I was so scared this would be too small for me since most people were saying how small it was. It was tight in the chest but I had a padded bra on. So really it fit as the chart said. I am a slim girl I have a dress for work that is a size 2 B cup. I bought the small in this dress that is said to be a 4-6. I went by measurements not dress size. You can not go by dress size because it seems like every company makes the sizes how they want. Go by your measurements. If you are a girl with bigger boobs get a larger size because this dress is tight up here.

I ordered a bathing suit from them and within a couple of hours I emailed them asking them to cancel my order. Before the item was even shipped ( it was over the weekend), I cancelled it. I asked them to credit me back, and they said they will have to charge me a "fee" for cancelling. This is not even stated in their policy. They took my money and didn't even send the item. I made the bank aware of my situation. They should not even be allowed to do business in the US. They're only good at cheating their customers!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Ordered something according to their exact size chart... when it came and was not in those measurements naturally it didn't fit. When I asked for a full credit (on their website, not a return payment) to return the item I bought and get something else they offered me 15% of what I paid for it. WHAT A JOKE. That's what they call "customer service," they rob you and their stuff is sub-par anyway. I will never purchase from them again and you shouldn't either.

Worst online shopping I have ever encountered. Took my money instantly but 2 1/2 wks later, I still did not have merchandise. Sent complaint to PayPal and received email next day stating they were shipping bathing suits & cover up. After purchase, it took 3 wks to receive items which did not fit so I tried to return them. They offer you 60% of purchase price or advise you to give it away or try to sell it online to someone. NEVER have I heard of such a ridiculous return policy so I threw away $62.

Too bad they aren't up front stating their clothes are made and shipped from overseas. Would be nice to place country of origin on website with warning that they do not refund 100% of purchase. SCAMMED AND CHEATED.

You better believe PayPal will hear of this and the need to ban this company from selling in the US.

After a lot of conversations with Rotita, we came to an agreement that I keep my entire purchase (a number of items' sizes were way off -- there seems to be no standard "medium"), and a 30% credit was issued to offset my expense. Shipping for a refund would have been unaffordable (like $70!) so I'm keeping my purchases and will donate the ones that don't fit. The ones that do fit are bargains. For their inexpensive price tags, no one can expect couture, and many Rotita items are fun pieces that have a place in one's wardrobe. So I say, don't expect great quality or accurate sizing, and understand up front that doing a return for a refund is next to impossible... but you can negotiate a rebate, so all is not lost.

I never write reviews, so if I'm writing one, it means the experience was pretty bad.
I ordered a swimsuit in March and it's now the end of May.
When I contacted them inquiring about my order last week (2 months later), their response was "have you check your mailbox" (I included how they spelled)
I couldn't believe it. Of course I've checked my mail since March!
When I asked for my money back they wanted me to wait another week. I told them that I leave for my trip in 6 days and I just want my money back. Their response was "we don't have control over the shipping. Please understand." I never received my package... how can they not understand MY situation.
Clearly they care more about themselves than their customers. And yes, they do have control over how they ship because I've never had this much of an issue with online ordering. Ever.
I asked again for my money back And based on the reviews, I'm guessing that's never gonna happen.
**they messaged me telling me that they received my order and offered a 60% refund off of an order I never received and a product that they confirmed that they have... I don't need to say more. I'm blown away about this scam.
