I ordered on 4/17. I get that there is a crisis right now. I wanted to give my money to an American company. They wasted no time in taking my money. I have yet to receive the product. When trying to use their "Chat Now" feature two weeks ago to get an update, I waited a couple of hours and was told that my order would ship on 5/11. I followed up again on 5/12 because I didn't have tracking. Waited another 2 hours and was told that my order contained items that were no longer in stock. I was offered the opportunity to change my order to stock material and it would ship in 2 days. I changed under that agreement. I tried following up again on 5/14 and 5/15. Waiting hours only to get kicked off when I was "next in line". Today, after receiving a generic "update" email regarding the chat now feature, I logged on again to check on the status of my order. I've been waiting over 5 freaking HOURS to get an update on an order that this company has my money for. You would think this company would be EMBARRASSED by these accounts, but instead, they are on this site flagging comments instead of giving people information on their orders. Despicable. Meanwhile, I had ordered from another company after I placed this order for (1) gaiter, to find out the company was in China. Yeah... I have that product now. Absolutely embarrassing that this is the level of service coming from an American company in the middle of this pandemic.
Ordered a month ago - no contact. No one available to answer questions. Cannot deliver on their promise. I have noticed their website has reduced their shipping time since my order (was 30-days now 20-days) and still no response. Revamped their chat feature to be more responsive still no response.
I placed an order on April 24,2019 in which the money has already been taken from my account. I have been lied two twice about my order.
I contacted SA Company on May 11,2020 and chatted with a customer service rep named "Stephen." I explained to "Stephen" that my order was placed on April 24th and it has been in the "processing" phase since that day and I have heard nothing about my order. He told me about the COVID-19 standard excuse and I accepted that because he ensured me that my order was shipping within 48 hours and I would receive an email. On May 15th, 2020 I have still heard nothing nor received anything and my order is still in the "processing" phase.
On May 15,2020 at 9:30am, I logged onto the Company's Public Website and initiated a chat session once more. Chat is the only way to speak with anyone from the company. I was told by "Leo" this time, the standard COVID-19 excuse and that my order was never fully processed, as it was still on hold. I explained to him that I was told otherwise on May 11th, and he insured me that he would expedite the delivery and I would have it within 7-10 days. He even gave me a new order number, by adding the letters "CS" in front of my old order number. I assumed this was valid. However, at 2:00 pm on May 15th, 2020 I checked my order status on the company's website and it is still listed as "processing."
Both times I was lied too. This is after they took my money and now the company is refusing to speak to anyone; instead, they are using a chat platform with personnel who are blatantly lying about orders. I paid this company as a consumer and the company is faulting in their obligation to fulfill the contract.
I had to file a complaint with the Florida BBB (Better Business Bureau) which I wished I had reviewed before I placed my order. Apparently, this company is infamous for not shipping products and now the COVID-19 excuse is being used excessively to cover for their scam. They were also found guilty in paying people to promote them in a positive way on the BBB review site. Ordered over a month ago (4/1/20) and nothing. I cannot get a hold of anybody to check the status of my order. I never received tracking information either. I will be reporting this company as fraudulent and also reporting the company to my credit card/bank company to handle and get a refund. I advise you all to report the purchase to your bank/card company as fraid and they will hopefully escalate the resolution.
Ordered the buy 4 get mystery mask free. Apparently all the masks were to be a mystery. I didn't receive any that I ordered. I specifically noted that I didn't want any with a "face". I received an angry clown, angry panda and a mobster with a cigar in his mouth. Tried contacting SA. No luck! Do not order from them! Took over a month to receive.
I put an order in six weeks ago. Got a confirmation mail, and a email the next day stating a 7 to 14 day delay a month later i recieved an email saying package on its way. Checked tracking and it still has not been shipped. The company had no custo.er service available by phone. The website recommended the live chat. That was a complete joke. I spent hours waiting for a response and when i finally got one it was a pre typed message. I have asked for a full refund through the live chat for what that is worth. Still no response from the company. I understand things are moving slow due to covid. But this is not acceptable. This was my first and last order. I will never buy anything from this company and strongly recommend that no else does either. Next step is to contact BBB and file a formal complaint.
