I have been purchasing from Sammy Dress for quite a while now. Initially I was a bit reluctant. You know you get what you pay for. So I bought the cheapest item possible to check how their products really are. I was amazed to actually find that their products are so well made and good quality... comparing to the price I paid. I am always dumbstruck -how they do so. Once a while when I receive a bad product (rarely!) I immediately contact the customer care. Their customer care is so efficient. They respond quickly and settle things very very efficiently. Once I got a defective pair of ear stud. As soon as I contacted the customer care, they fixed it then and there. I have shopped elsewhere too... but the quality of product I get here and that too at such an affordable price is really worth mentioning. I generally do not write reviews (I am not lazy, I just do not feel like writing!). But Sammy Dress is a worth shoutout and am willing to share this with other people. I am a very very satisfied customer and I highly recommend.
P.S. - If you hate paying shipping fee, there is also an option for free shipping (yes, you read it right). Only the options are limited in the free shipping items.

DON'T BUY THIS GARBAGE!
I am trying to upload the photos but it's very slow. The actual product has NOTHING to do with the photos on their website. It is literally GARBAGE. And when you complain, they tell you to return it - BUT YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING, and wait for them to give you a credit back. Yeah right. No guarantees.
There is one pic that I took next to my small laptop mac air, and the shirt is pretty much the same size. The quality has NOTHING to do with the photo. The labels are sewn to the shirt so you can see it in the back, and there are threads hanging all over.

Hi, I'm from Argentina and I found very good product with very low prices and what came to my country pedi in a month in perfect condition. I already made another purchase! Recommended
Ordered five items. Two days later my credit card was used for unauthorized purchases in Hong Kong totaling $630. Coincidence? When my items arrive (two months later), they would fit a child-- quality very poor. I try to contact customer service but very frustrating. For five weeks emails go back and forth with no resolve. They promise to refund all but shipping but I am still waiting. Their "live chat" customer service is non-existent. They keep emailing me telling me they will refund but nothing gets done. They say they need proof the size is wrong so take photos and upload to them of me taking measurements. Very frustrating. I try to go on line today to find out the status of the order I am trying to resolve and my account is now inactive? Still no refund. I try to access they customer service and that is no longer available either. Total scam. Photos on site are cute but I really wonder where they get the images. Clothes do not resemble images. Very disappointed in site, customer service, refund policy and overall experience.

Due to all the bad reviews (sometimes from people that never ordered anything at sammydress), I had many doubts and rescheduled my order about one and a half year. I finally decided to order something cheap and added "insurance" and "tracking". (It's a little bit more expensive, but I felt a little bit more safe with it)
It's complicated to order something from China/Hongkong, cause if you don't get it. You just don't get it. There is no real law protecting you.
The customer service is very friendly. (like most of the chinese. Could be a stereotype, but I never met an unfriendly chinese. :) ) They answer very fast(!) and if problems appear, they are very accomodating. The Consumer is the boss!
Prices are overwhelming cheap and the products are really awesome. (Some might have not the best quality, but due to their prices you can't expect that. Everyone should know that. There's no palace bought with pennies)
The clothes are made for chinese people. (small, thin. No beer belly!)
So they added a Size-Chart. Now everyone can see, which size they need to order. If you are not as thin as a rake, better order a size higher than your normal size.
To my astonishment, my package arrived after 10-14 days. (China - Germany)
Quality was VASTLY better than I thought.
So, despite all the bad and negative (sometimes maybe afraid) comments, I can't say anything bad about sammydress until now.
If this changes and I experience something bad/negative, I'll let you know.
For now:
I'm really satisfied with sammydress. Cheap prices, incredible assortment and very friendly people.
Wish I saw this site sooner. I just ordered from them for a wedding. And paid for the fast shipping! I hope I get it in time! Or my bridemaids wont have dresses.

I've heard a lot about this website, positive/negative both but decided to try it for myself because hey, who can resist a deal like they have?
So I did 2 orders, one was for a jacket. One was for a ton of jewelry. I got the jewelry first, and all of it was really nice detail, nicely made, and came pretty quick if you look at where it was coming from and the fact I just did free shipping.
The jacket came next and it was honestly pretty well made as well. Black lace up gothy looking jacket. It was way too small for me, though I'm a bit big, and their sizes are pretty small because everyone on the website is adorably tiny. So I gave it to my aunt and she loves wearing it out.
They contacted me asking if everything was okay with the order and if I had any problems let them know and they would take care of it. Super helpful and they reply fairly quickly 1-3 days which is pretty normal for a company.
So over all I would recommend them, just check the sizes you buy and if you don't like it it's not like you spent a fortune on it. Everything is SUPER CHEAP, but still nicely made. Everything in the US comes from China anyways, might as well cut out the middle man and get good stuff for the price retailers do before they scr*w you over.
Purchased items December 11th as gifts for Xmas figuring it is enough time for delivery, only 5 small items. Did not receive anything in time for Xmas and when I wrote to ask where items were I was told they were on back order which was never previously stated in any way. The following day I was sent an email notification that the items were shipped, so much for back order excuse. It is now January 6th and still have not received a single item. Absolute TERRIBLE experience and I do not recommend you waste your time here as the ambivalent attitude towards their products and lack of delivery makes it completely unworthy of anyone's time or money.
UPDATE: Received the items Jan. 19th. More could have been done to communicate the problems occurring or to assist in located where the items were in transit or why there was such a delay in sending the items out. Not shipping until 12.24 is an extensive time to process an order. Customer service responses were vague, standard, and sometimes in French.

I purchased 2 items back in beginning of October. 1 of the 2 items arrived. It was a men's sweater. I know sizes run small, So i ordered an XXXL. The item would not even fit a 10 year old boy. I still have not received the second item. I opened a complaint and they ask that you send them pictures of the items. Not sure why, They know what they sent. After taking several pictures and attempting to upload them to the website. It returns with an error stating item deleted. There is no customer service line to call to voice your issues. I will never buy another product from this site. I am attempting to try to get a refund via PayPal and they refuse to return my money. End result, Dont waste your time or money with this company. No customer service at all.

1-11-2016. I was offered a refund of $10.00 for my $25.98 purchase. I refused anything but my original $25.98. As you can see i received an inquiry on what my original order number was. I replied and we will see what happens after that. I will keep this updated as very slow progress continues. PayPal is still waiting to hear from the seller as well.
