Ordered my pens on a Friday around noon. I paid for expedited shipping. Took 10 days to get to me. The stamp on the postage says they mailed it 8 days after the order was placed.

Website is not user friendly and glitches out when typing. Please get this sorted as it is very frustrating.

Tool kits are always sold out not sure if i just keep missing when they're in stock. Also it's been about 2 weeks since I placed my order and my package is still not here.

Out of stock on the gold matte so I ordered gold metallic. Don't like what I ordered. Need to do a better job of keeping stock. If I knew when it would be in stock, I may have waited.

Website simple to navigate, order arrived in a timely fashion

Although I have not applied the product noting weather constraints, the shopping and time of delivery were great. I would like to update the review once i have actually applied the product.
Only item I would note is the product should be shipped flat, not wrapped around a tube. There is no memory correction that way.
Will go 5 Stars once I apply and see the result..

Tried to cancel order the day after order and was refused. Precut film was not cut to exact fit; product was impossible to install to make it look right. I followed all instructions, including meticulous clean up. Spent 6 hours and finally gave up. Product had to be thrown in the trash. In addtion, exact product was $100 higher price than a competitive provider. I regret not doing more research on other providers prior to purchasing. Poor decision to purchase. If there is any possable solution to remedying my experience, I would be very appreciative.

Pricing and shipping costs are very competitive. I had to contact customer service for an issue I created, and it was resolved by a polite, professional rep in less than an hour.

The shipping was quick and communication about my order was great! I ordered 3M Wrap 2080 - Gloss White Aluminum, and received the wrap in a clear packaging that has a label saying '2080' as well, however the sticker holding the wrap together on the inside of the plastic says 1080. Not 100% sure on the differences, my understanding is 2080 is slightly thinner and comes with the clear plastic to prevent scratching on install. While the 1080 is thicker and does not have this installation plastic coating. Either way! Satisfied

The quality of the tint is very good and I have used for multiple different cars and all have fit. Just recently ordered a full set for a car and all the windows except the drivers front fit. Waiting to see how they handle that but overall great company

Shopping was easy but 10$ for shipping...crazy. Shipping took too long. The matt metallic green looks better in person. Will probably suck it up and order more.
