Please please please don't cause yourself the head ache. I ordered from them mid april I emailed them about my order still saying processing, they email me back saying none of my items was in stock and asked if I could wait 2 days. I agreed to wait. I really wanted my items and other things I put in my favorites so I placed a second order as stupid as it sounds while still waiting to get the first one. I thought I could trust them they were communicating with me in a timely matter. Needless to say after that one email it was the last, I have yet to receive anything from them I emailed them no response back until today I receive an email saying my order was shipped and it would be 15 25 day until I receive it and this was the second order I placed and I paid for 3 5 day shipping for that order was planning on wearing it for my vacation but that didn't happened. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY ITS A HEADACHE and a SCAM shopping should be stress free and no headaches. DONT SHOP WITH SAMMYDRESS.COM

I just placed an order yesterday but I wish I would have searched the reviews before I ordered! I do not have patience for waiting a month to receive anything I order which is why I did choose expedited shipping, however, I see many other ppl have as well and that didn't work out for them so I wanted to just document my experience! I spent $110 plus an additional $65 for shipping (3-5 days), I had better have my items within this time frame otherwise I will file a claim with paypal as others have had to do! I will update as I am contacted from the company!

I ordered 4 bikinis on April 19th. Total is almost 60 bucks, paid with paypal of course that was the easiest part. My order is still processing it's now May 7th. Ive contacted them and got a luke warm response, saying it was out of stock I went and second checked all of them and NONE of them were marked out of stock in any of the sizes... ive called and get a busy signal and it takes them days to contact u back, the live chat DOESN'T WORK no matter how long I wait. I really wanted to believe this site wasent a rip off but it seems that it is, it's a shame I really loved those bikinis.

Ordered two high wasted bathing suits off Sammydress.com

Cheap material, all the bows and buttons fell off, they also run SMALL, Smaller than usual. Bought both in size LARGE and the two suits are visibly different sizes. Not worth the 13 or less dollars and took two month to ship. When I messaged them why it was taking so long, the response was that the items I purchased were out of stock. So when you put a item in you cart for check out, there isn't a 100% grantee it is in stock. I dont want to gamble to merchandise I've paid for. Especially about the quality. They delete bad reviews off the site, terrible scamy website.

And PARTIAL refund? This website is crap.

I ordered a dress from this site on 4/22/14 and it's still saying processing till date. Contacted them and they tell me the item is not available and I should choose another item... yet the dress I ordered is still displayed on the site. I have asked them to refund my money if they can make the dress. I don't want any other dress. Mind you this dress was for an occasion for 5/17/14 now i have to look for another dress. I want my money back! I paid with paypal so i'm about to ask them to get a refund... Their so call numbers on their websites don't work... I believe this is a bigtime scam and I am very disappointed...

I placed my order on 4/16/2014, I noticed after a few days that my items were still processing. I emailed them and I did receive a response in a timely manner. I was notified that one of my items were out of stock. I told the representative should have advised me that the item was out of stock on website. It is not5/5/2014 and I emailed them and still have not heard anything back. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS WEBSITE. I stopped several of my friends and family from purchasing on this website because of the customer service. I take a trip to Miami for Memorial weekend and looks like I will have to spend money elsewhere because I probably will not have the items they sent and come to find out they still only sent 2 out of 3 of my items. The representative lied to me and told me they were in but their records on my account says otherwise. Though it is a cheap website it is not worth the headache and frustration.

I ordered 7 items on 28th March and paid 106.93 USD, 3 days later i received an email confirming shipment, then my nightmares began when they sent me an email with" notification of partial delivery" apparently they only shipped only 2 items that were actually worth 16 dollars and the rest was out of stock. I was given the option for refund or pick other stuff; i decided to request for my refund which they sure did refund guess what! 28 dollars! How they arrived at this figure is beyond me. This was actually my first time using this website and my very last ever and i'll make sure all my friends know that this website is a definite scam. I have learnt a big lesson here even though i'm a regular online shopper this was by far the worst experience ever!

I found sammydress while casually searching for a good pair of boots. I loved the pair of boots featured on this site and placed an order without going through the reviews and now I want to kick myself for being so stupid. I placed my order on 30th April 2014 and haven't received a single communication stating the timelines of delivery. I raised a support ticket on 2nd May 2014 to know the status of my order but contrary to their "receive a reply in 24 hours" I still haven't received any reply from them.

I ordered: 4 pairs of earings, 2x 6 pieces bracelets, 32 pieces of professional cosmetic tool bushes with leather bag (fake MAC, some brushes are falling hair but i suppose that's normal), eyelash curler (purple, it came in green color), soft spondge powder puff, 168 eye shadows palette (fake MAC) and 12 colors eye pencils (waterpoof). I waited around month and my order came in two packages. I'm very satisfied because it was exactly like in pictures, they are very cheap and with ok quality. How much you pay, that's what you get... Only one bracelet was little damaged, but other than that everything was well packed in cellophane or package airbags. So i give them 4/5 :)

I am extremely disappointed with the Company. They are very irresponsive, they don't reply at all. They are just not ready or prepared to deal with ppl from another country. After the payment they said I will get my order at the end of the mth though I told them that my order was a birthday present. They are horrible ppl. I have bought online and I got my order within 3 days. I was expecting this from them and I was so wrong. I'm regretting for choosing this damn Company. I want my money back! I don't trust these Morons anymore! It's been four days already..
