Do not buy from SA

Ordered 5 things. Received 2 that I ordered and 3 that were not even close to what I ordered. Tried to contact customer support repeatedly. The first time I was number 286 in the queue. How bad do you have to be to have that many people needing customer service. I have since tried 4 more times and my chat with customer service has gone unanswered.

I placed an order on April 20th, 2020 and received a confirmation order email. My credit card was charged immediately. Because I was ordering face masks I have tried to be patient. Website says it can take up to 30 days to ship. Okay, I have tried to contact customer service to check status of Order. The only way to communicate with them is through a Chat line, no phone number, no email. So while at work I sat in the chat queue for 2 different days for 8 hours and was never answered. Zero communication.
If you are thinking of ordering anything, do yourself some time, money, and headache and move on. Wish I would have read reviews first.

I orderd the multi use face shields on April 16th. After a month of waiting, unanswered emails, phone calls and don't get me started on the live chat. Thats a bunch of bull$#*!. I put in a claim with Paypal asking for a refund. I received my items today, May 22nd. I have to say, they are the worst quality face shields I have ever purchased. The material is so thin, it wouldn't keep a mosquito out, let alone any dust or pollen. The edges look like they were cut with scissors. No finished stitched edges. The products were sent via DHL commerce which means from overseas, which means China. And you advertise as an American based company, Boca Raton, FL.

SA Co. Will process your order within 24 hours of receipt. This will include all orders we get from Sunday through Thursday (excluding any Holidays). Orders received on Friday & Saturday will be shipped on Monday. SA Co. Can not control the arrival of the package once it leaves the facility at Boca Raton, Florida. We do however post a tracking number once the item leaves our facility.(bull$#*!)

Buyer beware!

Choose my products paid in full waited and waited, finally product shows up 6 weeks later. Problem is none of the face masks are what I ordered. They just threw what they wanted in a package and shipped it hoping to shut me up or give up.

I had been seeing their advertisements for months, finally decided to support and get some face shields, I'm in construction and work on commercial roofs, not even worried about the COVID stuff. Anywase, they took my money over 30 days ago and still haven't received any updates, emails or masks in the mail. You can't get ahold of anyone and their online "chat" is an absolute joke. I'm soon to report to BBB. Pandemic or not, don't take people's money if you can't do good business.

Unbelievably Bad

I am a top level manager of a dealership, so I know the value of reviews and hesitate to ever write a bad one. This, however, was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Took almost two months to get my order, but the real issue was NO ONE at this company gives a rip about you or your purchase. I tried to contact them via chat no less than 8 times, but was always asked to leave an email and they would get back to me. Not one word. When the status of the order finally changed to processed, with a tracking number, it took two more weeks for it to actually be trackable. Fast-forward to yesterday when I got my order; the hat I ordered had glue residue on the bill that will not come off making it unusable. Two of the 4 facemasks I ordered were absolutely not what I ordered and get this: they are all T-SHIRT material WITH NO HEM! I LITERALLY could have made them myself from my old long sleeve t-shirts. I am beyond disappointed with this company and their product. I warn everyone to stay away from SAFishing. We need our lack of business to push them out of business and give other reputable companies their share of the market.

Ordered product from the company, they charge my account immediately, then shipped nothing. They have no phone number on their website, no on ever answers on the customer service chat client, they do not respond to emails. I've made 2 complaints to PayPal, emailed the seller 3 times, attempt to chat now 3 times as well. Reputable companies take ones order, then charge the buyers account WHEN THEY SHIP THE PRODUCT. What SA Fishing does is unscrupulous and they should be avoided at all costs. Read the other reviews here and on Yelp.

Ordered stuff April 2nd after a month the generated a dead tracking number then a week later told me my order was delayed for an unavailable item. Contacted them to change item and couldn't. Then sent a message and received a response that my order had shipped weeks ago. Still haven't gotten anything and can't get through to do a refund.

I ordered five face shields from the company. It has been over a month and they still have not shipped, anytime I have tried to get in contact with them through the various methods, I've been completely ignored. Don't waste your time with this company.

