I ordered a couple of things from this site last week. I got very excited with all the low prices only to find out that they get you back with the shipping at the end. It was a couple of dollars difference for regular shipping to the expedited so i decided to cash out more money for faster shipping. Only after i have placed my orders did i find horrible horrible reviews and comments about this company. I was unease but decided to gve them the benefit f the doubt and was hoping since they were getting too many complaints they would improve the customer service but after trying to reach them at the hotline they have on their site and sending them several ticket complaints got nothing back and the live chat is no help they told me to send an email going back to square one. I hope i can get a full refund.

I had asked them to cancel my whole order then they sent me a message that the order has shipped out but some items are still out of stock and asked me if i still want to wait or cancel. OMG! Then they keep telling dont worry dont worry we are reliable, one of the operators even said to trust their company. They will not refund the expedited shipping fee and still shipped my order anyway. I cant believe them. Will never use your site again.
I placed my order on April 25 & it still says processing. I have emailed & no response from a rep just a email that says they will get back once labour day is over. Really? I'm pissed I hope I get my stuff by May 18 I have party to attend. This was my first time ordering & will probably be my last.
This is the second negative review I've written about this company. I ordered from them March 19 and they were paid via PayPal March 19th and I have yet(May2nd, 2014) to receive my item inspite of numerous emails and phone calls, none of which they have bothered to respond to inspite of their assurance on their web site that all emails would be answered with 24 hours. The first negative review was written on another site and a customer service rep replied that they would be in touch with me but... haven't heard a peep from them. I am now contacting PayPal to ask for my money back.
Unfortunately, this has caused me to be wary of ordering from any internet company using Asian models because this isn't the first time I've been ripped off by internet companies in China. I've learned this lesson, albeit I don't like to profile an entire race, but I can't say I've a a good experience with any of them and I'm tired of fighting to get what I honestly ordered and paid for

The website it easy to navigate and has a search option which makes it easy to find whatever you're looking for and although the delivery takes around about a month, it's worth it as the items you're getting a super cheap and of decent quality. The stock is also quite different to a lot of stuff on other websites which I think is a nice idea to make you stand out from the rest. Definitely recommend this website!
I am so frustrated with this website. I placed an order on April 24th, and it is now May 2nd. The order is still "processing" and I have tried to contact the company twice via their ticket option in support and nothing. Even though the website promises a response within 24 hours. Because I have no access to a phone, my boyfriend tried calling the company as well and no one picked up the phone. If I do not hear from them by Monday evening regarding an estimated time of arrival I am cancelling my order. I NEED these items by May 19th.

I ordered several items, and none of them were as described, and several items were missing. I paid more for shipping than I did the items. I contacted the seller, and no one ever returned my emails. I also filed a case with paypal. Now, I"m having to pay return shipping, over $30 to return less than $20 merchandise. Please do not buy from this site.

I ordered shoes for my wedding from this web site, once they took my money I emailed them about my shipment they told me they do not have my shoes in stock (20 days after) asked me if I wanted to exchange the shoes for another similar pair... I asked about 4 different pairs and none of them were in stock... very unprofessional poor customer service. They take your money and you dont see your order... they dont PUT OUT OF STOCK before you pay its a scam... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM... its a cheap seller probably located somewhere in China... NOT WORTH IT ALL I AM very upset because I counted on these shoes for my big day its just FRAUD! AGAIN PEOPLE STAY AWAY!

I ordered a bathing suit after reading multiple positive reviews on the site. I needed the suit 4 weeks from the date I ordered it, but I sprung for the "express shipping" of 3-5 days... what they don't tell you, is that they may charge you extra for shipping, but, if they don't have the item in stock, they still sell it to you, charge you, and leave your order in "processing" without telling you it isn't in stock... I waited 3 days in "processing" limbo before I reached out to the company. They wrote back 24 hours later and said that the item was out of stock... then, when I picked a replacement item, they said the replacement was also out of stock despite both items being available on the site... It has been 3 days since I requested an update on my order, and it is very frustrating to wait 24 hours between each communication... I am waiting for my refund... hopefully they don't wiggle out of that as well. I would say that the site isn't very trustworthy.

The packages came a little bit delayed, but ok no problem... besides I live far away (Greece). The packaging was very safe & the products arrived safely with no damages. In my recent experience with them didn't have any issue. However, I'd suggest you to do live chat before placing any order. The csr will tell you right away what current items are in stock and not. This will shorten the processing time. But what really got me mad is that i ordered worth $100 in clothing and Thanks God i decided to speak with a rep. Therefore, 2 out of 10 items were in stock :(. . If I've placed it without consulting firstly the processing time could've been a headache tho. Overall, the items i received were all great exactly as shown in the pictures tho. Of course their clothing are slim fit. So make sure your body qualifies for them. If your height is 175, weight 70kg Over, chances are that they won't fit you right. I. g i bought this jacket and their largest size was tag XL= Fits US Small. Which was the perfect size was for me. Besides that, delivery was extra fast if used via expedited DHL. My item arrived 2 days after shipped.
I've ordered from SammyDress.com several times and have never been disappointed. I ordered several dresses and a synthetic wig from them and they were exactly what I had imagined. They arrived way faster than I thought (all of the orders did, actually) and they were packaged well and arrived in great condition. The dresses fit perfectly; not too tight, nice length on the sleeves, full skirts, and cute details. The wig was a little longer than I thought it would be, but it was the measurements listed, it just fit me differently. Really great color in the synthetic hair and it looks very natural. The hooks in the back are great for adjusting it, too. Overall, I would definitely recommend SammyDress.com if you're looking for cute and affordable clothes and can wait the two weeks for them to get to you!
