Hi everyone, i placed two orders on the Sammydress website. I have a small litle business in Dubai called Vintaysia. So far i am VERY DISSAPOINTED in teh service! Its been a month now, one order says its been shipped out but a second states "PROCESSING" when i emailed the company, they requested a photo of my credit card and a photo of my passport i. D! how do i know that im not going to be cheated! They say its to protect against credit card fraud but how do i know im not walking into a trap! I contacted my bank, they advised me not to send it! The amounts for both orders have gone off my card! Im very upset with this, im loosing my customers and i feel like im being cheated by requesting me to send my card photo with passport copy!

It has been 4 months and i have not recieved my orders! Stay away from sammydress as they are cheating people! I lost $400 through the site!

I am so tired and sick from being ignored the seller in this website are the worst
I haven't encountered something outrageous like this before. I am do pissed off
Live chat is horrible no one will help you. They wont even answer. For my advice never work with seller called JASON or DORIS from this website. I made my payment they wont process it. They wont answer question about previous order which i have not received until now. Even simple question like are these item available in stock wont get any replay.
What kind of bad service is this for customers?

FIRST TIME HAVE USED THIS SITE & AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL! MY ORDER - M************** - WAS PLACED ON THE 12TH OF NOVEMBER & REQUESTED EXPEDITED DELIVERY (3 - 5 WORKING DAYS) IT IS NOW 22 NOVEMBER & HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING! HAVE NOW SENT 3 EMAILS TO COMPANY & RECEIVED NO RESPONCE EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS RESPONCE WILL BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS. MY ORDER SAYS IT IS STILL PROCESSING WHICH IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHIPPED BY NOW. I HAVE ALSO CALLED THE CONTACT NUMBER & IT SAYS IT HAS BEEN DISCONECTED! WHAT THE HELL! I WANT A RESPONCE & NOT A COMPUTER GENERATED ONE...! WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE. IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE OR AM NOT CONTACTED BY COMPANY IN THE NEAR FUTURE I WILL BE MAKING A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO THE NECESSARY AUTHORITIES AS THEY HAVE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD. WHICH IS THEFT!

So far, I'm not certain about this site. I order LOTS of stuff 3 weeks ago and it still shows as "processing". I have tried to contact them through their website, but haven't gotten a response. I have called the toll free number, but only get a busy signal. Makes me concerned as I spent almost $100 which has already been charged to my account. I have ordered through several online shopping venues in the past few weeks and have received everything I have ordered so far. I ordered from SammyDress.com prior to the others and still haven't heard or seen any sign of progress in getting my order.

I ordered from Sammy Dress last month with no problems! My three quarter sleeve V-neck cardigan came right on time as promised by the shipping. You definitely get what you pay for. The material is not as soft as I expected, but it's fine. The sleeves are a little tight around my forearms, but other than that, the fit is good. I am usually a US small/medium in women's shirt sizes. I prefer to wear it with the buttons in the back. It's a cute, simple shirt that will go nicely with a lot of outfits!

I had a positive experience with Sammydress.com. I ordered this item (http://www.sammydress.com/product*******.html) and it arrived in less than a month in a good condition, which surprised and impressed me! Here's the review I wrote which will give you a general idea of the quality: "The item is basically exactly as pictured and described. The color is correct, the fit is loose but not ridiculously baggy, and it has the pockets, hood, and drawstring/tie thing. The material is a little bit thin (I'm not complaining, after all the price is good) but it's very comfortable and surprisingly soft. Maybe it would be slightly better suited for someone who has slimmer shoulders than me LOL, but still. Looks nice either tied in the middle or left open^^ I am of average build: 5'5" and I think around 115 lbs." An extra note: The item was "one size" which people have been wary of, but for me (as I said, a very average sized person) it was the correct size~

I am very grateful that my sister introduced me to this site. I've not had any issues with products not being as described any delays and the quality still exceeds my expectations based on the low prices! I will continue to recommend the site to friends and family!
