Ordered a vinyl kit to cover the black panels between the windows on my 2017 ford f350. Ordered it with a squeegee and application fluid. The squeegee and fluid didn't come. They shipped the squeegee 2 weeks after but no fluid. I finally got a refund on the fluid, but would have rather waited for the fluid to show up as I still have not installed it.
The online store was easy to navigate, and the shipment was on time and nicely packaged.

I will be happy to rescore my review with you if you can help me replace a few of the sections of tint that we received. We are on a very tight schedule, and the vehicle has to leave very soon to be shipped from SC to AZ. We installed the kit we purchased, hoping it would straighten out neatly, however the driver side front and rear windows and back hatch window were creased when they were packaged. Perhaps you could consider wrapping the tint around a tube to help. The pieces with the deep fold creases ended up being difficult to lay out without leaving a few lines in the tint. We realize things happen, and we are sure you do better than our experience. We would like to keep on using your company, because we like the pre-cut option you offer for so many vehicles. In addition, it would be nice if you provided an estimate ETA prior to the buyer having to complete the purchase order. We had no idea it was going to take as long as it did to receive our product. Please consider our feedback constructive and without anger on our part. And, please let us know if we can receive replacement vinyl, even if our customer will have to take it to a local shop and pay again to have it replaced in the state he is located in. When it was delivered I unrolled it and layed it out flat for a few days before I put it on.

I've never wrapped in my life and thought I'd give it a try and the material makes it really easy to work with. I also like how it has a protective cover you can remove once's you have your wrap in place
I've ordered from Rvinyl in the past, and their turnaround was quick. Unfortunately, this has not been the case going forward. In addition to the major delays in their shipping process, I had to reach out before they even thought about sending my order. I had a car show I was preparing for, which could have showcased their product, but never received it in time to install for the show. I ordered the product 1 week early, and didn't receive it until 2 days after the show. I asked to speak to a Manager, who was less help than the Rep., who initially responded to my inquiry. They wouldn't provide any resolution, and all answers were "NO" to any assistance requested. I asked for an option for next day delivery, which I would've gladly paid for, and was DENIED. I then asked for a return or refund, since I wouldn't be able to use their product since it didn't arrive on time, and I had to use a local Wrapper to get the job done before the show. I then would have to pay for double product. They wouldn't help me out with that either. Therefore, the customer service experience was way below par. I would not recommend this company if you have a tight deadline to meet, and you may need further assistance on your order. They will not help. They had future business from me until this experience. I will go elsewhere with my business, and urge others to do the same.

I was very careful, cleaned the tail lights with the cleaner and used the application spray to apply the tint. It looked great with no bubbles, even after sitting for a few hours. I can back in the evening and found a bunch of bubbles had formed. I'm not very happy with the very delayed forming of bubbles. I have one more set to install on another car and hopefully will have a better experience.

Order came in in a timely manner. The guy I ordered it for to do my decals on my boat said the stuff I got was GOOD quality! With that considered and the price I paid I was happy about that!
Trying to find how fast the delivery would ship was seemingly a hassle. Preliminary dates of "it could take this long when in/out stock" while I'm ordering would be helpful. When I was able to find that information on an info page, it stated in stock would ship between 3-5 business days. I had initially sent a message the day after I order to try and get info to plan around when I was going to be putting on the wrap. The chat person was helpful and said I would get an email when it got sent out. I assumed (I understand I shouldn't) Id get an update within a day or two. On the fifth day I sent another chat, once again the person was helpful and let me know that it would be sent out the next day. It was and everything was fine then onward. I just wish there was a little more transparency and haste with in stock items. I'm worried if I didn't message on the fifth day, it wouldn't have been shipped on the sixth. I hope this doesn't come off at to rude. I did give 5 Star as to not ruin your CSI or whatever acronym your company uses. Have a great day!

Answer: I say find someplace local you can go to. Don't purchase vinyl on line seeing its going to be difficult to return if you need to. They will say anything to prevent from paying you.
Answer: They don't have a working number to talk to anyone. Just email address to talk to people who give you the run around. After sending pictures of the 2 vehicles they still sent me the wrong product 2 times. Then refused to return my money.