Like most people, I wish I read the "real" reviews before ordering. It's very plausible that the Covid-19 virus has spiked orders so high that they were truly unable to keep up with demand. However, it is not an excuse for poor customer service - or zero customer service. Like everyone else, I tried to get thru on their previous chat line and was given false promises. But at least the previous chat line gave you glimmers of hope by showing you what your position in line was before the next customer service rep would be available. The new chat function leaves you questioning whether or not you're still in a holding-pattern. A status of how long before you will be helped is not listed. (I wouldn't be surprised if it's just a stagnant pop up window. If it is, kudos to them, I fell for it by waiting 8 hours to be helped). Anyway, I'm not going to scream and rant over a $30 transaction. I've contacted my bank to dispute the charge. One way or another, I'll receive satisfaction.
If you want some particulars:
Ordered 4/3; received order confirmation
Received email 4/19 "Awesome news - your order will ship today"
Received email 4/23 "Package is on it's way!" Tracking number non existent with DHL
Received email 4/29 "Package is on it's way!" same tracking number, still non existent with DHL
In the interim, during 3 chats, I was told it will take another 7 days. Then I was asked to way 10-15 days, then I was assured you WILL eventually receive them... but in the meanwhile we will send you 8 free masks (not the ones I originally ordered). A tracking number or these masks never materialized.

I read before that their customer service was terrible and that quite often people never receive their orders. I was warned. Due to the pandemic I bought some face shields from them. It has been more than a month and I have heard nothing from them. Their live chat doesn't work, they don't have an email address and their phone lines are cut off. Really dont know how it is allowed for a business to operate, take your money online and have no consequences.

I placed my order of 11 items, 1)$3 mystery sheild, 1)choose 5 face, 1) choose 5 kid and arm sheilds plus a bonus sheild and stickers. First off items were missing, the bonus sheild. Next, only 1 item matched the 10 choices I picked. I picked bright neon masks and bright cartoon faces for little girls. Instead I received dark masks and camo prints and for my cute girls, black camo. Sent numerous emails, live chats which just send u a email and tried Instagram. No real replys, just chain emails. Don't be fooled from the advertising that they are there for there customers. They are horrible with order fulfillment and customer service is non existent! Don't BUY

I have ordered 5 face shields from the SA company a month ago I have never received them and after speaking with one of the customer service reps Simon a week ago he said it would ship within 48hrs with tracking info yep NOTHING. And now there chat line is offline and no phone number. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY I FEEL ITS NOW A SCAM.

Broken pieces

I have ordered face shields from them before, and they have normally been good. But I recently ordered a combo pack of face shields and fanny pack. First off the face shields I ordered were not the ones I received, why are they giving you an option if they can't fulfill it. Secondly the fanny pack was delivered broken. I've been trying for over a week to get this resolved but I can't get a response from them, numerous emails just asking for someone to acknowledge this issue and still nothing!

They bate you in with a great deal on face shield, only to find out after your order was placed that it will take up to 30 days to ship! I have tried multiple times to contact customer service on their live chat service and they never respond, even though they say they will email you back! I have been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks. At this point I just want to cancel my order! I understand that there is a pandemic and lots of things have been closed. But it does not excuse their shady business practice and not responding to any of my inquiries on my order status. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Ordered 6 face masks from them in early April and yesterday received them (over a month wait), was sent only 5 and all 5 of them were NOT the designs I ordered. Inside was a slip that said "Unfortunately, we had to make the tough decision to substitute one or more of your designs." They sent me a bunch of red roses! WTF? Not what I ordered and their live chat is a JOKE! About to dispute this with my credit card. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

We ordered 10 masks for our family during the COVID19 mandatory mask requirement of our city. We were under the impression that these were made in the USA. We waited over a month for a bunch of paper thin "masks" made in CHINA. I'm supposed to trust a Chinese product to help protect my children from a CHINESE ORIGINATED INFECTIOUS DISEASE.
What we ordered color wise wasnt even what we got. Just a random handful of whatever they had. Customer service takes hours online (only option) and you have to continually type "still waiting" or the system will time you out and shut down. REALLY PISSED. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered a hat and 3 masks and paid gor expedited shipping on April 2020. Never received a tracking number. Tried to call, phone msg only. Due to covid19... no phone calls BS! States they are up in chat... BS! I have been working from home and leave the chat up... nobody ever comes in. Sent DM on their Facebook account... no answers. Can't find their email account.

This company is a joke!
I purchased their face masks well over 30 days ago and I still haven't seen them. They don't respond on their "live chat". I have spent hours trying to get any response from them with no luck, and of course they have no phone service. I understand that the Covid 19 pandemic has slowed down a lot of shipping practices, people are trying to stay safe, I am all for that, but when a company takes your money for a product that you are purchasing, the least they can do is respond to questions or better yet, SHIP YOUR ITEMS! I can't even get in touch to try and get a refund. Very poor customer service! I wish I could give them less than 1 star, because I think 1 is too generous.
