Ordered a few bathing a suits January 29th. Put in multiple tickets to see where my products were weeks later. They just kept telling me they were on holiday for the Chinese New Year which backed up all purchases. However, they never stated this on their website when I went to buy the products. Just received another email from them today on March 8th, stating my items would be here in 10-25 days. We'll see. Either way would never order from them again. If I'd ordered these in the summer I would've been royally screwed. Not worth the cost at all for all the hassle. No matter how low price. I placed an order and was charged through PayPal. 2 days later I received a request from SammyDress.com to send in identity verification. They asked me for either a photo ID or past bill showing my address. Unfortunately for them, I wasn't born yesterday. If this isn't an attempt at fraud, I do 't know what is. I will be calling my bank to stop the charge and reporting them for the attempt at identity theft.

I placed an order on sammydress.com on February 12th (2016) and paid expedited shipping. I recieved some horribly patched together crap that is not even close to what I ordered yesterday on March 7th (2016) and as soon as I went to contact the site about my order I was BLOCKED from my account! I had emailed three registered emails that I found online two weeks ago because I never got the tracking number I paid for, called a supposed registered customer service line for it and an automated system told me to leave a message. Luckily I only spent 40$, but DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Update: I was contacted by the folks at sammydress. I do believe they have a goal of addressing customer issues. They did so with me, and I give them credit for it. However I still think if they are going to try to grow their business in North America they have to realize that Asian XXL will not work here.

I am prepared to get what I pay for and that is the case with this company. BUT what I would like is an item to look like the item I ordered. I have made to large purchase orders from Sammy and sadly the only items that are close or acceptable are the scarves, bracelet and a lamp. The clothes range from different color to looking completely different than the picture... so disappointed. What's worse is Feb 16 paid extra for expedited shipping and still waiting for Bike LED lights and just received a blouse ( I think it was anyways), yesterday. Regular shipping should be up to 45 days...
In the beginning I followed through their problem solving ticket procedure... nothing ever was solved. I was basically told to wait. After a bad review they did finally extend a partial refund o my first order, which I appreciate but they never ever contacted me to discuss actual problem, I am not sure why they chose that amount to refund. The website is not friendly nor does it support good communication.
I cannot recommend this site as it has been a exercise in frustration.
This is sad as I think that if there was some service and communication many problems could be solved and they would be a more reliable online retailer.

I posted earlier about me never getting my clothes or money... Well they finally gave me my refund... I feel like the customer service problem deals with the language barrier but it still took 8 months... Smh but I've ordered from them again... and I did like most of my order... a couple things didn't come cuz of back order that I didn't hear about until after... I better get them too... Jus pay attention to size chart and customer review and photos to make a realistic decision whether to bye it or not

The prices are enticing but the products are horrid. Materials are cheap, thin, see-through fabrics and the sizes are idiotic. The 5X would fit an 4.5' tall 60 pound anorexic. I have no idea why they advertise plus sizes since they do not have them. Because it gets more gullible buyers, like me! I guess I am used to a little more integrity than these people have.
And ALL of these 5-star reviews have to be bribed. NOTHING is "true to size" - I have ordered 4 items and all have been ridiculously wrong sized. Never again.

I ordered a dress and night gown, as previous reviews have stated, you get what you paid for. VERY cheap material, nothing like what the photo portrayed. I attempted to find good information on how to obtain a refund. Of course the phone number that is provided is an answering machine, I will be shocked if I get a return call. Majority of places send return information with the produce, not Sammydress. I'm sure they want to make it as difficult has possible so you won't bother. This is the first real vacation I've taken with my family and wanted to look nice. Not only is the clothing a disappointment but at this rate I won't even be able to put that money towards something that may work better.

I wasn't sure about Sammy Dress at first but I have to say that I had an overall very positive experience with them.
I ordered a variety of clothing and household items. I ordered several shirts, a skirt, a drink dispenser, and puppy rain boots for my dog.
The site has a size guide which I would recommend you follow to ensure that you get the right size. I am normally a size M/L in US stores but on this site I need to order between a L/XL/XXL depending on the item.
All of the items came exactly as described and a much higher quality than I was expecting for the low price. I also love that they have a wide selection of styles which is a nice change from shopping at a typical box store locally.
All of my items arrived in good condition and on time with the exception of two items that were so popular that they were temporarily out of stock.
However, after messaging sammydress I was reassured that the items were simply out of stock at that moment but that they would be coming if I choose to keep the order. They were extremely polite and offered me a full refund for the missing items which I personally chose to go with. However, I have no doubt that had I not chosen this I would have gotten my items as soon as they were restocked.
I also like that you can choose to have an account on their site which can earn you S-Points which can be transferred into free items or nice discounts on items on their site.
I will definitely be purchasing from Sammy Dress in the future and I would recommend it to anyone who wants great clothes for a low costs.
