Ordered a wrap for my BMW
1. I filled out the required information from my vehicle, CORRECTLY
2. Took 3 weeks to be delivered (understandable with COVID)
3. SENT WRONG PRODUCT AND WON'T REFUND / LET ME RETURN
I filled out everything correctly, and still received the wrong wrap for my car. Contacted customer service. They admitted they made a mistake but "after speaking with management" there is nothing they can do.? How can they admit they were the ones who messed up but I can't even get a refund or the correct product shipped to me? I'm just out of my $ and have the wrong product.
Tip for consumers:
If you enjoy throwing away your money and getting nothing in return I would suggest "buying" from here.
Waste of time / money. Customer service said they spoke with management and that I'm stuck with the wrong product. I paid for a specific part, they messed up, admitted they messed up, and won't do anything about it.
