Your website submitted two orders when I only ordered once. You charged my card twice and now I have to wait for your customer service to redirect the second UNORDERED shipment back to your warehouse to get a refund for your websites mistake in the first place. The charge should be removed from my card and your company should sort it out with the shipping/warehouse on your own. Why you're holding me accountable in the meantime for your technical issues/mistake is outrageous.

Customer service was easy and accommodating and nice!

I'm pretty happy with this rug over all. I like that it's thick. It's quite heavy — you don't need a pad under it unless you're getting particularly small one.

It sheds quite a bit so it's good to have a cordless handheld vacuum around to clean up after it regularly

The customer service is fantastic. I received a replacement for an original order that arrived wet and musty smelling. The new rug is much better. Great experience.

I'm the idiot that got lamps from a rugs place. The lamps arrived 2-3 weeks late and are missing the knobs to turn them on. I didn't bother letting the company know as I have no faith they'd make it right.

It was great until one of the corners of the rug didn't stretch out like the rest.

The rug we ordered was delivered in good condition but the pictures did not represent true color expected. The weaving of the rug was less than expected compared to other Jute rugs we received from other suppliers. Many lose ends sticking up and does not look like pictures indicated.

Given a tracking number and followed and stayed home on day we were told it would be delivered. No show. At end of day, the original date disappeared and it took several more days to finally arrive

The rug keeps peeling up on the corners even tho i have a pad under it. Both are very thin. Colors are pretty, tho

The rug I ordered does not look like the picture, so that was deeply disappointing. But I suppose, that's what you face when you order rugs online.
