I shopped with the company for over a decade before this issue. I would not have said so in the past, but recent online reviews suggest that the company is knowingly sending damaged products out.

Can't tell. They seem like some crooks. They take your money and send you the wrong products. Then when you return it they keep the products, your money and say you have a store credit. If you dont do vinyl work as a business why would you need a store credit. Crooks!

SCAM. Steals your money and sends you junk/wrong product.

Won't refund your money you are just SOL

I had the same experience of others. Their "complete kit" wasn't at all complete when I received it. I asked for a refund and was timed they only give store credit. Why in the world would I order from them a second time? Bottom line is that this became a $99 lesson learned the hard way. Find yourself a reputable vinyl company and don't give away your money to these scammers.
