Ordered the 5 face shields and they emailed a receipt and promptly forgot about me. Would not answer emails. Their chat service doesn't work, they dont answer calls and to this day, my order never arrived.
I placed an order in mid April and for over a month I've been told my order was processed and would be shipped within a week. Here it is end of May and I'm still waiting. I've asked for a date processed and they always say "I don't have that information" Well, if you can tell me it's been processed you can tell me when it was processed! Oh and you can only communicate through Live Chat and you will be waiting well over an hour to chat! I've filed a BBB complaint and a dispute on my account. Unfortunately, they do have my money but hopefully others will read all these comments and back far away.
Placed an order April 9,2020 and still have not received anything, not so much as an email about shipment or anything. Have tried to contact via online chat numerous times and the one time I actually got a response I was told I would receive an email with an update but I never did. I place an order on April 17,2020. Received no information about shipping, no email from them, impossible to reach them either by phone, chat on email... no answer after one month waiting in Miami for my merchandise, today is May 20 and no news from them... they don't even answer the phones... this is outrageous, these people should not be in business in Florida...
Customer service doesn't exist. They have taken forever to ship. Don't waste your time or money... strongly recommend going somewhere else for anything they sell. Company is a joke, they need to go back to business school and learn a thing or two.

I finally got the order and it was wrong. BUT... I am starting to get the bigger picture. Honestly the only thing they did wrong was not posting on their website that they were closed or that they'd been affected by the shut down. Judging by the # of people I see online talking about it, their back log was probably pretty big. Now that I am more familiar with them, I am seeing these face shields everywhere.
I contacted them, a corrected order was quickly placed and prepped to ship. The customer service did a 180 for me.
Changing my review. If you are still having a problem, go to their Facebook page and contact them. There are a handful of people working on solutions and are really, really nice about it.

I wound up checking them out on FB, joining their group, and after seeing positive reviews from my friends, and feedback I've decided to edit my review and reserve final judgement until I actually receive the order, it does appear that it has finally left their warehouse.
Same story, over and over again repeated on this page. Ordered, never received, can't get through after hours of holding on chat, cant' get through by phone, can't get a response via email. I mean it's been a month. They can quit blaming COVID, Florida has been open for weeks...
I ordered face shields for my kids on the 9th May 2020 still waiting to get them. I tried many times to contact them to see if they were sent no response from them I've left my E mail still no answer.My tip is keep your money "DONT USE SA COMPANY" they will steal your money
One month No products, no communication after multiple social media, email, live chat contact attempts. Tried to call landline, phone message is "Phone is unavailable" I have to assume they are out of business and trying to cash in on unsuspecting dupes like me. Have filed complaint with BBB of Florida, trying to get my money from Pay Pal, which is another fiasco.
Piece of $#*! company. Wish i had looked up reviews before ordering. Ordered 5 items and not one item is correct. That's how i found out this company only has 1 star after wondering how they got every single item wrong. If you are reading this it probably too late. If you have not ordered yet, DO NOT!
I ordered from them on April 3. It immediately processed my CC. I got the automated emails about long processing times because Covid. I get it. I waited. April 30 I got an email saying my order was being sent DHL and it gave me a tracking number. The tracking said it was being sent to the ecomm processing location for a week, never updated, then the tracking number became invalid. No contact with "Customer Support" through chat, which isn't really a chat, and no phone number to contact them. Dispute started with CC to get my money back. Definitely a scam company trying to cash in on the virus.
I order over 30 days ago and still have not gotten my order. They said it could take up to 30 days because of covid. Still nothing. I have been trying to find out what is going on with my order for a week now and no response from anyone! They took my money and gave me nothing. Their customer service sucks!

After waiting a month and a half I FINALLY received my order yesterday with 2 out of the 3 buffs I ordered being the correct print. I am highly disappointed as I spoke with someone on the chat twice about my order and both times they had me pick out buffs that were currently in stock as some I originally ordered were not. That was fine as I was still getting something I liked. When I opened my package I had 3 that I would never even wear. I would have rather been sent the 2 that I ordered and waited on back ordered ones instead of having a duplicate and 2 others I will never wear. I am very displeased after waiting in the customer service chat line twice for over an hour each to make sure I received something I liked and then getting ones that I can not wear. Now they have changed there chat and says they will get back to you with in 24 hours. Well how can I sit up for 24 hours straight and wait for them to finally respond. To make things worse the quality of them was awful. I should have trusted all the other reviews before I ordered. Huge waste of $25. Trust these reviews and do not waste your time or money.

It took this company over 2 months to send me the wrong products, and they have never once answered any of my emails. I have still been trying to get in touch, but their love chat is down, they arent receiving phone calls, and they cant respond to emails. I dont recommend buying from this company if you have specific items you are looking for and expect it in a timely manner.

I placed an order on 4/18 and paid for expedited shipping, received an order receipt email as well as my credit card being charged email. As of today 5/18 still no order received and no order confirmation, sat on chat hold for an hour and a half only to be told wait an other 7-10 days that was 2 weeks ago, no refund to expedited shipping, no order confirmation email and no tracking for a shipped order. Today I am still sitting chat hold to the "new improved" software they raved about in their emails and still nothing. Save your hard earned money. The last time I ordered I had no problems but you CAN'T blame everything on COVID-19 and think it is ok.
They knowingly shipped items I didn't order. Even included a note that said so with the order, that I received a month later. The phone number was disconnected, no one responded to email and the chat line was never available. I filed a dispute with Paypal and SA Company responded trying to send me more items that I didn't order. When I asked for compensation for returning items I didn't order, they did not respond. Paypal decided SA Company was right for sending items I didn't order and rejected my dispute even though I sent back the items I didn't order. Don't believe the TrustPilot reviews... they marked my review as "violating the terms and conditions" after SA Company (or someone) asked me to delete my 1 star review. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I bought some nice products from them. They were quick to take payment but... the products have not arrived in over 2 and a half months. Tried to get in touch with them by email, their home page, standing in a waiting line on their site. They have not tried to contact me in any way. I am extremely unsatisfied with their bluff serice. Answer: Total scam! You can tell most of these reviews from other sites are probably from people who work from the company. This isnt even accredited by the BBB. Check out all the complaints there.

Answer: I know a guy that sells pigeons not too far from where i live. I believe we all have a better chance of contacting them if we all bought his pigeons and attached a letter to the pigeons legs and let them fly to SAFishing headquarters.
