threaded mess of fabric IN THE WRONG SIZE. Proper and 'family friendly' english cannot properly define how ANGRY I am at this company. At the time of writing this review i am a few days into trying to get my money back. Reported to PayPal and now waiting.
Do yourself a favor and AVOID SAMMYDRESS AT ALL COSTS. THEY SELL PURE GARBAGE.

I ordered a knit hat with cat ears, shipping time was great, customer service was great, and I absolutely love the hat. It's not tight on my head so i can wear it exactly how I want and its super warm. Would recommend to my friends and family, and I've even had my mom compliment it and my boyfriend as well. I wear my hat everywhere I go here in Fort McMurry. Sammy Dress has done an amazing job of getting my order to my door.
I also ordered a Batman Sweater for my mom as a birthday gift, shipping was a bit slow but due to it being the holidays I understand. When it arrived my mom loved it and it fits her perfectly, she wears it most days and it keeps her warm. I will definitely continue ordering from Sammy Dress.
The customer service at Sammy Dress is quick and helpful and they do a great job of helping their customers in a timely manner.
Dont buy anything from this place. Shocking quality, not how its shown on website. Cant get a refund have to send pictures of what you have bought? To get a refund you have to do all this then get no response or cant send another email to them as it blocks you. Stay well away from this website

Came across the site from my timeline and have been shopping for months. The products are great pricing and they are all true too fit. I always order 3xxxL for the correct fit (Large is 3xxxl). They ship quick and come directly through your postal service.
The clothes I ordered were really cute, they made justice to the image shown in the website. No loose strings or defects. The clothes also fit me really well. The shipping lasted less than what I was expecting. To sum up: I defenitly recommend this store, the quality-price relation is worth it, and I'll buy more clothes soon!
