I ordered a bathing suit on 3/31/16, and paid larger shipping fee to receive it within 2-5 days. I still haven't received the item and when I checked on it, I got a response that said that they haven't even shipped it yet! I opened a dispute claim with paypal. Ugh. I'm completely disgusted.

I placed an order on 4/3/16 for a bathing suite that I thought was super cute. While on their site, I saw a few other items that I thought were cute so I ordered them too, why not right? BIGGEST mistake ever! After the first day when I saw my order was still processing, I wrote them to ask when it will be shipped. Never got a reply. I started to research their reviews (which I should have done from the start-BIG mistake on my end) and decided I wanted to cancel the order. Their website says you can cancel within 24 hours and it will just cost you $3.00 an item for a return fee. After reading all these horror reviews I figured, well that's better then not getting my items at all, not getting any refund, or getting cheaply made clothes that don't fit. I emailed them another 3 times asking for a refund, and they never write back! Any reviews that show 5 stars are all scams! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! This site should be taken down! Don't bother unless you want to just throw your money away! You mind as well donate your money to a charity and know you did a good deed!

I bought an outfit paid for it, received it 10 days later = GREAT. The outfit was very poor fit, I'm a size 8 and it was easily a 12. I raised a ticket to arrange a return.
Then my problems started.
The customer service team do not write clearly or correctly so it was hard to understand them. They told me they would send a credit for 60% of the purchase and I could sell my outfit online to get my money back!
From 8thh March to present dat 07/04 they have still not resolved my returns or refunded any goods!

After receiving this item late, dealing with customer service was a nightmare. They wouldn't refund my money and continued to dispute this with me. The quality of the dress was awful and very cheap. It was completely see through. When I tried to give a review of one star, although they deserve no stars, it wouldn't go through. Go figure. This company is a scam! After seeing Rotita on my Facebook page, I purchased and paid for, via PayPal, $135 worth of items on March 25th, 2016. On April 5th, I attempted to check the status of my order (get tracking info) only to see that nothing has changed, my order has not been shipped! I sent an inquiry (ticket) via their website and so far, it's been 24 hours with no response other than an automated email generated stating they'll get back to me "as soon as they can".
After reading these reviews, I am extremely concerned that I made a big mistake by ordering from them! The good news is that since I ordered via PayPal, I can always contact them to handle this should a dispute arrise.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
