DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I ordered a swimsuit Friday 7/8/16 and paid extra for shipping, they took the money out immediately. I got a email saying I would get a email comformation once the payment is received, I never did. Also the gave me the wrong order number. I emailed customer service and they said "oh dont worry about it everything is fine I checked on it", but was still unable to give me a order number they told me yesterday 7/12/16 they would send it out today so they send me a email tracking number and I tried to track it and it says "ITEM NOT FOUND" I emailed customer service once again, now nobody will respond!

I ordered a swimsuit and when I received it, even though the label said my size, it was actually more like a US size 4/6 than a 12/14. I had followed their size chart when ordering. I wrote them to notify them of the mistake, expecting and email back saying they would rectify it. Then ensued 2 weeks and 20 back and forth emails of them trying to give me a %15 off coupon for my next order... as if I would ever want to shop there again after my experience.

Don't even know where to start. Horrible cheap fabric. The sizing chart is crap. I think the person reviewing in here that said it is great is a staff member with the company because it sucks. They didn't even send me the right thing really. They refused a refund to me. After arguing they finally decided to give me $3 on a $30 shirt. The colors were off and horrible, the size was bad, the shirt I was sent was a half shirt and would fit my 2 year old niece. It sucked and then the customer service rep was rude and very slow to help me.

They don't want to help you figure how to do a return. They try to talk you out of it and they say they will give you a coupon in your ( my account) but you can't get into your account. The merchandise is badly made really really badly made. I'm ok with inexpensive clothing, but this is a piece of junk. I never got any thing back for my top I bought. It was a waist of money on top of it taking 1 month to get to me. Yes the site says " ships in 24 hours " but they don't tell you it will take 1 month to get to you. There is also no 800 # you have to call over sea's and pay the bill for that too

I love this maxi dress. I purchased it in three different colors. They are perfect for the summer. I like to dress them up with a cardigan and wedges or dress it down with sandals and a denim jacket.

I bought this dress about a year ago and I love it just as much as when I got it. It fits perfectly, is the perfect length (I'm 5'7), and is amazing quality. So comfortable and classy.

Love this dress. It's soft and comfortable. You can wear it for something casual or easily dress it up for something like church. I usually pair it with a navy sweater just in case and some sandals. I'm 5'6 and got a size small and it was the perfect length.

I ordered some. Swim. Suits from them and when they came they did not fit. I contacted them. Asking for a returns label and address. They gave me the details but said I would only get a 60% refund. WHAT? A 60% refund when I'm returning the goods with orpington wrong with them. They have since tried to haggle with me about how much refund I will get but considering I am having to pay to return the goods to China I don't understand why a full refund is not given. Terrible company and I will never buy from them again!

I ordered a patriotic halter top---it looked very similar to a Ralph Lauren one I saw at Macy's. It was on sale at Rotita and as a new customer, they gave me an added discount. I was intrigued. I ordered the item June 19---more than enough time to have it for the 4th of July. The item was NOT EVEN SHIPPED FROM CHINA until June 27 and it could not be tracked. I received it July 7. It has to be the WORST quality and excuse for clothing I have ever seen. Thanks for nothing. I purchased the original Ralph Lauren halter for $29 (originally $70) on July 1 and am so glad I did. I will never use this company again. Don't waste your time.
