I ordered some swimsuits. They never sent me an order confirmation. After waiting a long time, I decided to contact them for the shipping status. Their phone # is incorrect on their site. No email was given either. So I placed a dispute through PayPal since I used them in this transaction. They got in touch with me through that and I finally received my order. However, one of the suits I ordered was too small. It was extremely small and yet my other suits fit fine in the same size. Huh? I contacted them through an email they gave me and they have offered me 40% off my next purchase to replace the wrong size suit. When they finally sent me the info for that it equaled $4.30. Huh? It takes a full day for them to respond to anything because they are 12 hrs ahead of me (China). I am still trying to resolve this matter. Using this company was a huge mistake! Never again will I order from anyone that I've never heard of without doing my homework first. If they were here in the states, I would contact the BBB and put an end to them!
Have tried to contact Rotita to return damaged coat... received with spots all over it. They require an order number - no order number given... never received one in order confirmation or in package. Has link to "Forgot order number" - nothing comes up. So I submitted question in new order question area on site. No answer. Paid with PayPal, so out of luck. All I have is PayPals Transaction number.
Terrible company. Poor quality product, ridiculous sizing, and awful customer service. Pay attention to the reviews. Avoid this company at all costs.
Several weeks later, despite sending numerous messages & photographs of the faulty & wrong size tops, nothing has been done. I've received identical requests & replies off several people. They don't supply return labels, & it's very expensive to return them to China! From what l received, Rotita's items don't necessarily match their published photographs, it would appear that they rely on people giving up! Think twice before purchasing anything from Rotita.

Dreadful non existent customer service! After checking the sizes on their website, l ordered 3 tops in XXL, 2 are the wrong size & far too small & measure only 40 inches across the chest! The 3rd item is the correct size but has a black mark on the back. I've sent Rotita various messages & 2 lots of photographs showing the tops with a tape measure across the front to show the exact size, & the black mark on the back. I've also sent a message via Messenger. Two weeks later nothing has been done, they haven't supplied any return details! I would NOT recommend buying anything from this company!
Did anybody figure out how to get around the 'access denied'? The blouses I ordered were too small and it was too expensive to return so the gave me a credit which I can't access since all I get is that my access is denied. It doesn't make sense since I was going to place another order.
I ordered a swim suit for an upcoming vacation, but with the processing and delivery time, I knew I wouldn't get it in time. I also decided to look at reviews after ordering for some reason, and got nervous. I asked for a refund, and they emailed me almost immediately that it would take up to 30 days, but after two days, I received a full refund. I was very relieved!

I thought it was odd that I haven't received shipping information... it has been close to 2 weeks yet they took the money out of my account instantly. I purchased a few swim suits from different sites online in hopes I'd find one I loved and return the others. The only reason I purchased this suit is because the website said "easy returns". From reading the reviews it seems this will not be the case and I do not have high hopes for it. I have already called two different phone numbers from their customer service with no response and one was even a busy tone. Thank god I only spent $30.00, but still, I'd love to see some customer service!
I wish there was a zero star because they are horrible. I ordered two items on March 26th. Because they are coming from China, I received my items on May 17th. When I received the items I did not like either of them because the quality was really cheap. My jumpsuit felt like paper. I will not order from them again.

The sizes are very inaccurate! The XL Dresses I ordered fit my daughter whose regular size is Medium also receiving the order was longer than expected.
Customer service is not available for you. If you have to returned a item, there's no one to talk to. Their website doesn't work to well. The clothes is cheap material like something to would get in a costume store. It takes weeks for you to received your items.

What you see is not what you get. Pictures are deceptive, sizes run extremely small; shoddy workmanship; almost impossible to return merchandise to CHINA.

Finally got them to agree to refund money if I returned dress. Went to post office to ship back and found out it was going to cost almost $15 to send back with no guarantee I would get my full refund. I opted to keep the dress so I wouldn't be out more money. Maybe I can use for dish rag! Lesson learned! Will never order through them again.

Answer: I wouldn't waste your money. Nothing that you order looks as good as in pictures and the quality of the material is cheap and thin.
Answer: I was lucky in the sense that my "clothes" arrived in a relatively short amount of time. However, it is important to note that the clothes were so unlike what I purchased and so cheaply constructed that I used one piece to dust with (literally) and immediately stuck the other in a bag of clothes to donate. So unfortunately waiting for your items to arrive may be the least of your worries. Good luck!
