Very happy with the selection, I just chose wrong. Why I thought getting a black rug with a dog and 3 cats was a good idea I'll never know. The rug itself is nice but you can see every speck of dust on it.
Ordering was a breeze. The prices and options are fantastic. It was delivered very quickly.
The rug itself fine, not great not awful. The size is uneven, and no where near square. The rug took a few days to off gas a pretty noxious before I could lay it down in the house. Perhaps that is normal, but new to me. The rug's weave is looser than I would have hoped and I have to constantly go through and pull the gathered knots back through to keep it looking nice.
Easy to browse, affordable deals, easy checkout and I like the tool where you can view the rug in your living room. I will say that the rug texture and color was different in person than online, but I don't think that was anyone's fault other than there's details and color shades you can't quite accurately capture in a photo. Overall, for the ridiculously affordable price I paid I have no complaints. I'll definitely be using them again for my rug needs!
I just called to ask for return instructions for two rugs I purchased which were of very poor quality. I was then told that I would have to pay $49 per rug to return. When I was told the shipping expenses were listed on the web site, I went to the site and could not pull up any instructions whatsoever. The headings did not open nor do any current reviews by customers.
I'll never do business with this outfit again. I'm not sure what legally constitutes " false advertising" but ethically, this place is clueless.
I have made contact with this company several times concerning their error in my order.
I had to return a rug they sent to me that was the incorrect size as well as the rug being soiled.
I immediately I cancelled my order for two rugs I ordered previously and returned the rug they sent me in error.
Now, I"be waited over a month for my refund and have not received it as of this date.
This company is definitely in question concerning customer service, as well as backing up their claim of easy returns.
I'd stay away from Rug USA.
Placing the order was super easy. Rugs USA has a great variety of options. I found exactly what I was looking for and it is the best rug I have purchased by far. Will definitely be back in the future. Also, I received my rug so fast!
The rug I was sent was not only the wrong size, but smelled terrible. My room smelled like cat pee and burnt plastic after unrolling this rug! The rug was too small by about 3in on each side. When I went to return it I encountered their awful return policy. You have to pay your own shipping to return the rugs - they deduct the shipping cost from your return, and it is more expensive than if you paid the shipping yourself. No dispute will change that.
Love everything about this rug except the red in the online pictures is really hot pink. Ugh! That was and remains a disappointment as it sits in front of a brick red entertainment center. However, some additional red decorating items help. This is the 4th rug from this company and the buying experience is always top notch! From the purchase to delivery, no issues. All other rugs were exactly as described and pictured.
I ordered a rug 2 months ago. I received 1 email stating it was back ordered. I called today and was told they are no longer carrying that rug. No communication ever received about them cancelling my order. Based on other reviews here, I will be lucky to actually get my refund. What a complete disappointment!
Saw an ad on Facebook or Instagram, pictures of the rugs are good, wish I had paid more attention to reviews. It's a decent rug for a decent price, not great quality, the rug isn't cut square to the pattern so it looks wonky next to the tile joint lines.
I ordered two rug pads. I was charged immediately. I emailed and called with absolutely no response. I did not receive the pads until I put a dispute on my credit card. I returned one and have never received a credit or response. The product I kept is fine. If you want to purchase from this company, I would recommend using Wayfair rather than dealing directly. Wayfair customer service is generally excellent.
I absolutely would not deal directly with Rugs USA.

I was looking everywhere for a really light sisal rug. I had to return one from another retailer because it was described and labeled as ivory, but it looked like regular natural sisal. This one was a lot lighter, which is closer to what I wanted. Still not perfect, but at least it doesn't completely blend in with my light hardwood floors like the last one!

I have ordered rugs from RUGS USA and have been thrilled with all of them.
Delivery was extremely fast and the rugs were perfect when they arrived.
Based on being pleased with prior orders, I chose to order a sale item. Die lot lacks vibrancy of other purchases, despite a good vacuuming to lift pile. I chose to keep rug as it will be used to stage a bedroom and not get heavy foot traffic. Rug arrived packed very well and quickly. Overall, I am pleased with service.
While the rug is beautiful, we ordered a 12'x15' size that came folded up and TIGHTLY sealed. We were counting on heavy furniture on all but one side to straighten it out and hold in place. Nada. Some of these folds feel like concrete bumps when you stick your hand under them. Since we bought it to cover almost the entire room, so far, we've spent over $200 on two teams of men to move furniture and to try to straighten out the VERY large warping areas and huge bumps. (We gave it three weeks to see if it could possibly self correct). I have MS and vertigo, and can trip easily. So, this rug not only looks horrible, to me, it's just a fall waiting to happen! The smaller runner for our hallway came ROLLED, as is the RIGHT way to handle ANY size carpet. Do NOT buy anything larger than a 20" wide rug from these people!
Almost a month ago I returned 2 rugs and 2 carpet pads. Their rugs smelled and the quality was horrible. Only 2 items were refunded. I get the same response that they have contacted the warehouse to locate the items. The Fedex tracking link is conveniently dead. Don't buy from this company, they will keep your money and charge return shipping for their own horrible product. I suggest doing what I did and disputing the charge through your credit card company. They will handle it.

I really liked the jute runner, but not so much now. It has a lot of dust that comes off onto the tile floor. I took it outside and shook it out then I noticed that it was coming apart at the ends. It's totally falling apart. I have managed to cut off some of the frayed pieces but it's not going to last through another shaking out.
Is in my office and rarely get walked on. But it's a bummer, I hate wasting money.
Our rug arrived much sooner than expected, and in great shape! When we rolled it out, the colors were deeper than they looked in the online photo and just perfect for the room! This is the third rug we've purchased from Rugs USA, and will keep coming back! Their quality can't be beaten for the price, and they always have what we need.

I ordered the rug online thinking it has some thickness to it as it said so. When i received it... its SUPER thin. Barely any good quality and i dont have time to try to return as i am preparing for a nursery.
The color wasnt what we were looking for either. Its different online then in person.

The order and customer service were good. But the product was v less than expected. The rugs are thin and curl up at the edges and do not stay in place even with heavy duty rug pad. Disappointed quality.

Answer: The better price!. And now, with my experience, the prompt replies and customer service.
Answer: This is not a good business to buy from. They offer free shipping, but they make you pay for returns. Once you place an order there is no window to edit the transaction. I also requested to cancel my order if the address could not be requested and two phone reps refused.
Answer: You really don't want a bigger rug from these people. Read my review. It will arrive folded and ruined. Shop locally.
