I ordered a pair of shoes 3 weeks plus ago. The website is still showing my order status as "processing". I have tried contacting them via phone numerous times, but it would ring then give a dial tone. Then I tried submitting tickets ( and may I add... 3 times!) and neither of them had a response. Communication is horrible! I am moving in a couple of weeks, and I just want to receive my things, or get a refund! I haven't any money to waste. P.S. Shipping is so darn expansive!

I get the fact that "You get what you paid for", but the fact that some items i ordered did not look anything like the picture really frustrated me. I am a first time customer too. And to make matter worse, I lost THREE items! I ordered 11 in total, and only received 8. I've tried calling DHL and they told me there's nothing else under my name. Then I have tried calling them with the USA number they have provided and only got a busy tone every time I've tried calling. I even emailed them three times and still have not gotten any response. Hopefully after reading this message someone will contact me back.

I ordered two dresses and a top, which although they took a while to get to my country, Brasil ( maybe because I chose the least expensive shipping), everything was exactly what I thought it would be. They looked pretty much like the pictures on the website and fitted me perfectly. I chose the size based on the size chart that comes with the description of the product. For the price, I would say I definitely recommend it.

After one and a half month I checked if my ordered was about to arrive (because I live in south america), and found out they had not even shipped it yet! They said they could ship it on november 3, when I ordered it on september 3! I am very disappointed! I said I wanted the refund, what they did, but it's not ok to just give a refund after two months, when I was waiting for my items to arrive and trusted the store, putting my money there for no use!
