We bought a CELINE SUNGLASSES, and it has very poor quality, they give me blurry vision and headache. Unfortunately I lost the tickets and the manager Diane and the staff were very RUDE. Never come back again

I cannot believe the level of customer service and (CLEARLY) insufficient employee training from Saks Off Fifth online. EVERY SINGLE purchase has had an issue (or two, three) attached to it. Further, they need to TRAIN the employees. These people either don't know the answers to basic questions, or they can't be bothered to find out, so they dish out inaccurate info. It would also be helpful if they could at the least, understand the English language, let alone speak it.
To spare myself any continued aggravation, I WILL NEVER AGAIN MAKE A PURCHASE FROM SAKS-OFF-FITH, NOR RECOMMEND THEM. There are PLENTY of online clothing stores that have wonderful customer service AND are appreciative of your patronage.

Failed to send me my items after charging me the money months ago. Refused to resend or refund the missing items but asked me to wait "14 business days" for their "investigation". WHY WOULD I WAIT FOR THEM TO INVESTIGATE ON THEIR OWN MISTAKE, when I've already done my part of paying? It's fraud when they charge people's money without fulfilling the shipment. More ridiculous they hold your money and wouldn't give it back till they're done with the so called "investigation"
Today, after over a month I called them, I got an email saying they disapprove my request after their "research", while providing ZERO details or proof of the research. I filed a dispute with my bank. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!
Bought a Saks branded bolo bracelet for my wife that broke first time she wore it. After hours on the phone with their foreign customer service "supervisors" and Saks returning the item to me twice without any notice or refund from their ALL MIGHTY distribution center that has the power to make decisions on whether they'll accept a return, I finally disputed with Citibank. Also, Saks has the gall to charge $10 for the privilege of returning their Chinese made garbage which they will put under scrutiny and render their decision whether to bless you with a refund. Go to Nordstrom, Niemann, Bloomingdales, Macys, or any other retailer EXCEPT Saks!
I purchased a purse that came broken and talked to customer service to return it, so I did returned the purse since October and item has been received and never get my money back, I contacted the customer services many many times and every time I hear the same message ( please allow me more time and I will get back with you) and off course no one got back to me, it's been more than 40 days, more than month and I call and hear the same, I do need my money back and off course will never purchase from a store like that and don't recommend anyone to do so, they sell you terrible products and never give you your money back

