The rug is beautiful and I love the colors! I recommend getting the premium rug pad as the rug is on the thinner side, but I like that it also fits in my washing machine!

It very thick but the colors are just not as pretty as the picture.

Customer service reps were helpful when I emailed about one of my poufs being delayed in transit. The poufs are nice quality and the colour is nice as well.

Based on being pleased with prior orders, I chose to order a sale item. Die lot lacks vibrancy of other purchases, despite a good vacuuming to lift pile. I chose to keep rug as it will be used to stage a bedroom and not get heavy foot traffic. Rug arrived packed very well and quickly. Overall, I am pleased with service.

This is my 5th rug to buy from Rugs USA! I love the option to pay with Affirm! But, I'm disappointed in this particular rug. The colors are definitely not what's pictured on the website. I thought I had finally found the perfect rug with green and NOT blue. The rug also looks very faded from most angles.

The rug is beautiful, however I rolled it out a week ago and the ends are unthreading. It doesn't lay flat after a week and the the ends stick up and are a tripping hazard.

A couple of the rugs are much thinner than I would like

The rug I ordered was in stock and delivery was very quick. Ordered the rug for my daughters room and she is very pleased with it.

I ordered several beautiful rugs, unfortunately, my husband thought the colors were too light to withstand the wear and tear of our lifestyle, so I returned them. The returns were easy, but paying return fees wasn't great. A word to the wise, be very certain about the rugs you are ordering, otherwise you will be paying FedEx return shipping fees!

I ordered the rug after reading positive reviews on the plushness and quality. What I received was a thin, cheap quality, poorly constructed rug. So so are you can see through to the 'base' of the rung. This product was not worth purchasing.

Out rug was delivered quickly and we love the look!
