Extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed in Rotita.
After ordering my items on 01/10/2016 (Australia), they did not actually send out my order until 24/10/2016. That's almost a month, AND that's after I informed them that I wanted to wear one of their dresses to my cousins wedding, which I was leaving for on the 27/10. The first attempted delivery by TOLL/DPEX (delivered second try) was on the 28/10, after I had already left. Great job guys.
When I have finally received my freight, on the 02/11/16, I find that even though I used their size chart and MEASURED myself to make sure I had the correct sizes, the arm holes are tiny, and I don't fit into the dresses I bought, and I made sure that I bought large ones so that I would fit, good thing that I didn't get it before the wedding, hey?
I will NEVER buy from Rotita again.
Good job on ruining my day after spending so much money on your bloody clothes.

This place is a JOKE!

I try to sign in and I get e-mail already in use. DUH?
When I try to set up a new account, I get e-mail does not exist! THE SAME E-MAIL! I have even forgot what I ordered... I know that sounds pitiful, but after waiting and waiting, I want to CANCEL THIS ORDER AND TAKE EVERY CHANCE I CAN TO PUT THIS RIP OFF JOINT OUT OF BUSINESS.
They take their time... fine... watch me show them how to really mess up that little order I made!

Ordered two of this gorgeous dress, one for me (2xl) and one for my daughter (L) because we both liked it and had different functions we needed dresses for. The sizes I ordered should have been more than big enough according to their sizing but holey crap were they small. My daughter has just moved into a womens Medium so I bought her the large to allow a little growing room... NOPE! It was so tight on her that she looked like a stuffed sausage and could barely get out of it once on. Mine was the same way and I gave up part way through trying to get it on. I gave her mine which was still snug on her and gave my very petite niece hers and it fit great (niece wears a 0 and xsmall).

Long and short of it is the reviews on their web page are fake and their sizing is a scam to get your money.

Dreadful items

I ordered a dress from this company which arrived in reasonable time. Quality is dreadful, and certainly nothing like the colours in the pictures or quality. I wished I'd not purchased it. I have tried to contact them regarding a refund, but looking at the emails, I think I might just have to accept I've wasted £20! The only thing the dress is good for is fancy dress to be honest! Wouldn't otherwise want to be seen in it!

Don't make the same mistake I have!

In the past week, 2 requests for help on their site, 1 email, 1 facebook message and 2 tweets - and NOTHING. I want to return this PIECE OF CRAP dress that is poorly made, not sized right - and guess what? NOTHING! NO response. Next step I will be taking is with the Federal Trade Commission, BBB, yelp and my friend who works for a major news network. So I suggest you do the right thing and answer me and help facilitate the return of the garbage you sent me.

Not disappointed

I don't ususally write reviews but really wanted to after reading so many bad reviews, I ordered 3 items from this company and had them all delivered within about 10 days or less. The tracking service was simple to follow and the items were just as expected. I really wasnt holding out much hope after coming across the awful reviews but have to say I was more than satisfied and will not hesitate in ordering anything in the very near future,

I should have checked into this company before ordering. Shame on me. There is no easy way to get in touch with them. The items took forever to come in and they were too small. Returning is impossible. I tried to return and basically am out of over $100 dollars because they are saying they haven't received the items. Do Not Order From This Company!

As per other reviews, I ordered clothes that looked lovely online. They arrived - horrible! Really poor quality. When went through their channels to arrange return they suggest 'why not keep them and have $9 store credit? You can give the items as gifts'! I explained I wouldn't give these items as gifts and wouldn't spend more money on their clothes. Requested refund. Offered 60% only 'to cover their postage costs' and I have to send the stuff back tracked.
Threw a lot of consumer law at them which they clearly don't care about (entitled to full refund and I accept I must pay return) and they said they would stretch to 70%. Disgusting. Will see if Paypal can help as someone else here seems to have had success. Avoid like the plague. A total waste of money. They are not bothered by consumer law. Those of you that didn't receive your goods: you're not missing out. Only on your money!

**UPDATE** I lodged a complaint via PayPal and was refunded 100% of my order.

I ordered two bikinis, est delivery 5-15 days. After 30 days the tracking site stated my order was back in China after allegedly being in Australia for 6 days. I wouldn't be surprised if this tracking site was fake and my item was never even sent. Contacted Rotita and had to follow them up to get an update - they've said my order was returned and they can only offer 60% refund. They upped that to 75% when I refused. I ended up lodging a complaint via PayPal to get my money back. They're making their money off not giving people 100% of their money back when the order never arrives. SCAM. Go elsewhere it is not worth the effort.

I ordered a bathing suit July 30th, 2016. They recd my order back on Sept 5th & we have been conversing since then. They are the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I think I'm going to get an Atty & have them contact all the other people they screwed. From all the other reviews it seems to be a lot. I want my bathing suit!
I have contacted their administration office & gave my information & phone number. Requested a manager of supervisor to call me. As of today I have not spoken with anyone from their company.

3 days after I placed my order, I couldnt track my package. Since the package was lost, they contacted me and offered me the latest tracking information. Thank you for the excellent service. And I must say that was so worth the wait. I'm sure that I will come here again.

I ordered a dress, and want to return it. I used the size chart from the Rotita site and ordered two sizes larger than normal, but the sizing is still incredibly small. According to the chart, it should fit. The dress hem is also is uneven. I would like to return this item. My order number isWW**************. My daughter has ordered from you before, and items fit based on the chart. She loves your clothes.

We have been devoting to offer good products with low price, but it maybe up to your expectation. So you could return anything you want, under the condition it's in original condition. Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose it’s not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued.

Do not order!

Beware! I ordered a tankini and 7 weeks later a horrid tribal dress arrived, no resemblance at all to the item I ordered. I'd paid £22 so iI asked for a refund and was offered £4 and I could keep the dress - I replied that I didn't want the dress and wouldn't wear it (ever!) and received no response. Luckily I'd paid through PayPal so contacted them for a refund. Rotita again offered £4 and I refused. I was told to return the item but must be sent with online tracking at my expense. After enquiries at the post office I found it is impossible to send tracked items to China ( I would guess as its not tracked they would deny receiving it back). It also costs a fortune. Again I contacted paypal and told them everything and they refunded my money. Do not order. Read the other reviews - I wish I had

I ordered two pair of pants and I've never shopped here before so of course I used the size chart. When the items got here they looked like they were designed for children. So I called about the return and was immediately told to email they. 1st strike. So I did and the first thing they say is did you look at the size chart? I replied yes I did on both pair. The administrator replied saying sorry, how about we give you a PARTIAL refund and you give them to someone who can wear them? I said no then it was 30%, then 60, then 70% with a managers approval and I head to mail the items back to China (even though I got free shipping and I paid 100% of the sales price) at this point I replied kiss my $#*! sand have a nice day... DO NO ORDER FROM THEM!