Ordered an item on Feb 28. They sent it to the wrong person and I got her earrings, which I returned immediately. Its now April 20 and I still have not gotten credit for the item I never ordered.
First of all they've sent damaged item, second of all they told me fedex will pick it up in certain day, never showed up, was waiting for them to pick it up for 3 days! What a $#*!ty service!
Hi do I had a terrible experience with saksofffifth.com. Ordered earrings on Nov 26 for Christmas present for daughter never received. Called 4x go the runnaround then on Dec 28th they reorddered had to fight to get the same sale price. They said I would get the the earring in 2 weeks not the status just changed to 30 days Jan 30th calling back now, Thisis insane
I ordered a blanket as a Christmas gift on December 16th, and I received a scarf. I had to return it, but they couldn't get me the correct order in time so I had to order elsewhere. I sent the scarf back, and they received it on January 7th. Last week I called and the warehouse still hadn't processed the package. I called again today to check the status, and they still hadn't returned the email sent after my first phone call, nor had they even opened the return package. I understand holidays and the craziness of Covid right now, but I'm a single mom and, until I get my refund, I'm out over $230. That's also on top of the $350 I spent for the replacement gift. This is what I get for going "cheaper" I guess.
Liars and thieves. Placed an order Saturday night and tried to cancel shortly after. Went through several associates on the phone and back and forth with emails. Was told on early Sunday morning that the ordered was already shipped and they could not cancel it. When I pressed, they told me to wait for a tracking number (what sense does that make?) and then call them back and they would notify FedEx to reject the package and return it to them even though they still obviously had the package and had not shipped it because FedEx does not pick up on Sunday mornings. Anyway, was assured that this had been done and that I would receive a refund. Almost two days later, on Monday evening, I noticed my card was charged for the order and was receiving emails stating the order had shipped! I called again and was told there was no record of previous conversations and there was nothing they could do. I was told that I had to wait for my order to arrive and then if I didn't want it (I already established I didn't) I could return it. Well, I decided to call FedEx myself. I was told outright that the package had not left the vendor and that FedEx was not in possession of the package! I told them to reject it when they did scan it. I called back again and was told again the lie that the package had already been shipped out! I am completing several negative reviews warning people of these tactics. I am also pursuing contacting the authorities for investigation of fraud and theft charges.
After shopping online for several months, all of a sudden my online account was locked. I placed several phone calls to their customer service with no results. I was sent temporary emails that didn't unlock the account, was told they would fix it within 30 minutes (didn't happen), they had a technical problem and would look into it and call me back (didn't happen either). I finally asked them to delete the account so I could create a new one. They did and just then told me I would not be able to create a new account using my regular email address. I was so furious I just hung up on them.
Out of curiosity I tried to create a new account with a different email address. That seemed to work but only until a few minutes later I tried to sign in again and then was told the account was locked! I even received two emails from saksoff5h, welcoming me for creating a new account, with a link to my account, that was locked.
On top of that, I had participated twice in their Friends & Family events and had earned gift cards. I was supposed the receive them via email. Which, of course never happened either. I called about this, was told they had sent them, I recalled and finally was sent a promo code (over wrong amount) and of course when I tried the code, it was invalid! This is the most frustrating experience with a customer service ever, they are absolutely unprofessional and just lost me as a customer, will never ever buy there again!
It's always a pleasure shopping at Saks OFF 5TH. Their discounts can be as deep as 80% off. My husband once bought a Boss tuxedo suit for only US150. High-end products at great prices!
Contacted company SIX times over the course of a month and they never sent the item or any tracking info and they still charged me after a month of non receipt. This place is a complete scam.
I generally view my online shopping experience based on ease of return and prices.
I buy from Saks Off 5th occasionally when I see good deals.
Recently, I had placed several orders for Longchamp Le Pliage totes so I could select the best colors and styles. I had brought the unneeded items from multiple orders for return to one of the local stores.
Here are the flaws that I saw:
1. Unfriendly gloomy personnel. I wish they were trained to be pleasant and smile when serving their customers.
2. I was asked for my e-mail once. I expected that all the return receipts would be sent to y e-mail. Instead, I only received the 1st return receipt by e-mail. I hate to rely on paper receipts only, as I tend to loose them often.
3. When I checked my online account information several days later, NONE of the return activity was reflected there.
4. I had to go to my credit card account to verify that the money were returned.
BOTTOM LINE:
1. The return of online orders was unsatisfactory and outdated. The return process needs to be fully automated and not rely on paper receipts for proof of return.
2. Based on 1, I will keep my shopping at Saks Off 5th to the bare minimum or try not to shop there at all.
Im going to start off by saying I live in Canada. We have a Saks off Fifth here but the selection sucks. I went on the website and found a pair of shoes I loved and the price was amazing. I placed my order. A week later, nothing. No shipment confirmation. I then emailed customer service, and received some automated BS response essentially saying there was something wrong with my credit card and that I should try to place the order again. Ummm no thanks? I could already see the charge on my online banking! I decided to call customer service, which as stated by other reviewers, is some third party off shore service that really has no clue whats going on. The guy told me that on his end the order went through. The next day I received an email saying my order had been cancelled. It again told me there was something wrong with my credit card and to re-place the order. I checked my online banking and the money had been refunded. Thank god. In the midst of the whole debacle I took to googling the companies reputation and saw hundreds of garbage reviews. So happy I got my money back. I will never order from Saks off Fifth again. I advise you to do the same!
Every time I shop on this site I find amazing things for amazing prices. They ship out fast & when I send things back it's a quick & easy return & refund.
Last call Neiman Marcus puts this company to shame! How can the Consumer Services allow such a large company to sell items online that need to be tried on to see if they fit by saying ": final sale". No other company I know refuses to return an item if it does not fit! I tried to return a pair of shoes that did not fit and I was told there was no way I could return them as they were a "final sale"! How ridiculous is that? So now I am stuck with a pair of shoes that do not fit and cannot return them. I then walked across ( at the Block in Orange, California) to Last Call Nieman Marcus to return 3 items without a receipt that I had misplaced. An amazing sales associate by the name of JR Salas called the online department and was able to locate my account and within minutes they refunded me for the items and I was on my way. Simple and painless compared to the argument I went through at Off Sacks. Also consumers be aware that when they advertise 30% off your whole purchase or 50% off or 75% off the final price of the item never changes. Pick a few items and put them in your cart. Check everyday at the specials they advertise and you will find they just increase the price and the take off what they are advertising to bring the price right back to what it was originally. Such a SCAM! Off Saks is definitely OFF my radar as of today and I will be sending a complaint to the Department of Consumer Affairs.
