I was was walking on bond st. With a friend when a sakare salesman offered us a sample. Once we took it he immedietly ushered us into the store. He basically lured us into the store and was very pushy and hasty. Once we were in the store he did not hesitate to start pouring some kind of scrub on our hands. He then proceded to rub our hands, which was verrrryyyyy uncomfortable, he kept saying the phrase "and massage". It felt TOOO intimate and we are 17 years old! He was in his late thirties. While testing two more products he kept on pointing at my face and saying "two months of this product can fix all of this on your face" "All that black can go away" and "this can all go away". Being a bully was his method of selling i guess. At this point we were very uncomfortable adn wanted to get out immedietly. He showed us the gel peeling skin product, which has papaya in it and my friend is allergic to papaya, and the salesman did not say that thre was papaya in it before putting it on our wrists. When we left he was very rude and changed attitude real quick. It went from "oh nice" to "okay YO9UR LOOSE NOW GO" My friends wrist was itching the whole day after.

I do not recomend going to this place, do not walk into the store you will be verbally and physically harassed.

People watch out, Today, my friend an I walked by the store when a Ukrainian /or Russian lady called us, have us samples and invited us inside the store to try their products. It was past 19h00 in Paris, which means all shops and stores are closed by this time, except for this one.
After making us try a salt scrub, which makes your skin soft right after because of the oil it contains, but the hydration effect vanishes couple minutes later. She also showed to us a face peeling that claims to take away dead skin, and peels off, but in fact it's just the product itself that peels, not your skin.
A nail file that makes your nails as shiny as if you have applied a top coat nail polish, a shea butter but again I doubt it is actually shea butter, if not some cheap chemical loaded cream, and a face serum that she presented as natural, and to my surprise, I discovered later on that it's all chemical.
Not to mention that the products are ridiculously expensive and the saleswoman literally harassed us to make us buy everything, which we did unfortunately.
She used all kinds of lies"there's a discount offer and it's the last day"... and so on.
When I got back home, I checked reviews about the brand as I do usually and I was shocked to see how many people were scammed and told exactly the same lies, and were harassed to buy tons of things.
Lesson learned, learn to say no, always have a critical mindsdt and never trust or fall into anybody's argument if your gut tells you there's something off.

My friend and I spent 200 euros each, we'll go tomorrow to the shop to warn them.

I've got this as a gift, from my husband. You know, when they go shopping and they just buy $#*!, without consulting or asking anyone else. And he presented me, with a big smile on his face. Bless him:)
I knew he was tricked into buying the product, but he was so happy, so I decided to give it a try. First, I went online and read all the reviews.
I can understand people being gutted and feeling like being part of a massive scam, and obviously once you cry over spent money, all you see is flaws.
It happened to me as well with high end makeup products! I paid huge amounts of money on luxury brand foundations, and they looked amazing on my skin for 30 minutes. And after that the world crumbled. Or caked, depending on the product.
Back to Sakare nail kit... it's a good product. A bit pricey, to be honest, but it does a good job. I use the nail kit on a weekly basis and I am happy with the results. My nails were always splitting or flaking easy to break and really dull. I use the cuticle oil every day and the improvement is visible with the naked eye.
The hand&body lotion has a lovely smell, it's a big bottle, 240ml and it moisturizers and hydrates at the same time.
The peeling gel actually works, it's not plastic and as one of the reviews recommended, I tried it on any surface and the result was different. So, no plastic whatsoever! If you do have a very sensitive skin like me, I recommend you should try the peeling gel on a small surface on your jaw or chin, in order to avoid bigger problems and disappointment.
On the down side, the way they sell the product might be a bit aggressive, but aren't they all? I mean they don't advertise on TV like the other so there's got to be something else to help them sell.
And they should do refunds. If the product is not open, and never been used, a 28 days return policy should apply. With your purchase receipt, obviously.
But if you did bought this and you're not able to return it, give it a go. Or give it to someone else as a present. Either way, silver linings. Try it, you might like it... You never know

Hmm I was actually completely taken in by the shop - and I thought I was completely sales tactic resistant! A sales assistant on the street outside the shop gave me some free soap then asked if I had a minute - as I was xmas shopping and looking for something for my mum, I actually came with him into the shop. He tried a nail buffer on me that gave my nails instant shine. I was genuinely impressed and wanted to buy the buffer for myself but was told it only came as part of a nail kit, which included cuticle oil, a file and 'natural mineral' hand cream. The hand cream smelt cheap but I really wanted the buffer so was intrigued. Admittedly I am not the kind of woman that is at all familiar with beauty products so I had no frame of reference for how much this should cost! He told me each kit was £45 but he'd give me 2 for £60 and then one free - so effectively 3 for £20. I went for it for some reason!

Thing is that the nail buffer works but the cream is the cheapest and most chemically around - it actually makes my eyes sting! - and I normally avoid chemically lotions and potions. It even has parabens in it. I've googled the store and a lot of people think it's a scam, in that they purport to sell high quality mineral and herb products but they're actually the cheapest of the cheap and sold at completely exaggerated prices. I also googled nail shine buffers and found that Avon do one for about £3!

I'm going to attempt to take the 2 unopened boxes back to the shop tomorrow, despite the fact that it says on the receipt that there is no refund as it was a discount. I don't hold out much hope so i've essentially been fleeced £60 for what you could buy down a local market! I don't think i'll be gifting a kit to my mum.

Avoid - if you enter this store, you will buy something! Everything seems very impressive, the staff are great at their job and in a busy Covent Garden store, you tend to assume that you're buying quality.

A friend and I were lured in while we had time to kill before a dinner reservation. We were given a whirlwind demonstration of the products and since I was in the market for a high end cleanser I was taken in by the "magic" mineral peeling gel and had the body butter and nail kit thrown in. I was initially happy but smelt a rat when the receipt had no itemised cost and the salesman added 'no refunds' at the bottom (I should have started worrying when the salesmen actively distracted me from reading the ingredients when I picked up the box. Twice). When I got the product home it hit me exactly how poor the quality was away from the shiny shop and it's shiny salesmen. The pump on the gel stopped working after a few pumps and what product I did try on my face burned. The pump was blocked by clumps of white solid mystery material so I brought everything, including the two other products back to the shop the next day. Legally, a faulty product can be returned for a full refund within 28 days of purchase no matter the stores individual returns policy (like the NO REFUNDS stamped on my receipt). The saleswoman initially tried to deny this but after half a dozen repetitions she switched tack and told me the manager wasn't there and only they could issue refunds, another few minutes of stubbornly asking who was in charge produced a supervisor and I repeated the process with him. I think the alarmed looks of some other customers who were getting the shiny treatment pushed him over the edge and I finally got my refund.
I wanted to share this so that people researching the products know that the sales pitch is good but the product is iffy (maybe even an outright scam) and that if you have had problems and been fobbed of with 'no refunds' or 'you need to wait for a manager' a loud, sure voice which had the potential to scare off other customers will get them to roll over eventually.
Tl: dr great salespitch, poor quality. If it's broken/ not fit for purpose you are entitled to a full refund no matter what. It's the law. Be loud and stubborn. Good luck.
