Hey guys, this is the forst ever review ive wrote online! I placed my order and then had a funny feeling so looked up reviews, my heart sank as I read all of the negative comments and thought damn thats my money gone. However imagine my delight when a package arrived at my house! I was thrilled with my items. I bought a pair of shoes that fit perfectly, a 'one size fits all' dress, short so like a top, that is quite large, it fits me well, im a size 16uk and a size large dress that is smaller than id like but hopefully will fit into it by the end of the summer! So I live in Ireland and the delivery time was about 30 days, which im use to as most clothing I buy on ebay comes from asia. So if you need it in a hurry dont shop here, even the express seems to take ages. I was one of the lucky ones it seems and while i love my items I will not chance being caught out like so many have and will not be ordering anything else from this site. I would urge others to think twice too, nobody wants the hassle of an untrustworthy website. My go to site will continue to be ebay, excellent customer service to resolve any disputes! Horrible horrible site! I wish I would have listened to the many bad reviews this company has but I wanted to be fair and give this company a chance... never again! I have been waiting on my order which is a dress I really wanted for my baby shower, it's been almost 2 weeks now and the status on my order was still "processing". I sent them an emai wanting to know when my order would ship and they finally decide to let me know that the dress is out of stock and will not be here in time for my baby shower. They offered me a refund which they better do so... this company is ridiculous what a joke! Yes it's cheap but so not worth the frustration they cause!
When i buy from your website i already expected the dress will be cheap dress as i'm paying quite cheap but when i really got the dresses they are way beyond cheap. I couldn't believe what i was looking at! I'm very disappointed. And i received only half of my orders. I ordered 7 dresses and got 4.
Really pissed off! I ordered a bathing suit a month ago and i still dont have it. They have my payment, it says so on the site. But processing has been going on for exactly a month, what could be taking so long?! The item has been on sale for months now apparently, so if they are out of stock why keep selling them? Stop selling them and work on getting out the orders that people are asking for! I'm so tired of this i have been expecting this thing for forever and there has been no movement at all! I went to try and put in a support ticket but every time i do it asks me to log in, I WAS ALREADY LOGGED IN! WHY DOES IT KEEP ASKING ME THIS. So i tried 4 more times with the exact same result. I tried talking to their "live chat" but that sure didn't work, because guess what? THEY ARE CURRENTLY OFFLINE, ALL THE TIME. These people dont have a toot about your opinion or you they are money snatchers, and until i am proved otherwise my opinion of them is never changing and i am never ordering from these people ever again. I can almost also guarantee you that when they tell people they "emailed" the person with a complaint on here, they actually haven't. I applaud you are your dumb scheme, but no one should ever work with you ever again. I know that I wont.

I placed an order on the 11th of May and paid $30.00 extra for expedited shipping. After a week without any notice of shipment I contacted the via "trouble-ticket" (no phone number given on site to contact them). They responded to me on the 27th of May that they shipped out 6 of the 10 items I had ordered on May 28th (17 days after ordering). They also stated that the other 4 items were out of stock (did not show out of stock when I ordered them online) and that they did not know when they would be in stock and that I could wait (indefinitely or refund). Naturally, I requested a refund and haven't had an acknowledgement of my refund request to date. THIS IS VERY BAD BUSINESS!

After waiting an eternity –more than a month! - to receive my package, one of the three dresses I ordered had too many issues. First, there was a light stripe in the front, center of the dress, from top to bottom. I took photos and attached to the email to them. Second, there were a few holes in the dress. I noticed one initially but there were actually more of them. Their rep responded that they would exchange the dress but I would have to pay the returning fee, which was almost $20. Since the return was not due to my mistake, but because of a defective product, I refused to pay for the returning fee and said I would like to return the dress and receive a refund. They still inisisted I pay for the shipping return fee. They went back and forth with me, unwilling to resolve an issue that was caused obviously by a very poor quality item ordered from their website.
After many back and forth emails and no favorable resolution, I said I will pay the return shipping fee and have them send me a new one at no shipping cost. This was my last concession. They got back to me saying the item is not in stock. Went on their website and, surprisingly, the item was available for ordering! LOL
So I am left now with a totally defective dress that I will never wear, and which cost me $40 + shipping. However, my material loss is nothing compared to the disgust I have for such a shady business.
My bad for looking to pay less money for otherwise expensive clothes. This is a lesson learned; hopefully other people will read the reviews before letting themselves scammed by Sammydress.com.

