Beware this merchant

I tried for days to obtain a needed return label.
In Sept they offered to give an 80 percent refund and I keep the item. Have written repeatedly, have not receive the refund.
Soon will contact Attorney General regarding this merchant.

My Refund

I have been tryiny to get Liligal to response to me about my refund. On the day I placed a order they took the. Money out the same day and told me the same day it was out of stock. I think the order should ship before the payment is taken out. I will never order again from them and will tell anyone that I know that's ordering from them the problem I have had with them. I will be contacting Better Business bureau

It Impossible to return!

Don't believe the positive reviews! Notice the broken English in the comments. I found it interesting there was no invoice with my order and then when I tried the swimsuits on, they were way too small. When I went online in regards to their return policy, I was unable to get the needed information. The system did not recognize my email address. Did the "forgot my password" and had to enter a special code, which would not work. Tried numerous times and clearly typed in the correct code. They have set it up so you can't possibly get through! Emailed the company and my email came back as "undeliverable." This is a bogus company. Do not order from them! I am going to contact my credit card provider for a refund.

I originally reported that I was unable to obtain an address to return their junky, way too small clothes. It was only after I filed a dispute in the resolution center of Pay Pal did they respond on their ticket and give me an address and offered an 80% refund. I still wanted to return it, but the postage was almost as much as the refund so agreed to the 80% and gave the clothes to Goodwill. They then demanded that I close my dispute with Pay Pal, and said they would refund my money. I kept asking them to put the 80% offer on the Pay Pal site, but they ignored me and kept saying they would refund when I closed the dispute. I finally gave up and closed the dispute, not knowing if I would ever get a refund. They did, however, refund the 80% to Pal Pal. Their advertisement for easy refunds is garbage, just like their clothes. Their phone number is *******997. They will give a an RMA number which must be written on the outside of the package you are returning. You can't just return the items to their address: 8714 34th Ave., College Park, MD *******.

This is another garbage clothing company... cheap, costume-quality fabric in faded colors, unfinished hems, I could go on and on.

Read the positive reviews carefully. The grammar is awkward, tenses are incorrect and the same turns of phrase are used over and over again. They've finally hired someone to author more lies about their quality and service.

Return shipping to China will cost you as much as your original purchase... do your homework, check out "What I ordered/what I got posts for the truth.

If you simply MUST learn for yourself, please don't trust your credit card number to these bandits.
