My order took a month and half to get to me, their tracking system was never updated online The dresses I bought are disgusting, ugly, sizing is so random and now they will not authorize my refund, they actually told me to give them to a friend or to try to sell them online. NO BODY WILL WANT THESE CHEAP DRESSES! Seriously the worst experience and quality of clothing I have ever had.
What a fight this has been, Paypal got involved, VISA got involved and those bastards are still refusing my credit, they are offering me $16 partial credit if I drop my dispute.
This company should be shut down and if there is anyway I can make that happen I will try my best to put those F'kers out of business.
Tried them for the first time and they are great. Customer service is also very generous to their customer. I ordered a product for my wife and she was facing problem with the size and they changed it within no time very helpful.
When I touch the swimwear I received, it is so soft to wear, and when I wash it, it is also well and so comfortable to wear. They all say the quality is very good, so I believe this is correct shopping experience and I suggest you to make the order on this site.
There sizing chart must be fo a youth. Order size 2x said us size is 18 well it fit my grand daughter who is 10 not me. Will not buy from here again.
Customer service was excellent. I ordered this dress in gold and I didn't like it in gold. So I asked to change my order to champagne a day later and they did. Shipping was accurately on time and the dress was packaged okay. It was neatly folded in a bag. I loved this dress from the moment I first tried it on.
I received the package from Rotita.com. The color of the dress is just like the picture. The shipping time of my order is faster than I expected. I am happy with this purchase.

I Ordered then 1 hour later asked them to cancel the order as their website states if cancelled within 12 hours you get a full refund.
This was their reply.
If canceling the order, you need to pay the handling fee, 3$/piece. It is not worthwhile. Why not keep this order?
So after saying this doesn't adhere to their website terms they then said, "Ok, i will try my best to apply full refund for u, ok?"

Wow! I absolutely love this dress. I order the black one with pink polka dots in a size large. I'm usually an 11/12 so it fits true to size. I wore a 25" petticoat underneath to give it more flare. The material does have some stretch and is very soft and comfortable. I plan to order more dresses!

I am in love with these dresses in Rotita. It fits perfectly. I love the flare of it as well and wore it to church. The items are True to size as I am 150 pounds and a medium fit me perfectly. I'll be definitely ordering again in a different color.
I ordered a dress that looked very cute. It was relatively inexpensive but I thought it would be cute for a costume. I received the dress and it was made out of material we would use for a slip. It looked nothing like the original dress. They refused to refund my money. Customer service first said I should be happy because I did not "pay much". Then they said if I return it will give me 65% of that and I have to pay return shipping to China. Most of the other companies from China that I've dealt with have a return center in the US. Do not buy from them

We have been devoting to offer good products with low price, but it maybe up to your expectation. So you could return anything you want, under the condition it's in original condition. Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose it’s not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued.

Bought this for my wife. She loves the red, white and blue. Shipping seemed to take a while, but the savings on the price pretty much makes up for that. She had worn this several times already and washed it a couple. Seems to be holding up well. We spend the summer at the lake so time will tell how well it holds together.
I love the clothing that they offer here. The newest trends are always easy to find on rotita. You get free shipping and it is fast. Some of the clothing they offer are wholesales items that I can get a lot cheaper.
My experience was great! I read a lot of negative reviews about this site and how long it took for people to get their products, but I got my sweater and headband in 3 weeks and they are exactly what was pictured. People need to understand the stuff is made in China, so it may take awhile to receive. I love rotita, thanks
