I ordered a pair of shoes The actual size was much larger than indicated
I followed their steps for a return
They sent the shoes back to me accusing me of wearing them
I called an explained I couldn't wear them even if I waned to because of the size
I was told they would contact me in 24-48 hours... No contact
I called back and was told there is nothing they can do
Was told over a month ago I would receive a refund
Still nothing
Have called repeatedly
Horrible customer service
Purchased an Oris watch that stopped working after a few months
Returned the watch, at my expense, for repair
They determined it could not be repaired
I requested a refund
Was told they could only give me store credit
That is not accept
“Thank you. I cannot agree with you more about this vendor. I will never buy from them again. I got even worse experience with them. After rounds of repair, the two watches I bought from them are still bad. They refuse to refund me for one of them.”
