When I submit a ticket to ask about the shipping time. They told me that they need 1-4 working days to process the order and if I choose expedited shipping, it is about 3-5 working days for shipping. Now it is the fifth day, I have received the order as they promised. Thanks.

I usually never buy clothes online because of my size ( I'm plus size) as I worry that it won't fit. But I had no choice in the matter because the dress I had originally brought, was too big and the store didn't have a smaller size. I browsed online and came across Rotita. I saw a few dresses that I liked and went ahead and brought them straight away. I was so worried that it wouldn't come in time for my evening out but thankfully it did!

I bought a few things from here that my girlfriend loved. Even after seen the reviews i went ahead and made the purchase and i have to say I am not sure what these reviews are all about. I got the clothes with no issues shipping was fast. There were no issues at all. No rips no weird smells nothing. I took a chance with this site and i am very pleased that i did. I am currently waiting on order number 3 from them. This time for my daughter ( she wanted a few scarves and accessories) and i am not worried about it one bit. This bathing suit runs small so order a size or two up. The quality is good for the price and the suit is really cute. Fast shipping and product was as described. I love this suit! As a mom, I've always wanted to wear two piece swimsuits but I have always been insecure about my tummy and stretchmarks. But with this swimsuit, I feel more confident wearing a two piece suit. The material is great too. Definitely a great buy for the price.

This dress fit perfectly! It was a little tight in the chest to waist area but if I ordered a size up it would have been way to big. I would highly recommend buying this for prom or a formal event. I ordered 8 items from Rotita a month ago. Was super excited when the package finally arrived a little over 3 weeks later. The tracking information provided was really hard to access and once I did, the site didn't provide any information until the package was actually delivered. I opened the package only to find the large and extra large clothing I ordered to be waaaayyy too small. I open a ticket via Rotita.com and advised them that I wanted to return all items for a refund. I then proceeded to get the complete run around. Their first response was read the return policy... I had already done that. Then they wanted me to measure each item and send them the results. That took forever, but I measured everything and and sent the info. By now, with all this back and forth correspondence the 14-day window for returns is dwindling. Their response was "Oh I understand you want to return all items... and ensure you read the return policy..." I was losing my patience. Did I mention that in order for you to return these items, they must first approve it, then they will send you the return address? WTHeck?! I finally received address and took the items to the post office to be shipped. Just when I though it couldn't get any worse, I find out that it would cost $149 in shipping cost alone! I had already paid $143.08 for clothes! Obviously it wasn't worth me sending the clothes back to them. Now, I have to find a way to recoup my money or be stuck with clothes that are cheaply made, and too small. Lesson learned. Even if you read the fine print and understand the policy, this company knows that if you want to return their merchandise, they will make it extremely difficult for you to get your money back. That spells SCAM to me. I am extremely disappointed in Rotita.com and will never purchase anything from them again! Buyer Beware!

I placed an order in May and requested shipping to my current address. But since I paid with paypal it shipped to an old address in PAYPAL records. I never received package. I have contacted Rotita about the issue three times. I have received the worst customer service in my life! They just keep telling my to check my local post office. Which I did before ever contacting Rotita and stated as much in every ticket. I paid extra for shipping insurance and have asked repeatedly how to use it. Whats the point of shipping insurance if know one can tell use how to use it when your package is not received.