The "processing time" took over a month! They failed to even mention that the swim suit I ordered was out of stock. I ordered from them on 4/24 and the swim suit wont be in stock til June 7th! I only found out about this because I submitted a complaint with the company. I will not make any more purchases on this site again. This is just bad business.

Brilliant experience, really. The sight design is very nice, clean and modern. The only thing I wish I could do was view things by the amount of photos that have been submitted for the piece, like how you can view items by their review count and what not.
The shipping took long (three weeks) like they said, but it didn't bother me (it was also very affordable).
I knew exactly what I was buying and the quality of it... or I guess I thought I knew, because some things that I bought surprised me with their fantastic quality! I had read the online reviews for the website after I'd purchased my items, calling it a scam and what not... totally do not agree, was very worth it.
Would definitely use SammyDress again.

My experiences with Sammydress has been nothing but satisfying. Quality of goods I've ordered have always been surprisingly good. You can truly say its shopping made easy. Variety of items is very good and prices are reasonable. Yes, you have to keep in mind that sizing s a bit different, but that is easily solved because they have items actual measurements written right by. I also like that you can calculate shipping costs very easily. Delivery times in my opinion are also reasonbale. I would definitely recommend this site.
Tive uma boa experiência com minhas duas compras no SammyDress. Tive muita sorte e os vestidos que comprei serviram como uma luva. Muito importante usar a tabela de medidas de cada roupa e uma fita métrica! ;) A qualidade dos vestidos também me agradou muito, veio com algumas linhas soltas na barra, mas foi só cortar, e o outro veio com a barra torta, tive que mandar para uma costureira arrumar, e o cinto que acompanhava veio com a fivela com defeito.
Mas em geral fiquei muito contente e satisfeita! O inconveniente é a demora para chegar no Brasil, mas é o tempo normal, tem que ter paciência e segurar a ansiedade, outro inconveniente é você fazer a compra e depois ser informada que algum item não estava mais disponível.
Outro ponto que gostei muito é a rapidez com a qual respondem as dúvidas! Achei bem prestativos!

I really like the selection that Sammy Dress has. They have many items for reasonable prices... the only thing that I do not like is dealing with is their shipment wait time. It takes a really long, I mean like a month long which makes it hard if you need something in an orderly time frame... otherwise customer service is good they are good at getting back to you within the first 3 days... if not right away... but def a good store to shop...
This company is complete CROOKS! My wife placed an order March 2 and never received the item. She has been back and forth with them telling her it can take 60 days for delivery. We waited past the 60 days and still never received anything. She asked for a refund and they are trying to offer her $30 for compensation and it would be shopping money for their site! What a JOKE! Why would we want to order from thm again! We want FULL refund back to our PayPal!

It took a month to receive the shirt, and the quality is horrendous (as I should have expected from an $8.00 shirt). I ordered a large, as is my size, and their large is equivalent to an XS. I will NEVER order from them again.

ONE OF THE WORST PLACES TO SHOP AT! Ordered my stuff on April 14 and now its almost june and haven't received half of stuff still. The items (Dresses) that i did receive were either really short (reached my ankles and im only 5'3) or they material or color was different. And the customer service is really slow at replying and very unhelpful. They tend to make excuses to stall customers, which ends up being months. Still missing 5 items and they haven't shipped out rest of my order and they are very unwilling to refund my money. BE AWARE TAXES APPLIED ON THE PARCEL ENDS UP BEING MORE EXPENSIVE!
