The merchandise I ordered did not look anything like the pictures and when I wanted to return it (after receiving NO INVOICE OR RECEIPT with the package) I emailed the website. When I didn't hear anything after two weeks except an auto form email stating they had received my email, I contacted the seller through PayPal. After much $#*!ering back and forth, they finally agreed to give me a full refund, BUT I had to return the merchandise to CHINA AT MY EXPENSE! This was going to cost me at least half of what I paid, plus insurance. No where on their website does it state the merchandise ALL comes from CHINA. PayPal refused to refund my money and closed my dispute. There have been a lot of complaints about this company, but most people, including me, didn't check for reviews before ordering. I won't make that mistake again! Don't expect PayPal to side with you against a merchant either.
Update: I finally got a refund... it only took 8 months and a lot of back and forth emails and explanations and I wouldn't have gotten it then if I hadn't kept after them and kept posting bad reviews. I'm still getting new emails from them wanting me to check the return policy, blah blah blah. As stated previously, I did not receive an invoice or a packing slip OR a return address which is CHINA and I would have had to pay to return the merchandise, which was horrible. I won't buy from them again and when I do buy from a company online that is not nationwide recognizable, I'll check to see where the merchandise is coming from BEFORE I order.

I see negative reviews all over but for all the times that I have bought something, everything was exactly the same as the pictures and shipping was not an issue. I live in Canada and when I found this site, I was surprised by the low prices. I never had a problem with the product.The customer service is amazing. Every time I had a problem with something, I went to them and they replied the very next day and made sure everything was okay. I would definitely recommend this to others
I placed an order 2/22/16 with wit expedited shipping and I am still waiting. It didn't get shipped until 3/3/16. Here it is 3/11/16 and I have no tracking number and I paid for a tracking number. My email states 3-10 days before arrival. But I paid for expedited shipping. Which I should have received it in 2 days after being shipped. Didn't know it would take this long. This site is a waste of time. No one to contact. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. So sad. That's my money wasted.

I was very happy with all the items purchased on Sammy Dress. The order came within the expected days which was great. One item did not make it in the order due to the high demand but I was notified in advance by the Customer Care Department that they would mail it out once available and there would be no extra charge. The final item came within 2 days of the original order. Everything was intact and of very decent quality! I am sooo happy with Sammy Dress and will definitely order more items from them!

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE OF ALL TIME. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. I bought a pair of overalls from Sammydress in December 2015, they got my address incorrect and then the shipping tracking said it said it was "delivered". Turns out (after I had to google maps it) that it was "delivered" to THEIR storage unit in New Jersey that they seem to know nothing about. I have been asked for a refund of cash because I will NEVER buy anything from them again for the full amount several times. They promised it back at one point, never got it. I have still been trying for 4 months. The last message I got was that they would refund me $4 for no particular reason. This is by FAR the WORST services I have ever had to deal with and they should be shutdown IMMEDIATELY.

I got to know Sammy Dress from a friend of mine. He recommended the online shop to me. My first visit on the website was very positive. I had good impressions of the structure and the usability of the site. The selection of products is huge! You need your time to find something that fits to you but in the end the shopping cart is full of fancy products! You can't get enough! The order process is quite easy and you can pay by credit card without any extra fees. I like that! The standard delivery to Germany is about 14 days which is good because the costs for delivery are quite small. The quality of the products is amazing! I really like the correct fit of the products and they look like on the web shop. The customer service is also great! They answer within one day. I warmly recommend this shop.
I placed an order a month ago, and paid extra to ensure that it would be shipped in time for my vacation. Their website says that processing time is a MAXIMUM of 10 days. Well it has been a month, and it still says that the order is "processing." It should have been shipped and delivered a long time ago. I have emailed them, submitted a help ticket, and called them multiple times, and I have yet to receive a single response from them on any platform. I want to know where my money went. I would like the extra money I spent on faster shipping to be refunded, and as far as I'm concerned my entire order should be refunded. Customer service is basically nonexistent and don't know if I will ever receive my order.

So, after posting the disappointing review below. Sammydress contacted me and told me to keep the stuff I had and would refund the amount. A little bit less than I paid and I guess it was for the adm fee for paypal. Anyway, I appreciate their response and I also admire the power of this website.
Way to go Sammydress, this is the way to do business and I am sure you will continue thriving if you adopt this attitude.
If you do not have the stock why made people pay then tell them the shipment is incomplete. I paid extra for expediate shipping which was advertised to 3-5 days and the 1st of the shipment took more than 10 days. The stuff I got was okay but the size was way off (in fact too big). Anyway, I want to know when do I expect the remaining of my order? Order no: M**************.

I googled "wood watches." Because I am allergic to stainless steel. SammyDress popped up with a pic of a beautiful watch. Only $30. SamDres prices were so good, I ordered 10 more items for my friends. Each item between $5. & $10. After 5 weeks, some items came. Within 2 more weeks, the other items came (except for the watch) EVERY ITEM WAS BROKE, DID NOT WORK, or NEEDED BATTERIES NOT SOLD IN U.S.! I had to throw every last item out!. But, HERE IS THE KICKER! 2 weeks after throwing everything out, I received an email stating that "unfortunately we are unable to ship the watch you ordered." They did not give an explanation! They just said "sorry, pick something other than a watch, and we will send you that" I now believe there was no watch. I think they have products that lure people in to the website and hope they buy other things as well. Then they keep your money for a few months, and only if you keep emailing them, they will tell you they will give you a credit to buy more crap! This is a scam! Also before I received an item, I referred a friend to the website. She ordered approx. 5 dresses and 3 pairs of shoes. She received an email FROM SAMMYDRESS stating that they "can not ship the order unless she provides them with a copy of her drivers license and an additional photo I.D." along with other personal info. What the heck? RUN AWAY IF THEY ASK YOU FOR THAT KIND OF INFO! Do not give it to this website. I think there is something illegal going on! Please do not be a victim! I wish I had looked at these reviews before I ordered from Sammydress. I ordered 2 items the end of January and finally received it on March 4th after I sent 2 inquiries on shipping status. After receiving the items, they do not look like the items I ordered, very poor quality. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. Then when I contacted them about the problem, they wanted me to send pictures. After sending the pictures they state they only refund if it's defective but will give credit in the way of "points". Are they serious? I won't order anything else and will cut my losses. Wow, I just saw the review where someone stated they were asked to write good reviews in exchange for "S" points. I figured those writing positive reviews were getting something in return. BEWARE, THIS IS COMPANY IS BAD NEWS!
