Ross Simon's pictures often are way larger than the actual item. The actual item was much smaller and a condensed version of pic. You should be writing size is below and the pic is not the actual size. Price doesn't matter as much if a consumer feels they are not getting what is advertised. And I didn't. For the second time

Defective product

I was really looking forward to receiving this bracelet. I couldn't get it clasped. A friend tried to help me but she couldn't get it done either. It gets caught up in itself and is difficult to straighten out.

Nice bracelet too small

I had to return, the first bracelet I ever bought that did not fit. If I wanted the largersize I had to pay more money. I had to pay to return the bracelet. No return label issued. Due to the circumstances, I have no interest in doing business with this company in the future. Too bad it was a nice bracelet, but many more available from other vendors.

As always, my Ross-Simons experience was excellent. Unfortunately, though, one of the pair of earrings that I'd ordered had a defect on the metal. However, Ross-Simons has responded immediately to replace the damaged earring with a perfect one. This is a gift for a birthday on June 30, and the Ross-Simons person who helped me is making every effort to send me the replacement in time for me to give this present to my cousin.

Damaged Estate Goods

Didn't realize purchasing estate pieces could mean they may be damaged and would need repairing. One of the earring posts was bent, and the other one has been replaced with yellow solder—the earrings are 18k WHITE gold. I earring is badly bent—not from shipping. Items should be carefully inspected before you buy and resell them to unsuspecting customers. Bad on you.

Have made many purchases from you, the price of one item was $8,200, so imagine my disappointment when I saw the poor quality of diamonds in my most recent purchase from R-S. The gold was nice, construction was wonderful, but the stones were milky white and unacceptable. Returned both pairs of earrings.
