I purchased the magnet type closures in both gold & silver that attach to my necklaces. They had become difficult for me to do between my nails & my fingers not working due to aging. With my purchase, the problem is solved! I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased a diamond cross for the Easter holiday. When I opened the cross, I immediately was disappointed in the quality of the diamonds. The diamonds are cloudy. In addition, the clasp is a spring ring style. It was very, very SMALL thus making it hard to put on. I have purchased several items from RS, including expensive pieces. This is the first time I was disappointed in my decision to purchase what I thought would be a good purchase for the money. The usual diamond quality was absent, and the chain was very cheap. I wish there had been a better-quality chain to purchase with the cross. Overall. I would not purchase a clearance item unless it was a truly better investment.

I've been a shopper with Ross Simons for many years. They have always shipped my item promptly and, should I have any kind of issue, they will remedy it, by an exchange or refund. That hardly ever happens.

My experience viewing and ordering from Ross-Simons was flawless. I found an item no one else has presented for sale. It is well made, fits as expected, beautiful blue sapphire stones and at a reasonable price. Thrilled to pieces to find it.

I bought these to replace a less expensive pair of earrings that I loved but were showing their age. This pair is beautiful and high quality. However, they are much heavier and weigh down my 51 year-old earlobes in an unflattering way. The clasps are also difficult to secure. I have not been able to tolerate them for long periods of time.

I've ordered a couple of things from RS and it's always been a positive experience. High quality pieces, great prices and no issues with shipping. I'll definitely be buying more from them in the future!

Purchased this ring as a gift to my Grand daughter for her senior class ring. It is more beautiful in person than shown online. She absolutely loves it. The ring design is so unique. Thank your customer service personnel for all their help. They were terrific to work with.

I like to know exactly what I am getting and in what quality. They always give the customer the full description of each piece including a full diamond description in pieces that contain diamonds. It is peace of mind knowing that I can trust this company. I had one broken piece in a tube gold hoop many years ago, called and they replaced it immediately. No problem at all. The earrings are very nice. Exactly what I was looking for. The only issue is one of the posts is slightly off center which makes the backing a bit harder to slide on. Wish they quality check and fix the issues before shipping to customer.

I've been reluctant to purchase jewelry online, not being able to see the actual pieces or know the reputation of the vendor. I have been ordering from here for years and never a disappointment. Sometimes I order for myself, other times, it's for family. My two grandsons both ordered estate diamonds for their wives engagement rings and were not disappointed. Larger stones and unique settings.

I was looking for the Toggle necklace in a longer size, my Toggle paperclip, is only a 20". I'd like it in 24 or 26" & dangle earrings in that same link size also, but 3 links long, not just 2. Love R-S quality & craftsmanship but very disappointed in this necklace.
