Sammydress is an awesome online store to buy home decor, accessories and clothes. They have very inexpensive prices and a great customer support - if you have any trouble with a product or order, they will help you in just a couple of hours! And I got a full refund the one time I accidentally got the wrong product with an order, and they even let me keep the product!

Sammydress.com is an absolute joke and has the worst customer service EVER. Though international, it is unheard of to be asked to pay expensive shipping fees to return an item, which you're willing to exchange for a larger size. I have NEVER come across this return policy with any other online clothing vendor. They would rather refund you a ridiculous 15% to hold onto an item you can't wear than assist you in a return and ensure your customer satisfaction. I will NEVER shop here again and am encouraging everyone I know to AVOID this poor establishment.

Too be honest, in comparison to a lot of people, I had a great experience buying from sammydress.com. The problem is, lots of them don't know how to buy online. I received my items, all of them were great. Costumer service responded as I wanted, maybe not within 24h, but remember most of us are in different time zones, what do you expect? Regarding the shipping time, if you choose flat rate shipping it will take a while, but it is mentioned very clearly on the website, so I actually don't understand the complaints about this. Patience is a virtue! I never waited for more than one month, and my last two orders only took 2 weeks to arrive after processing! I love sammydress and will keep on shopping on their site!

First of all, Wish, SammyDress, Nasty Dress, and a few others are all the same thing. It's just one big scam. I ordered over $350 of clothes from them 2 months ago, I have NOT received anything yet. And I paid an extra $85 for 3 to 5 day shipping. I have been asking for a refund for weeks now and they keep saying it's already been shipped. Gave me a fake tracking number and everything! Do not shop with any of the sites I mentioned in the beginning unless you want to be scammed. I could of just taken $350 and just burned it. Because I'm not going to see any of that money until I take their scamming asses to court. Oh and if you watch the YouTube videos, the clothes that actually do get shipped out are poorly made, buttons coming off, not sewn right, wrong sizes etc.

Never order from this site. The items I ordered are so small, my 10 year old nephew couldn't squeeze into the Large shirt. The shipping costs are outrageous. Then if you want to return anything they want you to pay to ship it back to them then for them to ship items to you. I am still waiting on the second half of my order, the tracking info is in Chinese so for all I know the order could be it Spain it a warehouse. Stick with Amazon, this place is ridiculous. I wish I had read reviews online first. Every site I have seen has this place at around 50%. I wish I could give them minus stars.

Ordered a few bathing a suits January 29th. Put in multiple tickets to see where my products were weeks later. They just kept telling me they were on holiday for the Chinese New Year which backed up all purchases. However, they never stated this on their website when I went to buy the products. Just received another email from them today on March 8th, stating my items would be here in 10-25 days. We'll see. Either way would never order from them again. If I'd ordered these in the summer I would've been royally screwed. Not worth the cost at all for all the hassle. No matter how low price. I neeeeever write reviews and this site was that bad I went out of my way to write one. You've been warned

I've had decent experiences when purchasing from Sammy Dress. Make sure you use the conversion charts to get the right size, you may not be a small on here, you possibly could be a medium. I only had 1 thing that as a little tight on me after using the conversion tables.

The delivery is very slow, I've had things take a month and a half, maybe longer, sometimes less, but cheap shipping and coming from China, not surprised. Their customer service acts like they know you, calling you their best friend, it's pretty funny. They aren't always helpful, I give it a 50/50 because most times they don't know what's going on with your order, a lot of times the stuff ends up on back order.

But all in all everything has been on point. I wish they gave better closeups of the fabric, because sometimes I wouldn't order if I knew they were using specific fabrics.

I have recently bought a dress from sammydress and I though it was going to be exactly as what the photo they have advertised the dress as but when it arrived the dress looked like an imitation and the seams are everywhere. The material looks like it was cut in a rush and the threads from where they have finished sewing it is everywhere. It felt like I bought a trash :( not happy at all :(

I ordered a red double breasted trench coat back in October. I emailed them asking if they could mail it ASAP because their post said it would be sent within 24 hours and (I had a photo shoot) however 2 days later my payment had just gone through and it wasn't going to be received for weeks! The woman replied saying it was being sent THAT day. I was nervous. But it made it on time! It fit perfectly! It was exactly how it was pictured on the website and I couldn't have been happier!

But the reason I give it a 3 star for now is because I put in an order of 18 items, and after looking at these reviews I'm anxious to see what I get... or what I DO NOT get.:/
I should get them in a month I suppose and will give my story. Hearing these reviews has already changed my mind about them and I will never buy multiple items at once again.
