Completely different wrap than the first order and the second order was horrible.

Easy to order online, large selection, good communication.

Quality material and quick shipping. There was a slight mishap in packing being bent a little when it arrived, whether it was their fault or the carriers fault, they took care of it and responded in a day. Great customer service.

So far so good! Order arrived quickly and looks fantastic. Haven't had a chance to use it yet but so far so good!

The pictures on the web site of smoke headlight tint appeared to be a much lighter tint than what actually arrived.

The pieces weren't all pre cut to fit exact, I found quite a few pieces that were too long.

I wished there were some instructions or guidance on how to install. For example, the 3M 94 primer dried out after I set the pen down for a few minutes, I wish I could have been told that it needed to be applied immediately after breaking the capsule.

Installing the Vinyl is not easy for someone with no experience, some good pointers would have been helpful.

The product is much thinner than expected, it stretches very easily, and the color I chose was supposed to be black but it has a green tint to it.

I have it installed, it looks decent actually, will see how it works with the rest of time.

Good tint but don't fit the headlights even with the heating gun. Nowhere near the actual cut for the lights

Had to return an item. First they tell me I can return it, then send me a label for me to pay the shipping. Then they send me an email trekking me, it's not returnable at all, after I already paid to return it. Never gave me a refund, even though they have their item back. The correct item I ordered was supposed to have an adhesive spray that they did not send. So I had to have the material put on without it. Then the finally send the adhesive after I already applied the wrap. I can't use it now, but they are charging me for it. They should of never sent a partial shipment, especially without letting me know. I really hated dealing with this company.

Bought tail light covers. Didn't fit properly and messed one up. Ordered replacement. But kept the backing to old one. When replacement came in, compared replacement to old backing, not the same cut. Get it together.

This product is nothing more than contact paper and when I received it, it was creased and so cheap looking I would never put this product in my car. I bought this thinking it was the legitimate wood dash kit not thin wrinkled & creased film garbage! I can't believe you charged me ove 100.00 dollars for this garbage! I recommend everyone steer clear of this garbage and these rip off artists!

Had issues with window tint. Basically told me to $#*! myself and buy more.

Everything was good but the issue is the precut kits are not accurate and adhesives are not super strong. They curl on the edges despite using the corner seal. It is an acceptable product for the price. Just wanted something to prevent damage until I found a better solution. I love the buying process and company itself is a good honest company I think.

Web site is very user friendly and helpful. I had no problems finding and getting what I needed.
