I went in after being given a tiny bar of soap outside the shop. The boy who looked after me was polite and informative. I decided I wanted the product but couldn't afford all of it - which is when he told me about the deal. I did not feel pressured in any way and would have walked out if I wasn't happy. There was no hard sell as far as I was concerned and now my nails are looking fabulous!
It's was one of my best experience since I am in London. The atmosphere and the good energy made me feel amazing, I am in love with the products and finally I found products that l use!
Great service in Bond street and Covent Garden... the staff were so lovely and accomadating. My girls love their Nail Kits and I adore my anti-wrinkle serum and cream - its transformed my face.
Madly in love with Sakare! I wanted to change my beauty products couple of months ago due to lack of results. My friend Ana recommended Sakare and believe me that I'm very satisfied with the premium line of products from Sakare in the bath and body care segment.
Bought items at there Paris store after being lured in with a "free demonstration". The products are in cheap bottles, pasted on labels, and no ingredient lists. It all goes so far you don't realize. Sorry if you are reading this too late. The products aren't terrible or anything, it's just that they certainly aren't "for real". At least reading other reviews to confirm my item experience and "Spidey senses" that the place was shady, I won't waste any more money.
This shop is a disgrace, such aggressive hard arm sales tactics, how on earth are they allowed on Bond Street, they were not far short of threatening my wife when she refused to buy anything even though the salesman had offered "family rates" as he called it at £25.
She was then nearly thrown out of the shop when she didn't purchase
A disgrace
Was wandering past the shop before being targeted with aggressive sales techniques, I went into the shop and immediately was subjected to their sampler products, i foolishly tried two of their products which did nothing but irritate my skin, (I have eczema on my hands) The girl said that these products were great for eczema, psoriasis and other dry skin related problems, within minutes my skin was irritated and I have since had to go back to the doctor about it. Please stay away from their products, they are over priced, very cheap and is a total scam.
There are no fixed prices, no barcodes, few toxic ingredients in at least two of their products and they have a very mean sales strategy. Tourists trap
Found this great skin care brand: super:
Just tried the anti-wrinkling eye serum by SAKARE - absolutely wonderful! Made quite a difference to the skin around the eyes after 2 weeks. So light and silky. I'm really glad this guy talked into coming to the store on 93 Bond street, to discover those products. Being skeptical, I only got this one product, but I'm definitely will be coming back for more.
I took my niece here recently on a shopping day out and we had a great time. The staff showed us a range of products and I was impressed by the quality. Of course we didn't leave empty handed... I bought her a nail kit and I got a peeling mask for myself. We got a good deal but I wish I had tried to get the price down a bit more as it is slightly more expensive than what I usually spend on beauty products. Overall a nice experience - felt welcomed by the staff and happy with the products. Would recommend
I think I'd agree that the sales tactics are really unpleasant... sure, buyer beware, etc etc, but the shop assitant's aggression (not to mention smoker's breath) were pretty off-putting. I also find the smell of the products not all that pleasant. That said, I did make a hefty amount of purchases last week (with 'freebies' thrown in) and have not been too disappointed... the nail kit was a dumb purchase, for sure. Not a bargain and it's pretty cheaply put together. The salts and mask, however, are nice (but no bargain either). I definitely will avoid that shop.
The imposing Bond Street Outlet of Sakare can grab your attention the moment you get into it.
While the sales guys are likely to show you a host of products, some of its top end products are really the ones you should look to buy
Based on my experience I would recommend you to ask them for their best sellers and you can even try out the products
The product that got my fancy was the sakare anti wrinkle eye serum. It is an unique product that can make a visible difference by reducing wrinkles within days
Moreover it absolutely free of any side effects and I personally vouch for its goodness.
If you are above 40, simply make sure you get hold of this sakare anti wrinkle eye serum.
Overall Sakare outlet in Bond Street can be rated pretty highly for its impressive product line and classy interiors.
Extremely expensive products containing harmful ingredients. PVA glue is used to trick you into believing it is your dead skin cells that come off when using their Mineral Peeling Gel. No, it's glue and it is almost impossible to remove. When confronted they say you have to shave your face (sic!) before applying. According to Refund Policies they refund if you return goods within 28 days in UNUSED CONDITION and in original packaging which means you have no customer rights. These people are just cynical scoundrels.
2 years ago, I bought the nail kit and ocean scrub and body lotion in London, since that day my skin is so soft, I use it once a week and is perfect for me. I order the products online, and they offer a really good service.

