I purchased a sofa from pottery barn. We were so excited as it takes week receive. The kids that came to deliver out couch were incredibly professional and sweet, worked hard. They did put the sofa where we wanted it and assembled it. That being said, I missed some clues. They opened the pieces of our couch outside. They shortly came in and asked if they could wash their hands as the wrap was dirty. I thought they were being thorough. When they were putting our sofa together I noticed one of the boys brushing something off the cushion and flip the cushion the other way. They left so fast I did not get a chance to inspect the sofa. I lifted up the cushion and a huge black smudge. Then in miscellaneous places over the sofa. Not to mention the scuffs from their shoes. I can overlook over the dirt spots left in my rug from their shoes (difficult to do…but the couch I am more disappointed about). I have contacted pottery barn and I am sure they will fix this…fingers crossed. Just make sure you inspect everything before they leave. Perhaps as a suggestion, shoe covers, wrapping off inside, lean hands before handling the furniture.

Tip for consumers:
The kids they send are hard working and professional… but… I think they need to own a mistake and not try and cover it up. I would have been impressed by the honesty and not upset one bit had they pointed out what happened. I believe with a few phone calls we could have had a solution worked out then and there. Accidents happen. But, to cover it up was a disappointment in their integrity.

Ive recently bought three from Ryder location oakville. This is my worst experience ever. All three truck purchase a month apart commencing June 2021. None of the unit were last more than a week on the road after purchase. I just bought 2012 M2 few days ago just to find out the transmission failed on me, the truck is being stuck in reverse with check transmission engine came on. My other two units were down aswell with-in the first few days of purchase with BRAKES, DPR/DEF problems. All unit are covered under the 30 days warranty which they've fixed the issues, truck sit in the shop over a week causing me to lost one of my biggest contract. I was forced to get get a ryder rental cost me $1700 weekly for over a month with no compensation. I will never recommend or buy another unit from ryder ever again. Warranty and customer service is very poor.

Don't rent or lease from ryder. You spend countless hours reviewing and correcting their invoices. They expect you to honor every word of the agreement while they have no intention of honoring their end of the agreement. They will over charge on milage, fuel and anything else they can come up with to make you pay more. They aren't worth the time and trouble.

We bought a truck through Ryder's used sales and because of the shortage of box trucks we settled for a 2014 Freightliner M2 106 with 200k miles. The truck had an oil leak when we first picked it up which they fixed at the shop. However we discovered the truck had other problems that included a broken fuel gauge, broken air dryer, and other fixes. The truck is under a 30-day warranty so the company will fix what is broke. However our truck has been in the shop over a week that is keeping us from gaining work to recoup our investment. The customer service is terrible I have to call in to get updates and every time I call in I get different information. In the future I highly doubt I will buy another truck from them.

Be warn, these guys will lie to you all day long just to make the sale but their trucks are pure garbage. I purchased a truck 6 months ago and it has stayed in the shop most of that time.

Do everything you can to avoid having to do business with Ryder Last Mile. It takes HOURS to reach a live person at this company, and then they aren't able to help. If you ask to speak to a supervisor or someone who can help, you get a call back from a computer. After hours and hours of getting nowhere on the phone, I can only say I HATED doing business with Ryder Last Mile.

My name Randy. Here is my cell *******292. DO NOT BUY a used truck from them. The check engine light was on. Oil leak. Ac did not work. Turn on the turn singles and the bright lights come on. It's been a big mess.

Was told, truck was inspected n dot ready. Got truck on a Friday, Sat check engine n abs light came on. Took to shop that following tues. Supposedly fixed issue, truck wouldn't go over 55. Manager stated trucks have governor n only go that speed, which was a lie bc pic shows truck was on cruise control around 65mph. Had to go back to shop. I asked if I could just get refund and was told that it was approved and they was working on buyback letter. Ryder service shop couldn't figure out problem so truck had to go to freightliner shop. Only for the cruise control to not work all of a sudden. Plus abs light came back on. Reached out to Pamela regarding buyback letter, was told her manager was out til Friday. I called Friday to speak with a manager and someone I've never spoke to called and stated that the two ladies didn't have permission to approve a buyback. I have email showing this. Truck is still in shop(spoke with shop today and they fixed wiring and and light is still on). Past two months, I've only gotten maybe a week of work. I have monthly payments around 1700 plus insurance for this truck n other truck around 3400. If I was initially told they would buyback that's what I would like to help. So much incorrect info, lies being to and once I show proof then they come with let's get it in shop. I've sent almost 30k towards this truck thus far and haven't been able to make any money. Just would like my money back

I would give this company zero stars if I can. This is the worst customer service and delivery service out there. I had ordered a proform Hiit machine, and they sent out a delivery scheduling email. I selected my date and time to be delivered for which I got a confirmation. On the day of the delivery window, there was no delivery. I contacted the local location in Chicago who them notified me that the driver had an emergency and couldn't make it. However, they didn't tell me when they can deliver it again. They basically said that they will deliver it whenever they have a chance. Worst customer service ever! The didn't Even have the decency to contact me if they couldn't make it. I will never order from an online company again if they are using RYder as their delivery company.

We ordered a house full of furniture from Pottery Barn, and because some items are backed up for months, we had it delivered to the new address. Writer never alerted us that they would be sending any items this morning when we got the text we were told by the people that were still living in the house that they gave them our new address that is right down the street even though Ryder told them that they would reroute the items to our new house. They canceled it instead and now all the items are being shipped back to their warehouse 3hrs away when they could've delivered it down the street one minute away. Their policies are horrible and the lady at Customer Service was equally horrible.

Terrible service. Have been waiting for my order from Nordictrack for over 2.5 months. I received my first mail from ryder for a white glove delivery on the 15th of December to schedule my delivery. The earliest date available was 14th January 2022. I promptly confirmed the delivery date. Then my mail box was spammed with reminder email for almost a month.

A day before the delivery, I receive a text mentioning the 2 hr window (between 10am-12pm) during which it would be delivered. I called them up to move the time to after 12pm. They said that it was not possible. So I rescheduled it to the next available day 15th January. I received a text confirming the time of delivery between 11:00am - 1:00 pm. I was eagerly waiting on Saturday morning... it did not arrive. I called them up at 12:00 pm and the representative said that she would check and call me back. The call never came. I tried calling back but they close by 2:00 pm.

I had to wait until Monday to contact them. On Monday when I called them. The representative tells me that my delivery was never scheduled and she tells me that the next available date is the 23rd of January.

I am utterly disappointed with both Nordictrack and Ryder.!

Ryder in Novi, MI gave me a written quote which I accepted both verbally and in writing. They then doubled the price, saying they had made a mistake, and refused to honor the quoted price. Told me to either pay the difference or use a different carrier. $500 seems enough to carry a few 40 inch pallets, much less a thousand dollars. Not as though it was a whole truckload of stuff, just a tiny part of a truckload.

Rented a truck for CDL test on my last day of license permit, got the truck 3 hours before the test time, noticed that the back up alarm buzzer wasn't working but lights were so i went along, one hour before the test the back up lights went off on me, since i was only 10 minutes alway, i went back to the Ryder rental location in Glen Burnie Maryland, so they could fix it, wel not only they couldn't fix it on it, but the mecanic was acting really slow even though i explained my situation and that i was in a awful harry for my appointment, and in the top of everything the lady on the front desk was really rude saying that she could not create another truck for me. Lost my day, lost time and money, really disappointing. Big fat bad review
