I bought a swimsuit from this company. Not only did it take 6 weeks to arrive at my house, it was a piece of crap! I threw it away as soon as I took it out of the package because it was so cheaply made! I didn't even try it on! I didn't bother asking for a refund after reading other's horrible experiences of trying to get refunds or do returns! DO NOT order from this company unless you just want to throw your money away like I did!

This site is appalling. If you find their products are rubbish, they say that it is because one's expectations are too high. When still asking for a return number they delight in saying that their stuff is so cheap that it would cost so much to return the item that they say it would likerly not be worth it.

Good job I paid by PayPal. They gave me the refund in full without having to return a dress. They were less than impressed with Rotita that they will be opening an investigation on their business practices.

You have been warned.

I ordered 2 bathing suits and a necklace. Like the necklace and am going to keep. One bathing suit was ok quality, the other garbage. Neither bathing suits fit and have been in communication with Rotita to return. It has been a frustrating process and still have no authorization to return or refund. Here is just a sampling of the response I have received from Rotita.
"i have send your photo to check, they told us that they ship the correct item, our price is so cheap, so it is not so perfect like some expensive item, pls undersanding
And i know your feeling, so if you are not satisfied with it, we can apply some compensation for u, pls advise"

"Dont worry about it, you can return it back. But have you review our return policy? Because i have reviews and i think it is not worthwhile for you to return according our return policy, they need to charge you the shipping fee when they send the order to u, it is about 40% of the order and so expensive, also you should wait a long time and you should bear the shipping fee back. As for the one you received, if you really cannot wear them, I suggest giving others as a gift or selling them on line. You will sell them at good price. If you trust me, i can apply some compensation for u in your user center, you can use it next time. Of course, if you not agree with me, pls tell us and i will send you the return address. Pls advise "

Ridiculous.

I placed my order a month ago and haven't received my item. I emailed them and they asked me to wait 2-3 more weeks! If i need to wait two months to receive an order, then, sorry, I won't be placing any order with you.

When I track my order number, I don't get any updates since May 9th. Rotita.com told me that I have to contact Canada post to see if my order got here.
It is not my responsibility to contact Canada post to see if my order arrived. It is yours!

Rdered my swimsuit n march still no swimsuit contacted several times and they said it was a problem at customs first then i asked for immediate refund or delivery they said they could not issue a refund tht i would have to deal with the shipping company... this company is corrupt and theives. I think we should get a lawsuit going and prevent business in usa since they seem to continue to rip off our citizens and our hard earned money. I am a single mother and I work hard for my money and to take care of my two children I bought this bathing suit because it was cheaper than the one that was Finding in the store boy I should have read the reviews first. Still here n may nor refund or swimsuit... email me if interested in lawsuit against this company if u have been wronged by them.
