I first went through several online store to check for the best price and I found Sammydress. Their prices were very low I even doubted the quality of their products. But when I ordered a baseball hat, it was so good, stylish and of the highest quality I have ever seen. I hence forth trusted Sammydress and its now my number one stop shop where I get high quality outfits.
I ordered from Sammy dress on 1/30/16. I ordered a dress and a bathing suit all at the same time. I paid the extra for a tracking number and package protection and then waited. I waited for almost an entire month and my order was still processing. So I tried calling them, leaving several messages with clear contact information, sending several help tickets via their website, and even tried live chat a few times. Their phone number provided, goes straight to an answering machine or rings and then the answering machine picks up. The help tickets I sent would say received but never were answered. With the live chat I finally got in touch with a representative who told me the items I had ordered a month earlier, would be shipped out as soon as they were available. Now, I have done some online shopping and most of the time if something is not available it will be taken down or say "out of stock." I finally recieved a package from them on 3/14/16. I opened it to find no bathing suit but just the dress. The dress had a few places in stitching that were messed up, the fabric was very heavy and it was way to big(which seems to be the opposite problem that others were having) I checked my email to find they FINALLY reached out to me, just to give me an automated message stating that the bathing suit is not available at this time and they can give me store points for it (yeah... no thanks.) I asked for a refund to my bank card and they refunded me a "partial" refund for less than the dress itself cost! Ordering from their site is like gambling with your money and customer service gets a thumbs down from me.

I purchased a Black Bell Bottom Sleeve Dress and a pair of Vogue Abstract Print Wide Leg Pants For Women from Sammy Dress and could not be happier. The garments were excellent quality fabric and well constructed. Taking into consideration that their sizing is different from American sizing I took all that into consideration and ordered the size that was best suited for my size and shape, both items fit very well. I received the items much sooner than expected and in excellent condition. Customer Service was not needed during the process of the order, but they have been excellent in making sure that I received the order and it was to my satisfaction. The overall shopping experience online with Sammy Dress has been the best online shopping experience I have ever had. Look forward to placing my next order.

Terrible website! I still haven't received my package and I called three times! Every time someone hung up on me! Despite many failed attempts in getting my order delivered to me in a timely fashion, once I requested a refund they were very polite and prompt. The orders may take FOREVER but if you are not satisfied they are very fast about giving your money back. It took less than 24 hrs. I hate that I couldn't receive my purchase but thanks SammyDress for being prompt and speedy with my refund!
Ordered 3 wigs from them a month ago (28 days) & they just arrived today. I paid the extra $6 for express shipping (5-10 days) but they hustled me. After 20 days they sent a tracking number with a link that takes you back to their page not USPS so you can't track your order at all. You just have to check you mailbox everyday like a fool. They only sent 2 of the 3 wigs even though my shipping notice said all 3 had been shipped. The wigs looked nothing like the picture & I promptly threw 1 in the garbage already. The other one may be salvageable if I cut it. THEY ARE LIARS & THIEVES & IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I am so sorry I ordered from Sammy Dresses. I am back into 5 tops that I want to return and they won't tell me how to return and get my refund. They want me to measure everything and send photos, it's ridiculous. I would not recommend buying from Sammy Dresses if want to return items that you receive.

I usually don't write reviews but I am writing for this to aware other buyer. I bought merchandise worth over $50 dollars after looking at there fancy website. Firstly my stuff didn't come for 2 weeks after placing the order and once I got it the sizes where not correct and dresses were torn. I ordered 6 items from this website but only received 5. The shoes, hat, and sweat pants were awesome. I bought a dress shirt that was way too small even though I ordered 2 sizes larger than I normally wear. A sleeveless hoody was also posted but never received. I contacted them about my missing item but was always given the run around. I got tired of emailing about it so I just took the loss. Everything takes a while to arrive but I knew that before I ordered. They have the potential to be great but seem to fall short.

Caution before you buy off this site! What you get will not look anything like the picture you see on the website. I ordered 2 swimsuits and a cover up, but when I received them they were of extremely poor quality. They making the outfits by looking at a picture and not doing a very good job. The cover up had a V-neck a clearly stated it in the description, but when it arrived it was a rounded collar. It looked like a poncho. I got the run around when I tried to return it, Swim wear is non refundable and they told me I mailed to the wrong address. But only gave the correct address after corresponding with them for 2 days. But my product was already in the mail. So bad murchandusr and bad service. Don't waste time buy it on Amazon.