If zero stars was an option that's what i would give. I placed two orders two days appart last month and have not recieved either order. Payments have been processed but nothing has shipped nore have i recieved a trackong number. I tried to get intouch with customer service today and after6 hours i goy no responce. Also my account has suddenly disappeared from there records. This is the first andlast time i will be dealing with this company. They are horrible.
Ordered on April 13,2020 and is supposedly still in process and can't get customer service to contact me after leaving email address as told to do.
Took my money and disappearred. Unable to get refund, merchandise, or any response from company. I've sent multiple emails and multiple chat. All emails and direct message have been ignored. The only info I received in a chat was a lie and an attempt to trick me into thinking my order had shipped. I dont have 6 hours to invest into waiting in another chat queue just to be lied to again.
The problem is not with my patience or willingness to understand they may be struggling, the problem is how they have responded and treated their customers by ignoring them, lying to them, and treating them badly. Be honest, provide honest info and we are fine.
I ordered masks from another company. They are struggling as well, but told me right away it would be July before my order was filled. I'm fine with that. SA Fishing after 1 month has not provided me one single update yet were more than eager to accept my money.
I have never had a worse experience ordering from a website online! I ordered facemasks back at the beginning of April. It took over two weeks for them just to process the order and by then, none of the styles I selected were available. Instead of contacting me, they just sent whatever they wanted... and it took over a month to get them! I sat online to "chat" with customer service and spent over 4 hours trying to get a refund and couldn't! So, the agent had me select new masks from the site to try to "correct" the issue and promised I would get them in 3-5 business days. Now it's been almost two weeks and still haven't received anything! At this point, I just want my money back and forget the nightmare... but I fear that will never happen! At least not without another 4 hour chat session since there is NO OTHER WAY listed to reach them! Not to mention, the customer service agent I did reach was rude and not very helpful at all! DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing ANYTHING from this company!
Ordered products from this company on 5/14/2020 and have yet to receive a shipping confirmation and their chat platform is garbage. I have sat for hours waiting on help and yet there is none. It is time for the BBB to shut this company down!
Ordered two of their specials that included 2 hats and 6 face shields. When the order did finally arrive all the face shields were incorrect, hats damaged from being shipped in too small a box and the fit is completely different even though they are the same size. Any attempt to contact customer service is met with a constant run-around so you never actually talk with anyone. There is no email or phone number to use. All responses through messenger and their so called online "chat" is either answered with auto response or never acknowledged or the function is off-line.

I ordered numerous shields, picked out specific colors for specific needs, all that were available and In stock according to the website and ordering process. Months later I received nothing that I ordered, but the EXACT order form receipt of the specifics I had personally picked out. They included a note that says "not what you ordered, but we hope you like these... if you are not happy, please let us know and we'll fix it". Now, they disconnected their phones, don't have an email, and the ONLY way to get in contact with them is a "live chat" option during business hours which is complete BS because I've done that for 5 straight days and just left the computer on, and waiting for reply' and no answer. They literally took my money and completely went dark. This is a complete fraud, and they even say they're "veteran owned". They should have charges pressed against them.

The wait time was lengthy, I can understand under the current circumstances. SA shipped whatever they felt like sending. Example: If you order a skull, why would you think I want a Hawaiian print. They should go out of business.
Answer: Total scam! You can tell most of these reviews from other sites are probably from people who work from the company. This isnt even accredited by the BBB. Check out all the complaints there.

Answer: I know a guy that sells pigeons not too far from where i live. I believe we all have a better chance of contacting them if we all bought his pigeons and attached a letter to the pigeons legs and let them fly to SAFishing headquarters.
