I ordered twice from this site on 02/28 and on 04/28 and both orders failed to ship me all of my items. I spent $150.00 and failed to receive 3 items. My first order with the company they did communicate that 1 dress I ordered was delayed and they would ship the other two items. After I received those two items, I was promised the 3rd item would be shipped when ready. I never heard anything after that and my emails/tickets were ignored. Stupidly, I gave them another chance and placed a second order on 04/28 ordering another 9 items and this time did not get any emails saying any items would be delayed or had issues, and once I received my order 2 items were just missing. I emailed them asking what was happening with my first order missing item and now with my second order the other 2 missing items. No responses to my emails. Now I am just annoyed and thankful that I never spent more money at this store and will never order from them again as I have zero trust in them.

I recently purchased a wedding dress from Sammydress.com and I must say I am more than pleased with the dress and the whole experience. I ordered the dress custom made to my measurements and they made it and I received it in about 1 month. Which I think is amazing for a custom made item. The dress was of great quality and seemed very well made. I fell as if I got an amazing deal for what it is. I know shipping prices are rather high but this is an overseas company, international shipping is high! I don't think they try to scam you with shipping because it is really expensive for them to ship items internationally. I can't speak for everyone but I had a wonderful experience with Sammy Dress and I would shop there again and recommend to a friend. Thanks!

I love this online store for its pretty collection. I ordered few chains and earrings and received them as expected. The jewellery is tooo good and at reasonable prices.
I ordered a dress too recently, yet to receive it.
Initially I felt the shipping costs are too high, sometimes exceeding the product's cost. So I started browsing other stores which provide free shipping and observed that the prices are very high in those stores. Though the shipping is expensive at Sammy dresses, the final bucks we pay is comparatively less here.
I selected many other tops and dresses to order in future. I became a regular customer at Sammy dresses.
Recently I came across Sammy dresses App. It is cool providing us an excellent shopping experience. I recommend everyone to download it.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I ordered the "Sweet Scoop Neck Back Bow" top, which looks very dashing and classy in the photos that were advertised: the fabric draped and the design was dreamy. It appears as though I was one of the only people who received their order (which consisted of this shirt, lingerie, and a pair of stockings) in decent time, given that it was shipped from China, I received my order in about two weeks from ordering. When I received it, I found the lingerie top to be ripped and the bow embellishments to be sewn incorrectly, in fact the bows weren't even the same, and the panties were poorly put together (straps ripped, bow was ugly, etc). As for the beautiful shirt I alluded to previously? Oh, it was absolutely the ugliest shirt I've ever thought of wearing. It was polyester, yes, but the sleeves scraped together to make an awful shearing-squeek and the material was poorly put together; that pathetic beige on the back of the shirt was supposed to be an excuse for a bow. It was seriously depressing.

"Why don't you call and return the things," you may be thinking. Well, their policy states they only offer a "partial" refund IF their Customer Service approves of the return. Also, the clothing costs much less than the shipping back to China, so here I am, thirty dollars wasted and scrap material.

Skip this website and buy from a better-known website, or spend a little more money in-store if you want good clothes. This website is totally fraud.

I have contacted the Support Center and have gotten nowhere. I paid extra to receive a tracking #. After almost 10 days they say it is still processing, I asked how long it would take to process and they said after 4 days it would be, this was on 5/10/14. I was then told yesterday that it would be re-stocked after 4 dyas and sent. I then was told wait one week and it would be shipped to me. So i contacted them through the "CHAT SUPPORT". ELLIOTT- said they are out of stock and would be re-stocked in 2 weeks. I was not told that these items were out of stock, this was not stated when i purchased all 3 items and no emails were sent informing me of this. I asked for a date of when it would be shipped. They gave me about May 30th. This company is a complete joke. I want my money back and i will not be doing business with them!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

I am really frustrated, would not recommend this website, I ordered once before, poor fabric quality! Order arrived late!
This year on 24/04 I ordered a jacket and a shirt for my bf because he did not find anything in store that he liked, i advised him he shouldn`t order but he still told me he wants to. So I paid for it on 24/04/2014 today is the 13/05/2014 the order still shows as PROCESSING, it is absolutely outrageous as on the 19/05 the order should be here! We are going away on holiday soon and won`t be able to pick it up if the order is not here when it should be, totally unacceptable! I wish they either send my order on time or give me my money back!

I actually was debating wether or not to purchase things from a website I never heard of. Especially if it's coming from another country well any who I order my things and two days later it was shipped out. The estimate of delivery was 8-15 days or 12-25 business days. I receive my package in 9 business days. I love my swimsuit only problem is the bottom is tight on me but Owell. I order a size M because for a skinny girl my butt is big but the M is to tight. I will still wear it and next time I will order a Large. Just becareful when ordering make sure you order a size up if you aren't sure. I love it and I would recommend this website to everyone I mean stop complaining you get what you pay for and for that price you pay shyt idc if it takes a month for $10 vs paying $50-$100. The only thing I feel that sammydress should improve is the mailing package. They stuff a medium size tote bag and my swimwear into this small grey package and tape it all around it look ghetto.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! It's a fraud! I ordered a swimsuit on April 29th and should have known that day when I didn't get any tracking information. A week later, I sent an email. No response! Then another week later, I sent another email inquiring about the status. No response again. Two days later, I opened a dispute through Paypal. Thank goodness I used Paypal, so I can be guaranteed my money back. This company is quick to take your money and then disappears on you. Unfortunately, I read all the horrible reviews AFTER I placed my order. Ughh! It's a China-based company. I just wasn't careful in this case. I will only deal with U.S.-based companies from now on.
