A previous reviewer stated that the diamond ring was very tiny and thin, AND IT IS! I ordered a size 6, which made me laugh, when I received it. But I ordered the ring knowing this, because I was going to stack it with other rings. However, the issue for me is that the prongs poke out beyond the diamond on one side. This seems to be a flaw in the production of the ring. It shouldn't have made it pass inspection. I've had it about a week and it has already snagged two garments. This will have to be returned. I've made other jewelry purchases over the past year (10+). There have been some hits, but a lot more misses.
I saw what I wanted online at your store, but shopped some of your competitors first. They did not have what I was looking for and the experience was not pleasing. I purchased what I originally wanted (and more) where I should have from the start. Hoping the delivery experience is the same.

I ordered the chain to put a necklace I inherited from my grandmother but it is so thin I don't trust it. I hate to pay return postage so I'll use it as a gift or donation. The clasp is so small I can't open it with my arthritic fingers.

Though a little tricky, because if you put in the search box "gold and silver bracelet" you only get 14K gold and sterling silver bracelets, not gold over silver and sterling silver bracelets. I ordered a pair of ear rings that I want to love (its both of my grandsons' birthstones). I found it odd that the backs were lying loose in the packaging rather than on the ear rings until I tried putting the backs on and realized the ear ring posts are too big in diameter for the posts. That's a very odd thing to occur. I think I will have a jewelry put the dangle part on a 14 kt gold fish hook post to solve this, but this should not to out your door like this.