I caught COVID-19 twice and because I was in the hospital trying to survive and missed the return date they will not refund me. My reason for wanting to returning the products is that I had a horrible reaction to one of their scrubs, they still will not refund me for the other unopened products. I told them I was happy provide any evidence that shows I was actually in hospital but they still won't give me my money back instead they are forcing store credit onto me when I'm not comfortable using their products since my reaction. After reading some other reviews it seems this is something they do to customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. BAD PRODUCTS, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE COMPANY.
After the overtly aggressive sales pitch I ended up buying the product convinced by all the "dead skin" on my hand when the sale person tested a sample there. In hindsight I should have suspected how such an 'amazing' product could have gone from £65 to £22, first of all. But they don't really allow you time to think, the super pushy sales tactic is clearly strategic. Then I came back home and researched the product only to confirm my suspicions I had been scammed: the 'dead skin' is actually plastic, try it on ANY surface and you'll have the same effect. Never before have I straight up BINNED a product without at least using it for the small benefit it could bring. This has none.
(I lost the receipt and can't return it, but keep reading about their antics when you try to return a product).
The scam is so widely known now that whenever you type "Soap & Co Mineral peeling gel" or "Sakare" you find people's complaints of a scam. Google, YouTube, etc.
If we really think about it: how many times have we gone to a reputable skincare brand where the sales people would push you, barter, bargain and reduce their prices like that just because you didn't just buy the product right away?
I had a really great shopping trip at Sakare recently. I came away with the Intensive Nourishment Mud Mask in order to balance out my combination skin and provide protection against the signs of ageing (that's what I was told) Such high quality ingredients, I noticed results straight away. My skin is radiant and now has a youthful glow that wasn't there before. My skin is much calmer and I no longer have oily or dry patches. I have found that my make up now goes on much smoother, giving me a more natural look. A very high quality product that you only need to use once every 2 weeks to see visible results.
I wouldn't give it one star because Sakare is a SCAM and the two reviews posted here is clearly written buy its sales people. Its a scam and there products are horrible and ruins the skin, specially the anti wrinkle cream that the above fake reviews are pointing out. There sales tactic is a scam too. You can get a product down from 170 pounds to 30 pounds they start high and start throwing in so-called special offers and claiming they only do it for you. They have a no return policy or you can only exchange for other crap products. I had a terrible experience when i tried to get my money back. They became aggressive. When i spoke to the trading standard they said they had received many complains from people so hopefully they will be investigated sooner then later. The sales people work her illegally from Israel it was claimed on one website which wouldn't surprise me one bit.
A unique (well appreciated) feature that they offer on the site is their online chat function which can be used for customer service or product related questions. The online chat is not the usually expected automated robot with autofill questions & responses. I was automatically connected & greeted with/by a chewy customer service rep and was able to finish my return in less than 3-4 minutes. Returns are usually free and i'm not sure if it was due to covid-19 but the rep processed my return in full and i was expecting him to send a return label but instead he graciously requested for me to donate my unopened package of treats instead to a local shelter or pups in need, if possible. I can definitely see how important inventory is when it comes to returns, especially in these times but i was totally touched by the request regardless of whether their a big or small business. It was a totally great gesture on their part & is only a small fraction of the pros of shopping with them. If you're ever unhappy with any purchase, i know from previous experiences of shopping on chewy, that they make it super easy & quick to help remedy any issues. Definitely will continue to purchase from them & will continue to highly recommend shopping with chewy!
After reading all these reviews, i went bk to the store to return(ONE day after purchasing) this disgusting product. As i already expected from reviews, they were rude (btw they called me rude&disgusting! What an earth u meet this kind of sales person?) and gave me all the bull$#*! reasons not to refund.
Luckily (i have to say), i got the refund.
Also, one more thing, they dont even give u texfree even though i should get as a foreigner.
So basically they even rip off tex as well.
The sales person(guy) told me its because they are not a british company. I feel so stupid i even bought this crab excuse and didnt think one more time before i actually handed over my credit card.
Answer: I love this soap! Has really cleared my face of all blackheads, particularly around my nose area. Seriously impressed and will def buy again. Leave skin squeaky clean. Love it!
Answer: I'm chocked how no organization or authority so far has controlled their products and questionned their selling thechniques. Their products are oberpriced, and their quality is highly suspicious. Not to mention their salesforce...
