I ordered two watches from this company and they were of good quality and they came on time.

The dresses came with no tags indicating the sizes thread hanging from the cheap $#*! material they used. Never again. I've emailed Sammydress multiple times over the past few days, and placed a complaint, as well as posting a question directly to the item online that I ordered, and there has been no response. I ordered my item and it was shipped April 20,2015 (so the shipping info says on my account) order #MM**************. The site states that I should have rec'd my order within 10-15 business days, and it has now been 19 business days, and nothing, my order has not arrived! No response from customer service with regard to this matter either. I need my order ASAP!

I have ordered about 10 items on Sammydress and am fully satisfied. Very polite and fair customer service, fast shipping. Good product quality. It is very important that you can read customer reviews and see customer's pictures of items sold on Sammydress to make your own opinion about its quality. I was nervous to order due to all of the negative reviews of this site but the price was right so I figured I would order 1 item just to try them out (even though there were half a dozen things I really wanted).
I ordered a swimsuit online on April 30th, I just received it today. I think that's pretty fast shipping considering where they are located.
The bathing suit is made sorta cheaply but that's expected with the price, I just wanted it to last this season. I ordered it in an XL, a size larger than things I would normally pick up here in a store, because the reviews said it ran small. When trying it on it didn't go so well, the torso is VERY short and I have a short stature so I was disappointed. It does not even go high enough to cover my breasts.
Overall I am very disappointed with the suit however, due to international shipping costs it is not worth the money to send it back and try again.

Sammy dress has some of the best quality products for such a great price! People complain about the shipping, which the store obviously has no control of how the post carries their packages, but I've ALWAYS gotten my orders incredible fast, and I'm in the US. Their clothes are adorable, affordable and durable. I get so many compliments wearing the fashions everyone else is for half the cost. I LOVE how responsive their help center is, and they're always super when they update the status of my orders. I'm about to put in another! Give them a try you wont be disappointed!

On Sammy Dress, it was hard to chose just a few things to purchase because there were so many things I would like to have! The ordering and payment was easy. When I needed to cancel something off my order, the customer service contacted me back quickly. I got my items in the mail pretty quickly and they were exactly as I ordered.
