Their service sucks. I placed an order in January, now its march, paid extra for fast shipping and i still have not received my product. Everything is back logged. Then you ask for something else. Same story. Never again!. Im still waiting on my product. After more than an month they send you a coupon code for your next order. I dont want a coupon, because I will never place another order with them. It was supposed to be a gift. That birthday is long gone. Dont know how they run a business like that! Worst!
The pictures of the clothes this company supplies bears no resemblance to what you receive. Don't bother to raise a ticket with them; they simply ignore it. Sammy dress has never delivered on more than $130 worth of merchandise in about 8 months. Moreover, they went on the review site and pretended they had resolved my issue but nothing was ever resolved. I suspect the reason they make it so difficult to resolve problems is because they have no interest in truly resolving them.

I am very skeptical about ordering off the internet anyway saw a wig I liked they tell you that you will receive your product 3 - 10 days I have not received anything yet I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on this company so people will know not to order or waste their money they should REFUND money back because is not theirs you don't have the product return the money plain and simple what type of Bull is this. This is a follow up to the review I had written the other day. Apparently SammyDress saw my review on sitejabber. I have been trying to contact them since last Thursday regarding a dress that I had ordered. Today they wanted me to give them my receipt and or invoice number for them to straighten this out. I tried 3 times to log into customer service and give them the information requested. Wouldn't go through. According to what I could read about my account my order has shipped. That's the fastest shipping in history. Like I said in my previous review, I was told by email 3 hours later my order had shipped. Amazing, right?
I called my bank and am requesting that the charges be reversed because this is a fraudulent company. They are not located in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca as stated. I believe they are located overseas. This is a scam company trying to pull themselves off as being located in America.
In browsing thru the website even shoes are not in American sizes and they don't show a conversion chart.
I think the people that give this company 5 stars are fake. Everything else I've read has been bad reviews. They go by several different names...

My order arrived within a month. Looks just like the picture. Quality of the material is so good. True to size, please use the size chart indicator. Dress was a bit short which was totally my fault as I didn't see the dress said mini however it still looked awesome with a good pair of skinny jeans and heels. Will definitely be ordering again from sammydress.
I've ordred one dress from sammydress and it's my prom dress! I was worried about it, but it turned out to be awesome! The dress fits me nicely( you have to measure and order accordingly to their mesurment charts), its a great colour, just like the pictures, and price is the best part. The shipping took less than 5 days!
Ordered two dress's - one came really quickly and I was impressed until I tried it on, they must get muddled with the crappy templates when making the dress, so disappointed! As for the second dress, I waited and then asked for an update and I was advised there was delays, again so much time passed and I had to wait over half an hour to speak to someone on live chat but that is not the worst part, I had explained about the first dress and advised I wanted a refund for the second. The only response I got was that I would have a refund the second dress. I had responses, No Apology? And only then did I get one, 'justin' as no customer service skill what so ever. Would never order from them Again. AVOID

I loved shopping from Sammy Dress! Shipping does take quite a long time. But I was very pleased with my orders. I would recommend Sammy Dress to anyone.
I ordered something from them that their website said should only take 7 days to arrive... 4 days later it was still showing as "PROCESSING" online... I contacted them via their helpdesk online to be told they couldn't get it to me for another 2 weeks. I cancelled the order and then surprise surprise, within a week, my Paypal account I'd used for the payment gets used for over £270 of goods... The ONLY website I'd used was SammyDress... too coincidental for my liking. Use this dodgy firm at your own risk!

Well I should know better when ordering from overseas, Im a XL and the what I got were for a 12 year old, I do not suggest using this website unless your size is petite size for all sizes. Seriously bad business lies about there sizes. This was my second time ordering and gave the clothes away to a small petite person.

I saw a sammy sponsored ad on facebook and decided just to browse but I was quite impressed with not only the variety of styles but the fact that had good clothes in plus size which is usually the issue with online sites. I love that the customer service personnel are quick to respond to any queries and send reminder even when I forget i had a problem that they needed to resolve :). Ive bought at least 20 items from this site and all of them get a lot of compliments when I go out. To the friends I gave some of the clothes to, they were so elated as these styles cant be found easily and for such a good price in Jamaica. My favorite thus far is Sexy See-Through Lace Crop Top and Solid Color Bodycon Skirt Twinset For Women http://www.sammydress.com/product*******.html it was a little big for me because I lost weight since I purchased it online but to this day it still looks wonderful and im always tempted to buy another one :D. Chic Lace Spliced Plunging Neck Sleeveless Black Bodycon Midi Dress For Women was also another favorite.
The jewelery pieces I bought were also unique, affordable and durable. This si one of my favorite thoughts and the only site that im 90% sure i'll get all I want.

Over priced delivery prices. I bought $200worth of clothes and was charged $100 for shipping. Finally got the clothes and they were too little and too thin. And only received a portion of my order. Ordered 5 items got three, never received the other two and no acknowledgement from the company. This is a horrible place to make any kind of purchases.
