I ordered tail light tint for my car. I installed per instructions and all the videos I watched. Within 5 minutes the tint ripped. I was not pulling hard at all. Just readjusting it. I reached out to ask about a replacement. I was informed they do not warranty installation errors. Fine. The replacement piece was around $12. Fine. But to charge me $10 to ship it is ridiculous. When I reached out again, the would not try to make this new customer happy. No budge no offer of free shipping. Nothing. I planned on using them for black out all the chrome on my car but I will choose a company that wants to make things right with customers.
They used a crappy shipping service and it's been 2 weeks since the last movement, which is only an hour away from me. They told me to wait 20 more days. Absolutely ridiculous.

I paid in full for my order and was assured that it would be delivered before Christmas. It's now December 31st and I still haven't received my order or any update regarding it.
Vinyl was received within a few days of ordering. It was packaged nicely. Ordered 3M 2080 line which has been the best quality vinyl I've used so far.

The item has not arrived. When purchased it stated that it would take 3-7 business days, we are on day 12. The delivery date changes every single day. Yesterday it said delivery at 9pm Wednesday, today it says delivery Thursday.
The shipping is terrible. This is suppose to be a "test" strip to see if I wanna wrap my car. Might be looking at another company to purchase the wrap from.

Wanted to black out the B-pillar on my access cab pickup though it did not come that way from the manufacturer. R vinyl has precut pieces for my rig. East install and appears to be a rather thick mill for an adhesive vinyl product. Very reasonable price and very happy with the appearance.
Web site very confusing. I ordered a sample from Amazon And had trouble finding on web site. Once I was able to place and receive the order I found it easy to apply and am very satisfied with the results. I applied the vinyl to light fixtures.
